"The Obama administration’s lack of a defined, coherent policy on Syria was the result of too many directionless meetings and far too little commitment by the man at the top, former Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel insists.
In a wide-ranging interview with Foreign Policy, Hagel paints a dismal picture of ineffectual leadership and a lack of direction from the late summer of 2013, when the Syrian crisis was reaching its first boil, to October 2014, when Hagel sent around a memo that said “we don’t have a policy.”
Hagel cited a telling incident. On Aug. 30, 2013, he had finished arranging for Tomahawk cruise missile strikes against Syria after Syrian leader Bashar al-Assad used gas against his own people, crossing President Obama’s supposed “red line.” Then, Obama called him to cancel the attack.
“There’s no question in my mind that it hurt the credibility of the president’s word when this occurred. A president’s word is a big thing, and when the president says things, that’s a big deal,” he said, noting that Obama’s change of heart shook world leaders’ confidence in the president.
Hagel said that the White House held endless meetings on the Syrian crisis, but that the meetings never accomplished very much.
“I don’t think many times we ever actually got to where we needed to be. We kept kind of deferring the tough decisions. And there were always too many people in the room,” he said. “We seemed to veer away from the big issues. What was our political strategy on Syria?”
Hagel, who opposed “boots on the ground” in Syria, had insisted America needed a diplomatic plan to identify when and how Assad should be removed, if necessary.
Hagel’s comments in June 2014 that ISIS was “beyond anything that we’ve seen” were not well received at the White House, he said.
“I got accused of trying to hype something, overstate something, and make something more than it was,” Hagel said. “I didn’t know all of it, but I knew we were up against something here that we had never seen before. And in many ways, we were not prepared for it.”
Hagel often was on the spot for the failings of the Obama administration. He cited a congressional hearing from September 2014 when he was asked whether the U.S would back rebels fighting Assad if they were in turn attacked."

"One of the unexplained mysteries in the scanty documentation of the early life of the 44th President of the United States is the appearance of the name Soebarkah as his last name on an official document filled out by his mother.
Nick Chase offers very persuasive evidence that the long-form birth certificate released by Obama is a forgery.
While in the midst of developing an argument supporting the idea that Obama was adopted by the Indonesian Lolo Soetoro, Chase states:
Finally, we have Stanley Ann Soetoro's 1968 application to extend her 1965 passport (now destroyed) for an additional two years, as shown in Figure PPA.
On the second page of the application, Ann moved to exclude her son Barack Hussein Obama (Soebarkah) from her passport, but the item has been crossed out -- perhaps on the advice of the consulate in Jakarta, as this would have left seven-year-old Barry passportless -- so it didn't happen.
The appendage "(Soebarkah)" has never been satisfactorily explained by anyone, and I certainly don't know what "Soebarkah" means, but it does seem to indicate a name change or change in citizenship status for the boy.
And yet, there is a very good -- and simple -- explanation for the seemingly random appearance of the sobriquet "Soebarkah" on Mother Soetoro's passport application.
Believe it or not, the reason may be linked to one Loretta Fuddy.
Yes, that Loretta Fuddy -- the Hawaii state health director who approved the release of Obama's long-form birth certificate and who has apparently succumbed to a nasty case of post random plane crash induced arrhythmia.
Ann Soetoro and Loretta Fuddy appear to have one very odd thing in common: both have been linked to the Subud cult, which originated in, of all places, Indonesia and was founded by the Javanese Muslim Muhammed Subuh.
The smallish cult appears to have had, at least circa 2001 and according to this profile of sorts in the Honolulu Advertiser, 20,000 members worldwide. Notice the picture of Deliana Fuddy, then "regional helper" and member of the faith?.
Note also that the World Subud organization seems to have been based in, of all cities....wait for it...Chicago. Indonesia...Chicago...Hawaii... three locales linked to Obama's life."

President Obama: “So let’s start with this fact: For more than a thousand years, people have been drawn to Islam’s message of peace. And the very word itself, Islam, comes from salam – peace.”
Why did Obama say this? Even Muslim websites acknowledge that “Islam” means “submission” [to Allah], that it comes from the Arabic root “aslama” meaning submission, and that “Islam” is in the command form of that verb.
That’s why “Muslim” means “One who submits,” not “One who is peaceful.”
Obama: “Jefferson and John Adams had their own copies of the Quran.”
The reason Jefferson had a copy of the Quran was to try to understand it in light of what the Muslim ambassador from Tripoli had told him and John Adams. When asked why Tripoli pirates were attacking American ships and enslaving Americans, the Muslim ambassador explained that Muslims are commanded to do so by the Quran: “It was written in their Quran that all nations which had not acknowledged the Prophet were sinners, whom it was the right and duty of the faithful to plunder and enslave; and that every mussulman [Muslim] who was slain in this warfare was sure to go to Paradise.”
That’s why Jefferson and Adams had Qurans.
Obama: “And how do we move forward together? … It can’t be just a burden on the Muslim community – although the Muslim community has to play a role.”
Most Americans would say that the American Muslim community has to play “the” role, not “a” role in preventing violent Islam from capturing the minds of American Muslims, and in helping authorities identify extremist Muslims.
Obama: “Second, as Americans, we have to stay true to our core values, and that includes freedom of religion for all faiths.”
This is so obviously true that one wonders why the president felt it necessary to mention it.
Obama: “There are Christians who are targeted now in the Middle East, despite having been there for centuries, and there are Jews who’ve lived in places like France for centuries who now feel obliged to leave because they feel themselves under assault – sometimes by Muslims.”
One would have expected that after mentioning “Christians targeted now in the Middle East,” he would have mentioned “Jews targeted now in the Middle East.” That, however, would presumably have been too controversial to say. So, the president mentioned the many Jews in France “who now feel obliged to leave” their country because “they feel themselves under assault” – and then came the corker: “sometimes by Muslims.”
Sometimes? French Jews have recently been murdered, tortured and harassed more than at any time since the Holocaust. And virtually every one of those attacks has been perpetrated by Muslims.
Obama: “We have to be consistent in condemning hateful rhetoric and violence against everyone. And that includes against Muslims here in the United States of America.”
Two facts are relevant here. One is that religious hate crimes are exceedingly rare in America. The other is that in 2014, the last year for which we have data, Jews were targets of hate crimes four times more frequently than Muslims.
Obama: “I often hear it said that we need moral clarity in this fight. And the suggestion is somehow that if I would simply say, these are all Islamic terrorists, then we would actually have solved the problem by now, apparently.”
The president has made extensive use of the straw man – a false target that he then attacks. This is one such example. No one has ever said that if the president were to identify Islamic terrorists by name instead of nameless “violent extremists,” “we would actually have solved the problem by now.”
What drives most Americans crazy is that the president of the United States refuses to name the enemy. And this rewriting of reality filters down. Increasingly, for example, when (and if) 9/11 is taught in American schools, the attackers are never identified as Muslims.
Obama: “And, by the way, the notion that America is at war with Islam ignores the fact that the world’s religions are a part of who we are.”
Another straw man. No American of any stature has said that “America is at war with Islam.”
Obama: “In the discussion I had before I came out, some people said, why is there always a burden on us? When a young man in Charleston shoots African-Americans in a church, there’s not an expectation that every white person in America suddenly is explaining that they’re not racist.”
This point alone should have been publicised by the media – that the president of the United States tells Muslims that they have no moral obligation to condemn violence committed in the name of Islam.
Obama: “American Muslims are better positioned than anybody to show that it is possible to be faithful to Islam … and to believe in democracy.”
That is actually true. Given that theocracy, not democracy, is a central tenet of Islam, if an Islam compatible with democracy ever develops, it will probably develop in America.
Obama: “These are the voices of Muslim scholars, some of whom join us today, who know Islam has a tradition of respect for other faiths.”
Another falsehood. Islam has no such tradition. Islam has always demanded that Jews and Christians be treated as humiliated second-class citizens – when not forced to choose between conversion or death.
Now you know what President Obama said at the Islamic Society of Baltimore. But if you just read or listened to the mainstream media, you would have missed it because none of this was reported. It was all about, as the headline in USA Today put it, “At Baltimore mosque, Obama condemns anti-Muslim bigotry.”

When you do, you realize how often what Obama says is morally and intellectually confused and even untrue.

Well, I just read through the whole speech, and I didn't come to that realization.

Oh wait, I see, I need to read this particular media outlet's summary and commentary in order to arrive at the same conclusions.

What do you know, he cherry picks a few lines to serve as springboards for his views. Some of them have merit, I'll admit. But none of it supports his argument that Obama said anything nonsensical, dangerous, or that the mainstream media would like to hide.

Now you know what President Obama said at the Islamic Society of Baltimore.

No you don't! (Not unless you read the full speech at whitehouse.gov, which Prager fails to link to.) You just have read yet another media outlet's sparsely quoted summary, along with biased commentary.

He does the very thing he accuses the mainstream media of doing, only from the other side. But he's worse, because he explicitly denies doing it, while the mainstream media never does. If you read about this speech at the New York Times, the Washington Post, CNN, or any other mainstream media outlet, they never say "now you know what President Obama said," as Prager does, implying that there is nothing further to be gained from reading the speech in full.

It's almost as if Prager doesn't want us to read the speech in full, because he's afraid it won't come across in the same light as his stilted, cherry-picked commentary.

Twenty-three-year old Nigerian Muslim Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab intended to detonate Northwest Airlines Flight 253, but the explosives in his underwear malfunctioned and brave passengers subdued him until he could be arrested. After leaving my 15 year career at DHS, I can no longer be silent about the dangerous state of America’s counter-terror strategy, our leaders’ willingness to compromise the security of citizens for the ideological rigidity of political correctness—and, consequently, our vulnerability to devastating, mass-casualty attack.
Just before that Christmas Day attack, in early November 2009, I was ordered by my superiors at the Department of Homeland Security to delete or modify several hundred records of individuals tied to designated Islamist terror groups like Hamas from the important federal database, the Treasury Enforcement Communications System (TECS). These types of records are the basis for any ability to “connect dots.” Every day, DHS Customs and Border Protection officers watch entering and exiting many individuals associated with known terrorist affiliations, then look for patterns. Enforcing a political scrubbing of records of Muslims greatly affected our ability to do that. Even worse, going forward, my colleagues and I were prohibited from entering pertinent information into the database.
A few weeks later, in my office at the Port of Atlanta, the television hummed with the inevitable Congressional hearings that follow any terrorist attack. While members of Congress grilled Obama administration officials, demanding why their subordinates were still failing to understand the intelligence they had gathered, I was being forced to delete and scrub the records. And I was well aware that, as a result, it was going to be vastly more difficult to “connect the dots” in the future—especially beforean attack occurs.
As the number of successful and attempted Islamic terrorist attacks on America increased, the type of information that the Obama administration ordered removed from travel and national security databases was the kind of information that, if properly assessed, could have prevented subsequent domestic Islamist attacks like the ones committed by Faisal Shahzad (May 2010), Detroit “honor killing” perpetrator Rahim A. Alfetlawi (2011); Amine El Khalifi, who plotted to blow up the U.S. Capitol (2012); Dzhokhar or Tamerlan Tsarnaev who conducted the Boston Marathon bombing (2013); Oklahoma beheading suspect Alton Nolen (2014); or Muhammed Yusuf Abdulazeez, who opened fire on two military installations in Chattanooga, Tennessee (2015).
It is very plausible that one or more of the subsequent terror attacks on the homeland could have been prevented if more subject matter experts in the Department of Homeland Security had been allowed to do our jobs back in late 2009. It is demoralizing—and infuriating—that today, those elusive dots are even harder to find, and harder to connect, than they were during the winter of 2009.

Suspicious Deaths Associated With Obama

1. Jamie Zapata - A Homeland Security Investigations Special Agent who was murdered in an ambush. Revelation that I.C.E. Report of Investigation on seizure of Fast & Furious weapons in Texas in August 2010 was signed by Zapata. There is speculation that he was murdered as part of a coverup of the Gunwalker scandal.

2. Federal Judge John McCarthy Roll - The Chief Judge for the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, murdered by the same gunman attacking Gabrielle Giffords. 3. Andrew Breitbart - He died of a massive heart attack, walking outside late at night, alone, in the dark, approximately one week before he was to produce tapes of Obama's extremist activities in college.

4. Michael Cormier - A respected forensic technician for the Los Angeles County Coroner who died under suspicious circumstances at his North Hollywood home April 20, the same day Andrew Breitbart's cause of death was finally made public.

5. Christopher Lasseter - A witness to Breitbart's death who vanished. This follows the suspicious demise of the member of the coroner's team.

6. Steve Bridges - An impersonator who offended 0bama, died at age 48. It appeared that he died of natural causes.

7. Robin Copeland - 46, 11/4/2011: A former Energy Department official who took part in several significant disarmament programs. He died suddenly.

8. Matt Simmons - An investment banker and whistleblower in the British Petroleum oil spill. He died suddenly at home of a heart attack at the age of 67. An autopsy by the state medical examiner's office concluded that Simmons died from accidental drowning "with heart disease as a contributing factor."

9. Kam Kuwata - He was found dead inside his Venice home after a friend, concerned that he had not heard from him for a few days, alerted police. He was a political consultant in California and democratic insider. He was possibly the Obama consultant referred to in the Ulsterman Report: Alledgedly viewed bizarre drug induced behavior from Obama during the the 2008 campaign.

10. Bill Gwatney - A close friend of Bill and Hillary Clinton and a Clinton superdelegate at an upcoming convention in Denver. He was fatally shot in 2008. The shooter had a post-it note with a mystery phone number.

11. Stephanie Tubbs Jones - Found brain dead in 2008. Democratic Rep. Stephanie Tubbs Jones of Cleveland, a superdelegate and one of Hillary Clinton's most prominent black supporters, was found in her car unconscious.

12. Madelyn Payne Dunham - Obama's grandmother who died two days before the general election. He flew up to see her for one hour, alone. There are no records. She was cremated immediately and the ashes were dispersed.

13. Lieutenant Quarles Harris Jr. - A key witness in a federal probe into passport information stolen from the State Department was fatally shot in front of a District church.

14. Christopher Kelly - He committed suicide, under pressure to testify against former Gov. Rod Blagojevich.

15. John Wheeler - A former presidential and Pentagon aide John Wheeler III who was found in a Delaware garbage dump. The cause of death was determined to be blunt force trauma.

16. Beverly Eckert - An activist and advocate for the creation of the 9/11 Commission. She was one of the members of the 9/11 Family Steering Committee for the 9/11 Commission. Eckert's husband, Sean Rooney, died at age 50 in the attacks of September 11, 2001. She pushed for a commission to investigate 9/11 and to establish a memorial. Eckert died at age 57 on February 12, 2009, in the crash of Colgan Air Flight 3407 in Clarence Center, New York. She had met with President Barack Obama just a few days before her death in her role as an advocate for those affected by 9/11.

17. Michael Scott - Although Chicago school board president Michael Scott's death had been ruled a suicide by the Cook County medical examiner's office, Chicago police characterized the case as a death investigation, and have not concluded that Scott's death was a suicide. He was subpoenaed to testify before a federal grand jury looking into the admissions practices of Chicago's elite schools. He was also was under scrutiny over Olympics-related real estate dealings.

18. David Koschman - He was murdered in a Chicago Rush Street brawl by Richard J. "R.J." Vanecko, a nephew of Mayor Daley and White House Chief of Staff Bill Daley. The homicide case involving Daley's nephew was closed without charges.

19. Ashley Turton - The wife of the Obama administration's House of Representatives liaison, Dan Turton, was found dead in a burning car. Fire officials said it appeared the car crashed as it was pulling in or out of the garage behind a row house in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Washington, D.C., at about 5 A.M. Neighbors dialed 911 after spotting the fire. The body was discovered after fire crews doused the blaze. The fire also charred part of the garage. Nobody in the house was injured, fire officials said. Ashley Turton worked as a lobbyist for the utility giant Progress Energy, according to Politico. She was a former staffer for U.S. Rep. Rosa DeLauro, D-Conn. There was a Rahm Emanuel connection to the deceased. The ATF investigated - Ashley Turton crashed under the influence.

20. Dawn Sylvia-Stasiewicz - Obama's first dog trainer, who died At 52. She was rumored to be salaried at over $102,000 per year at tax-payer expense.

21. Mama Lois" Anderson - 79, and her 52 year old daughter Zelda White - Two US women aid workers were shot dead in Nairobi in Kenya (2008). They were retired Presbyterian Church missionaries of Pennsylvania (USA), known to thousands of Africans. The suspected killers of the US women, who were traveling in a car with diplomatic license plates, were allegedly shot dead by police later. They were well known for their work. There is speculation that they possibly had knowledge of the birth and care for Barack Obama in Kenya and were later murdered to cover the trail. When murdered, the husband had his full wallet which the thieves/carjackers didn't take, and there was never a connection made to the said attackers the police later shot dead, but blamed for the double homicide/car jacking. Their church was burned in 2008, possibly to destroy any possible birth records there. Then police chief Mohammed Hussein Ali was later removed from office by Obama supported Kenyan strongman Odinga. All possible witnesses ended up dead, all possible records of the care of infant Obama burned in the church fire, and the public official responsible was removed from office.

22. Holiyah Soetoro Sobah, aka Lia Soetoro - Obama's adopted sister. She died under mysterious, sudden, and unusual circumstances just as she was getting ready to be reunited with her childhood companion and adopted brother. She spoke of many specific incidences in the household where she grew up with "Barry" in Indonesia. She saved many items that Barry used during childhood. She was looking forward to seeing him because she had seen him on TV and was told that was "Barry", her little brother. However, Lia had reservations about it and so was anticipating seeing the scars he had from falling out of the mango tree and the limp she said he walked with. That was not to be because died.

23. Sarah Berkley - Author of "The Jihad at the Ballot Box" - a book examining Obama's relationship with radical Islam. She died in a mysterious car crash in 2003.

24. Russell McDougal - A former FBI operative. McDougal was known to hold sensitive information about meetings Barack Obama had with arms smugglers. His wife was murdered March 2006 after he went public with his initial reports. His father died July 8, 2006 four hours after McDougal presented his findings on the Savage Nation. He suffered administrative retaliation after reporting to his superiors discussions by jihadist groups concerning Obama.

25. Rodrigo Villalopez - A television news cameraman who shot the footage of Obama describing small town voters as "bitter" and "clinging to their guns" during the primary season.

26. Brian Goring - A defense attorney for Obama patron Antoin Rezko during his trial for extortion and bribery. He died of apparent "natural causes."

27. Mercedes Hugley - One of Obama's many white, female conquests while at Harvard. She filed sexual assault charges against Obama for date rape in 1990. Because "date rape" was not considered a crime like it is today, she ended up dropping the charges. Two years later, she was found dead of an apparent cocaine overdose.

28. Tamika Hill - A former secretary for Obama's office in Chicago who was murdered July 6, 2005 at a rib shack in the south side. Hill had spoken off the record with a reporter from the Chicago Sun Times about meetings Obama had with black militants in the city. She was murdered before she could ever be properly interviewed.

29. Hasad Al Shareez - An FBI informant. He reported to his handler in January 2001 that he had a tape about of a person named simply "B. Hussein" meeting with 9/11 hijacker Mohatma Atta in Prague. He was found shot in the basement of a mosque in Dearborn, MI in October, 2001.

30. Darsano Rahardjo - A childhood classmate of Barack Obama when he attended a madrassa in Indonesia. He was found with his head cut off in a Jakarta alleyway in 1970. Many children at the school attributed Rahardjo's murder to the young Barack Obama. It could have been done as an initiation ritual, since Islam demands that a boy spill another's blood before the age of ten to prove their loyalty to Allah.

31. Reverend David Manning - A former head of the Trinity Baptist Church in Chicago. He was murdered during the apparent robbery of a catfish restaurant in 1972. Shortly afterwards, Rev. Jeremiah Wright took over as head of Trinity. Many parishioners, who later left the church, suspected Wright in having a hand in Reverend Manning's death. Decades later, Manning's son Jamal Manning was found dead of an apparent crack overdose in 2004. It was rumored he was going to bring evidence of Wright's complicity in his father's death. His testimony was timed to coincide with Obama's first senate race.

32. Christopher Hargrove - A former lover of Larry Sinclair. He was found dead in a hotel room of apparent auto-erotic asphyxiation in January 2001. He was said to have been enraged when he found out that Sinclair had cheated on Jackson with Obama in the back of a limousine. To get revenge, Jackson planned to release digital pictures Sinclair had taken of the encounter on the Internet.

33. Paul Rothchild - A Democrat National Committee Political Director found dead in a hotel room in Washington DC in 2003. A "friend and trusted advisor" to senatorial candidate Barack Obama. Dead of an apparent suicide.

34. Curtis "Pookie" Jackson - A Chicago drug dealer. He was the subject of a police investigation in which he was suspected of funneling money to Obama's many various community projects. He was killed in 1998 in an apparent gang murder.

35. Harvey Kenyon - The head of Obama's senatorial security team in Chicago. He was gunned down in his car at a deserted intersection outside of Grant Park in 2005. Kenyon's son said his father was building a dossier on Obama. He allegedly threatened to reveal this information. After he died the files were mysteriously removed from his house.

36. Sheila Baugh - A Washington DC madame. She died from a gunshot wound. She was reported to have a black book of people containing names of influential people who visited the prostitutes in her brothel. One of those names was allegedly Barack Obama.

37. Keyshawn "Spoon" Calworth - He was found dead of an apparent heroin overdose May 18, 1997. He was reported to have ties to Rev. Jeremiah Wright.

38. Lawshawna Martin - A 26 year old mother of five. She was a Cabrini Green resident with a history of substance abuse. She told two of her co-workers at the Blue Peppermint Gentleman's Club that she would have to quit work because she was pregnant again. She strongly implied that the "baby daddy" was Barack Obama. The next week, she was reported missing. No body was ever recovered, but Lawshana has not resurfaced since making those remarks.

39. Bill Ferguson - A senior aide to Barack Obama. He was found dead of an apparent heart attack.

40. Gandy Baugh - An attorney for Obama friend Antonin Rezko. He died by falling out of an eightieth story window of the Hancock Tower, January, 2003. His client was a convicted Chinese spy.

In 2015, the UN's Committee on Human Rights reported:
"The acts of violence [by IS in Iraq and Syria] perpetrated against civilians because of their affiliation or perceived affiliation to an ethnic or religious group … may constitute genocide."
In a resolution that was adopted by the European Parliament in April of 2015, the group acknowledged:
"Christians are the most persecuted religious group; whereas extremism and persecution of this nature is emerging as a significant factor in the growing phenomenon of mass migration; whereas according to data the number of Christians killed every year is more than 150,000."
So, it appears that people all around the world, including the anti-American, anti-Christian UN, can see that genocide is taking place in the Middle East by the followers of Islam, but the Obama administration cannot bring itself to call the despicable acts Islamic, nor are they willing to reference the annihilation of Christians in the Middle East genocide."
