For now, I'll probably stick with my brewed root beers. But I did like the online chatting during priesthood session while drinking.

Now head on down to your local Whole Foods market, grab a Weihenstephaner Original Premium or Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier or Shiner Bock and have at it. You can do it! Gad! Gad! Gad! Gad!

:) Yeah, I tell my wife that it is a good thing the WoW is not by commandment or constraint because it is clear that I don't obey it due to my love of sugar drinks and staying away from the recommended MBD. Do you have any recommendations for chocolate beers? (Out of curiosity)

Hmm, never had a "chocolate beer". These end up being more Stouts than anything, which is pretty strong and forward for a first-timer. One of the very first I tried was a Stout. I couldn't get through the bottle. There will be hints of roasted malt, dark chocolate, coffee etc...but it's nothing like drinking chocolate milk.

Oktoberfest. Yeah yeah.
Sitting around, getting stupid drunk, swaying back and forth, singing those German drinking songs, national songs. It just never appealed to me.
The hangover the next day.
I can say I'm glad I have avoided all that.
I was down in Temecula with some of the other motorcycle (BMW) riders last week. Most of them had beer, of course. But they had obtained some root beer for one of the others of my thinking and sensitivity. He gave me one.
That was good stuff.

Unfortunately, I got too busy with chores that I don't have anything. :(

I thought about making a quick run to the store, but it starts in 10 minutes and I am too lazy. I tried getting up to see the eclipse, but it just kind of made me super tired at weird points throughout the day.
