Curiously, in the list of Banks associated with this price rigging - which includes Bank of America and Deutche Bank - JP Morgan is curiously absent.

The markets and the metals markets close at different times, I believe. Comex closes at 3:00 Mountain, 4:00 Texas time, I believe. The price can also jump around a little after the close as orders that were placed before the bell are settled.
