"Police in Tampa, Florida, converged on the Seminole Heights neighbourhood early Tuesday morning after another shooting victim was found in the street.
The community has recently been ravaged by a series of shootings believed to be the result of a serial killer. The body found Tuesday is the fourth to be recovered in the area in recent months.
Police said the crime has similarities to three other murders committed in the area, according to WTVT.
Tampa police spokesman Steve Hegarty told Fox News that, “Police officers are all over the place.”
“We hope to catch him before he gets outside the area,” Hegarty added.
Residents of the community are being encouraged to be aware of their surroundings and cooperate with police as they continue to hunt for the suspected serial killer.
“We need everyone’s cooperation and for everyone to pay attention,” interim Police Chief Brian Dugan stated in a media conference.
Dugan told reporters that the victim is 60-year-old Ronald Felton, who was shot while crossing the street in the early morning hours of Nov. 14.
Felton was reportedly killed while on his way to an early morning shift at the food kitchen he volunteers at.
The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 6 feet in height, dressed in all black, and carrying a large pistol.
“Police officers are all over the place,” Tampa police spokesman Steve Hegarty said. “We hope to catch him before he gets outside the area.”
The gunman is suspected to live in or near the area of Seminole Heights, where all four recent murders have occurred.
Police have asked all gun owners in the area to make sure their firearms are still in their possession, and to notify authorities if they are missing.
Investigators are eager to find the suspected serial killer, who may, according to WTSP, be responsible for four murders, including Felton’s."

Langer, who deputies said was intoxicated, initially denied the grenade existed, but later said he had thrown it outside, authorities said. A deputy found a metal pineapple-style grenade that had a paperclip in place to hold the lever and keep it from exploding, the Sheriff’s Office said.
Deputies evacuated the house, and a search resulted in the discovery of an estimated 200 containers inside the home containing unknown powders, acids and other materials. At least 79 containers were placed in a containment area, and many others were determined to be holding bodily fluids, officials said.
Chitwood said Langer also used a SpongeBob SquarePants lunch box as a booby trap that was planted in the backyard.
Langer had a white mask associated with Antifa, a radical group, in his room. Langer had what appears to be a Guy Fawkes mask favoured by left-wing and anarchist demonstrators, and his infrequently used Facebook page suggests support for Occupy Wall Street and Anonymous activism."

“This is worse than Detroit in one way and even worse than Chicago,” a South Baltimore resident said. “I know a lot of people that are scared to even come out the building. ”

The court files say the suspect, Joshua Kioni Ellis, killed the victim, Wendi Marie Traynor, 27, with a single gunshot to the head at her apartment in Milton after she tried to break up with him.
Her death was discovered by family members who became concerned after they had not heard from her for a week. They found her decomposing body face down in a pool of dried blood at her apartment."

The rape victim told police that she was working out in the Tivoli Apartments gym at about 6:15 p.m. on Wednesday when a black male knocked on the door.
When she let him in, he reportedly grabbed her and pulled her into the bathroom, Gainesville police reported.
Police say the suspect punched the victim in the face, grabbed her by the throat and made her perform a sex act.
The teenager is also being charged with burglary and other crimes stemming from the rape case and recent burglaries in the area of Tivoli and Bivens Cove."

Border Patrol Agent Brandon Judd, also president of the NBPC, stated, “What we know is that Border Patrol Agent Rogilio Martinez appears to have been ambushed by a group of illegal aliens whom he was tracking. Our agents’ reports from the ground say that he was struck in the head multiple times with a rock or rocks.”
Agent Judd continued, “The other agent arrived on scene a short time later and was also ambushed and struck in the head with what is believed to have been a rock or rocks. These disgusting acts and complete disregard for human life need to stop immediately. Family members of slain Agent Martinez will never get to see him come home again all because we have failed to secure our borders from such criminals.”

"Naquin testified that police found Gedel sitting in a chair with massive facial and head injuries, beaten with a tall brass lamp and beer bottles, and stabbed.
The lamp was caved in on all sides and had been ripped from the wall in the living room, said Naquin, citing the cord and plug still connected to the outlet in another room.
Naquin testified that fragments from the broken beer bottles and plastic wrappers were embedded in Gedels skull. One of the victim ears had been cut off and was on the floor.
She loved German Shepherds and adopted two of them, including the recent adoption of a dog that was in the home when she was brutally attacked. The dog later had to be put down.
When the issue of bond came up, Public Defender Rachel Lyle told the judge that McQueen had mental issues, but provided no further information or background. She says he's lived in Montgomery with his mother his whole life and asked for bond, even though bond is not given in capital murder cases.
Lyle said that because the crime did not involve a child or a rape, it was "nothing egregious." Montgomery County District Attorney Daryl Bailey fired back, telling the judge that a 92-year-old beaten to death during a home invasion is one of the most egregious crimes and questioned if Lyle was qualified to even take part in the first call in a capital case.
Judge Massey said that because of McQueen's history and the allegations, he would remain in the jail without bond.
Court documents show McQueen pleaded guilt in a 2009 assault case in which the victim was shot during a robbery. He spent several years in prison and then several more years on probation.
Gedels house was ransacked according to Naquin, littered with beer bottles, and her jewelry had been rifled through and strewn throughout the house. Investigators found jewelry near the fence on Gedels property, along with blood on the fence with a DNA profile that matched McQueens.
When McQueen was arrested, Naquin testified that he interviewed the defendant, who denied ever going to the victim’s house and committing the murder. Naquin said after he told McQueen that his DNA was located at the crime scene, McQueen asked for an attorney.
Naquin began photographing injuries on McQueens arms that were consistent with the scratches and cuts that would stem from breaking through the glass window on the victim back door. Thats when the defendant told Naquin he would tell him what happened if he could smoke a cigarette.
Naquin testified that McQueen said that he was mental and on drugs but remembered walking past the house in question on Thursday with jewelry and a pink phone.
The district attorney could not comment on whether McQueen knew the victim, but her friends indicated that she did not know him and that her back door had been kicked in."

The lamp was caved in on all sides and had been ripped from the wall in the living room, said Naquin, citing the cord and plug still connected to the outlet in another room.
Naquin testified that fragments from the broken beer bottles and plastic wrappers were embedded in Gedels skull. One of the victim ears had been cut off and was on the floor.
She loved German Shepherds and adopted two of them, including the recent adoption of a dog that was in the home when she was brutally attacked. The dog later had to be put down.
When the issue of bond came up, Public Defender Rachel Lyle told the judge that McQueen had mental issues, but provided no further information or background. She says he's lived in Montgomery with his mother his whole life and asked for bond, even though bond is not given in capital murder cases.
Lyle said that because the crime did not involve a child or a rape, it was "nothing egregious." Montgomery County District Attorney Daryl Bailey fired back, telling the judge that a 92-year-old beaten to death during a home invasion is one of the most egregious crimes and questioned if Lyle was qualified to even take part in the first call in a capital case.
Judge Massey said that because of McQueen's history and the allegations, he would remain in the jail without bond.
Court documents show McQueen pleaded guilt in a 2009 assault case in which the victim was shot during a robbery. He spent several years in prison and then several more years on probation.
Gedels house was ransacked according to Naquin, littered with beer bottles, and her jewelry had been rifled through and strewn throughout the house. Investigators found jewelry near the fence on Gedels property, along with blood on the fence with a DNA profile that matched McQueens.
When McQueen was arrested, Naquin testified that he interviewed the defendant, who denied ever going to the victim’s house and committing the murder. Naquin said after he told McQueen that his DNA was located at the crime scene, McQueen asked for an attorney.
Naquin began photographing injuries on McQueens arms that were consistent with the scratches and cuts that would stem from breaking through the glass window on the victim back door. Thats when the defendant told Naquin he would tell him what happened if he could smoke a cigarette.
Naquin testified that McQueen said that he was mental and on drugs but remembered walking past the house in question on Thursday with jewelry and a pink phone.
The district attorney could not comment on whether McQueen knew the victim, but her friends indicated that she did not know him and that her back door had been kicked in."

Melissa Ann Blair and Anthony Powell shared a long kiss at the end of a visit last year at the Oregon State Penitentiary and she passed seven tiny balloons filled with methamphetamine into his mouth.
Two of the balloons ruptured in Powell's stomach a short time later and he died of methamphetamine toxicity, prosecutors have said.
US District Judge Marco Hernandez said Blair's actions were part of a scheme devised by Powell and others to get drugs inside the prison. The 41-year-old was serving a life sentence for aggravated murder in the stabbing death of his mother-in-law, according to court records.
