"Islamic State has taken credit for the murders of at least 59 people in Las Vegas on Oct. 1 by gunman Stephen Paddock at the Jason Aldean concert. Initially, the FBI has said so far it has not found any evidence to validate the claim.
So, either Islamic State really connected with Paddock and inspired his cold-blooded massacre, or the group really wants us to think they did. Both possibilities are terrifying in their own right. Why?
Either, Islamic State is now successfully recruiting Americans with no background to speak of pertaining to Islam the religion or national origins from the Middle East, North Africa or Pacific Asia. Or, that is what the group is trying to achieve and are now attempting to inspire other Americans to join the ranks of radical Islam — or to commit attacks allied in the same cause.
Either way, Islamic State has been clear that it wants attacks by those who do not necessarily fit the profile to obfuscate where the threat is coming from.
Overall, one cannot help but see parallels in Las Vegas to the Manchester Arena bombing by Islamic State in May at the Ariana Grande concert that killed 22. Attacking large public events like concerts is absolutely the modus operandi of the terrorist group.
When the enemy speaks, perhaps we should listen.
For example, it appears the shooter may have been utilizing lyrics from the Robbie Williams song, “Me and My Monkey,” portraying an old Western-style shootout, which includes lyrics “with a dream and a gun” and “We made tracks to the Mandalay Bay Hotel… We got the elevator, I hit the 33rd floor.” Paddock had staged his attack from the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay Hotel.
The song’s lyrics reference Billy the Kid, Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid and Kurt Cobain, all who met their ends by gunfire, just as Paddock did in the end. The protagonist in the song is meeting his end by going out in a blaze. The refrain reads, “Me and monkey, With a dream and a gun, Hoping my monkey, Don’t point that gun at anyone, Me and monkey, Like Butch and the Sundance Kid, Trying to understand, Why he did what he did, Why he did what he did.”
Was Paddock inspired by the song?
Maybe not. Prominently, Robbie Williams performed Manchester Etihad Stadium concert on June 2 just days after the Manchester Arena bombing. At the concert, he shouted, “We are Manchester and we are not scared!”
Days later, Williams also performed at the Manchester Benefit concert on June 4.
Of course, these could all just be coincidences. Was utilizing the lyrics of the song some sort of a message from Islamic State to Williams? Considering the savagery and cruelty of this attack, as facts emerge, law enforcement should pursue all possible leads.
Attacking concerts is something Islamic State has very prominently done in the past. They want you to be afraid to walk into an arena or stadium.
The fact that it was an American who the terror group says converted to Islam should not be lightly discounted. This would not be the first time. The case of Johnny Walker Lindh comes to mind, who was captured on the battlefield in Afghanistan in Nov. 2001 as a Taliban combatant.
If Islamic State is taking credit for this terrorist attack, then whatever potential links there are should be fully investigated by the Justice Department and local law enforcement. Paddock may have had accomplices, after all, who are still at large.
Again, if the enemy speaks, we should listen.
In the meantime, for Americans trying to understand what happened in Las Vegas, they should wait for facts from law enforcement and not overreact to what has happened. It may be that the terrorist massacre was senseless in every sense of the word. Or Islamic State may have been behind it after all.
ISIS does not usually make false claims. In fact, the giving of an Arabic name is incredibly rare. The ISIS mouthpiece, Amaq News Agency, is generally very cautious in claiming responsibility for attacks. Its enthusiasm for the damage caused by natural disasters, or other terrorists, is not to be confused with a genuine claim on its own behalf. The fact thats Stephen Paddock was nicknamed Abu Abd al-Bar al-Amriki means we should await further developments. The news agency treads on thin ice when it makes false claims as it loses whatever integrity for the truth it might possess. If this is found to not be the case, they will lose access to headlines across the globe.
See Islamic State video bragging that the Las Vegas massacre was revenge for US attacks against their caliphate at this link:

Tom Heneghan says: "Paddock became the patsy for the shooting. This shooting was a blood sacrifice done by a very skilled team of killers. It was a warning to Trump from the Bush Clinton deep state that we can do this anytime we want so back off locking us up! It was also a grab for the guns as they always do.

Marilou Danley, the girlfriend of Paddock was working as an FBI informant for years according to Heneghan’s sources! She was sponsored to get into the country by a CIA agent! I have that proof of this below that came from 4chan researchers.

Tom says British G4S is very capable of putting together a murder squad to do this shooting.

Stephen Paddock and his girlfriend Marylou Danley were bag man and bag woman for FBI Division #5 and casinos involved in money laundering, narcotics trafficking and foreign currency manipulation."

Ann Coulter:
"There’s a remarkable number of dangling facts about Stephen Paddock’s mass murder in Las Vegas, which the media have shown little inclination to investigate. It’s almost as if they’re worried that too much investigation will ruin it.
Who was the woman shouting, “YOU’RE ALL GOING TO DIE!” right before the concert? Is any reporter interested in finding out? Probably a random crazy lady, but that’s not typical pre-concert behavior.
Why is it taking so long to find out if anyone else went into Paddock’s hotel room since he checked in last Thursday? I’m perfectly prepared to accept that he was the only one who entered that room, but can we see the surveillance video?
The sum-total of the information we know about Marilou Danley, the woman who’s been living with Paddock for years is the following: She was out of the country at the time of the attack. She’s not involved.
Paddock had apparently assembled an enormous arsenal of weapons. Did she know about it? Did he tell her why? Had his behavior changed recently? Why wasn’t he with her on her trip? Had they broken up? And why did Paddock recently wire $100,000 to the Philippines?
Within hours of the first indictments in the Duke lacrosse case — later, all thrown out — the media was bristling with information about the players’ parents, the homes they grew up in, the ritziness of their neighborhoods, and the tuition at their Catholic high schools. Doesn’t any reporter want to ask Danley anything?
Do we know yet why Paddock broke two windows? What were his recent winnings or losses at gambling?
I don’t know if any of this would change the basic narrative. But the media don’t know, either, and they seem strangely reluctant to ask. As Sherlock Holmes said: First, you exclude the impossible, and whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth. Our media isn’t doing the reporting that would allow us to exclude anything. And then they wonder why conspiracy theories develop.
The media’s idea of hard-hitting investigative reporting is to taunt gun-owners and white men. Making snarky political remarks is Job No. 1 of reporters. Apparently, it’s also the new job description for late-night comics. As long as we’re looking for jobs that Americans just won’t do, maybe we could find some immigrants to tell jokes and report news.
We’re getting a lot of smirky, celebratory headlines, like these:

America”s White Man Problem.
How America Has Silently Accepted The Rage of White Men.
The White Privilege of the "Lone Wolf” Shooter.

While it’s great that liberals have finally found a mass murder that they don’t think can be defeated with a “Je Suis Charlie” hashtag, they’re either lying or they don’t know what they’re talking about. Blacks and Hispanics are extremely well-represented as perpetrators of mass shootings, Muslims are over-represented, and surprisingly, even the usually law-abiding Asians more than hold their own.
Typical Reporter: Yeah, we decided not to go with the mass shootings at the Tennessee church, the Washington Navy Yard, San Bernardino, the Pulse nightclub, Fort Hood, the LIRR, the Carson City IHOP, the Trolley Square Shopping Mall, the Windy City Core Supply warehouse, Virginia Tech, the Binghamton Civic Center, the Hartford Distributors, the hunting tract in Wisconsin, the Appalachian School of Law … and on and on and on.
And those are just a few of the famous ones! It’s hard to notice what’s not there, so it’s especially annoying that the journalist’s method of illustrating mass murderers is to assemble pictures of all the mass shooters, but then only show the white guys.
There was one characteristic of white men in abundant evidence at the Las Vegas massacre. They’re awfully chivalrous, these white male country music fans. Twenty-two thousand people came under sustained, high-powered gunfire and few people, if any, were stomped to death — something you can’t say for a Black Friday sale at a Long Island mall.
At the Las Vegas concert, men died protecting women, using their bodies as shields and standing up in the middle of gunfire to direct the women to safety. The New York Post reports that one woman said she “was running away and a couple of guys said, ‘Hey, come stand behind us,’ and boom, they went down.” Heather Melton has described how she felt her husband, Sonny, being shot in the back, fatally, as he shielded her from the rain of bullets.
Without many facts to go on, the only sweeping conclusion we can make so far is that there’s a reason feminism didn’t emerge from the country music community."

This video seems like the best resolution so far found of StephenPaddock at the anti-Trump rally in Reno.

This guy does a good job lining up and pausing the video so we can compare with the only good picture we seem to have of Stephen Paddock.

https://constitution.com/breaking-nfl-p ... rge-soros/

"NFL Players Association (NFLPA), the Ford Foundation, the Kellog Foundation, the Services Employees International Union (SEIU), and various other organizations have been discovered funneling money to George Soros and other far-left fundraisers.

While the information shouldn’t be shocking as many of these groups have already been known to lean left, it does paint a picture of corporate America hell-bent on seeing our Republic transformed into a socialist oligarchy, run by massively wealthy oligarchs like Soros.

“A prominent anti-Trump ‘resistance’ organization” and several other leftist groups receive direct donations from the National Football League Players Association (NFLPA).

2ndVote has found the NFLPA provides financial support to the Center for Community Change Action, which according to the Washington Free Beacon, “has been involved in direct action against President Donald Trump and Republicans before and after the November elections.” 2ndVote’s research team found the NFL Players Association is identified as an organization that donates in support of the center’s work in the latest available annual report.

The Center for Community Change (CCC) funded the “Families Fight Back” campaign which mobilised Latinos against the Trump campaign for President, they also support United We Dream which advocates for “Sanctuary Campuses” in direct opposition to the Trump administration’s efforts to enforce our immigration laws. The CCC also donates annually to Planned Parenthood, meaning that the NFLPA is literally paying to kill children. Google is also partnering with Planned Parenthood and will soon be hosting an awards ceremony for the abortion giant, where another liberal billionaire, Tom Steyer, will be honoured for his efforts to see more people killed through environmental regulations.

2ndVote has uncovered the NFLPA has financially supported at least two more left-wing, anti-Trump activist groups. Two of the union’s last three tax filings (2013, 2015) show donations to Working America, a Steyer-supported organization that used Craigslist in Cleveland, Ohio to apparently recruit paid activists to protest the 2016 GOP convention. The NFLPA’s 2014tax filing shows a donation to Jobs With Justice, another organization backed by Soros that actively opposesthe president’s tax cuts.
As the Washington Free Beacon reports the NFLPA is linked to various other groups as major donors to far-left causes:

The Center for Community Change’s largest contribution was $3,000,000 from the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, which was initially created by Will Kellogg, the food manufacturer and founder of Kellogg Company. The Ford Foundation, which was first created by the founders of the Ford Motor Company, added a $2,350,000 donation. The Open Society Foundation, a foundation run by liberal billionaire mega-donor George Soros, gave $1,750,000 to the Center for Community Change.

Other donors to the organization include the California Endowment, which gave $524,500; the Marquerite Casey Foundation, which gave $515,000; Fidelity Charitable Gift, which donated $505,100 (Note: Fidelity itself did not donate, this figure reflects private individuals who used the company as a charitable vehicle for their own donations.); and the National Immigration Law Center, which gave $316,000.

The Center for Community Change Action, the “social welfare” (c)(4) arm of the group, additionally relies on a handful of donors for almost all of its funding, according to its documents that do not include the privacy redactions.

The point is this, there are many large corporations donating significant amounts of money to far-left anti-American causes and they’re getting that money from us, their customers.

Do we really want to be the funding source for men like George Soros, and genocidal groups like Planned Parenthood? If you don’t want your hard-earned dollars working to push our nation over a leftist cliff, then you may want to make sure that your avoiding spending money with corporations like Kellog’s, Ford, the NFL, and the like."

"Chilling body cam footage of the police hunt for gunman Stephen Paddock in Las Vegas shows the intense danger that first responders had to deal with in order to neutralize the man responsible for the deadliest mass shooting in U.S. history… officers rushing toward the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino — even as they were urging concert goers to run the other direction because of the gunfire.

At the beginning of the video, an officer can be heard yelling, “Get out of here! Go that way! There are gunshots coming from over there, go that way!”

After one burst of gunfire, police can be seen ducking behind a wall. One of the officers can be heard saying that the gunman is aiming directly for them.

“They’re shooting right at us, guys. Everybody stay down. Stay down,” he says.

According to Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Undersheriff Kevin C. McMahill, the police were trying to hunt the exact location of the shooter. He added that one of the officers ended up being shot by Paddock. This is what America so often forgets about its first responders: It is their solemn duty to run toward situations any rational human being would run away from.

In a nation where the very idea that police should enforce the law has become controversial — to say nothing of how they enforce it — this heart-pounding video should be required viewing. We too often denigrate the badge for political reasons, and the media is all too willing to go along in representing our men and women in uniform as capricious, volatile reactionaries whose only role is societal oppression.

Then moments like these happen and we suddenly remember why these individuals are our heroes. "

"Antifa, the largest and most ironically named of the legion of liberal organizations, has been at the forefront of violence and neo-Fascism in America over the course of the last few months. With riotous results in Berkeley, California that took a massive chunk out of the First Amendment, the group has long been considered the most vile and reprehensible of the radical leftists. Their purposefully vague “mission” has allowed them to mutate and infiltrate any and all left-leaning clans of cretins, including the horrendously misguided social justice statue stooges.
Antifa, like the rest of their leftist brethren, are ready to rewrite history by labeling everyone who came before them racists, as evidenced by their campaigns to remove historical markers and statues around the country.
Now, as the incendiary group takes aim at Christopher Columbus, there are massive, illegal actions being planned for Monday’s holiday.
“Five Christopher Columbus statues have already been vandalized in New York City in recent weeks, according to Far Left Watch. In one case last month, vandals defaced a ‘larger-than-life’ statue of Columbus in Central Park, leaving blood-red paint on his hands, and scrawled, ‘Hate will not be tolerated’ and ‘#SomethingsComing’ on its pedestal.
“What is coming appears to be a coordinated campaign to destroy monuments all across the country on Columbus Day.
“The NYC-based antifa group Revolutionary Abolitionist Movement (RAM) made the announcement on Thursday, September 21, calling on antifa groups nationwide to ‘decorate’ their neighbourhoods.
“According to Far Left Watch, RAM is ‘an extremely militant group that advocates for the violent redistribution of property’ and for ‘the abolition of gender.'”
Cities across the nation will likely be on high alert as the threat continues to develop."

This video does make for a great point of evidence for why punching Nazis is a stupid, horrible idea. It doesn't take very long before "Nazi" is suddenly used as a pejorative for "the people on the other side of the political aisle with whom I disagree."

The key thing I noticed while watching this video is that there was not a single Nazi, white supremacist, or fascist to be seen in the right-wing camp (or if there were, I have yet to see any actual indication of such). For the most part, it was nothing more than an glorified spectacle put on by conservative Republican voters who wanted to have their voices heard (as is their constitutional right). Yet the entire narrative put forth by the left-wing camp is that Republicans are basically "neo fascists" (as one guy's sign actually says outright). They go out of their way to disrupt every gathering with baseless accusations of fascism, KKK, neo-Nazis, and white supremacy. The natural conclusion from this reckless way of thinking is that if punching Nazis is okay, then punching Republicans is also okay.

So yes, the ultimate irony in all this is that ANTIFA's efforts to fight fascism have literally turned them into neo fascists. They are promoting violence and manipulation as a mechanism for political gain and for silencing opposition.

http://www.wnd.com/2017/10/supreme-date ... -cake-war/

"The U.S. Supreme Court has picked Dec. 5 to hear arguments in the case of a Colorado baker who was accused of violating a state regulation by refusing to promote a same-sex “wedding” with his artistry.

In Colorado, it was a biased Civil Rights Commission that ordered Jack Phillips of Masterpiece Cakeshop to provide his customized wedding cakes to same-sex duos if he provided them to anyone. He also was told to undergo state-mandated, homosexual-rights thought training and take his staff with him.

A member of the state’s Civil Rights Commission, Diann Rice, publicly exhibited bias against him during a hearing, comparing him to a Nazi.

“I would also like to reiterate what we said in the hearing or the last meeting,” Rice said during consideration of Phillips’ case. “Freedom of religion and religion has been used to justify all kinds of discrimination throughout history, whether it be slavery, whether it be the Holocaust, whether it be – I mean, we – we can list hundreds of situations where freedom of religion has been used to justify discrimination. And to me it is one of the most despicable pieces of rhetoric that people can use to – to use their religion to hurt others.”

“Outlasting the Gay Revolution” spells out eight principles to help Americans who hold conservative moral values counter attacks on freedoms of religion, speech and conscience by homosexual activists

It was the same state commission that ruled homosexual bakers can legitimately refuse to create a cake with a Bible verse that condemns homosexuality, arguing it offends their beliefs.

Phillips contends he is protected by the First Amendment right to speak freely and to exercise his religious beliefs.

In a friend-of-the-court brief, the U.S. government comes to his defense, arguing the making of a wedding cake is a form of expression protected by the Constitution.

“When Phillips designs and creates a custom wedding cake for a specific couple and a specific wedding, he plays an active role in enabling that ritual, and he associates himself with the celebratory message conveyed,” the brief points out.

The Colorado law, therefore, by forcing Phillips “to create expression for and participate in a ceremony that violates his sincerely held religious beliefs,” intrudes on his First Amendment rights.

Colorado, the federal government argues, “has not offered, and could not reasonably offer, a sufficient justification” to force Phillips to makes such an expression.

Phillips lost in state court, where enforcement of the “gay”-rights agenda is common. A state Supreme Court justice has boasted of being a “gay” activist.

The Alliance Defending Freedom, which is defending Phillips, explained that Phillips considers the moral component of his work to be important. ADF points out that he also declines to produce products with a Halloween theme.

“Jack Phillips doesn’t design cakes for all events – he never has. He has a set of values based on his religious beliefs – a moral code – that guides his life, including his work. When an event conflicts with Jack’s beliefs, he doesn’t participate. The Constitution protects that freedom – not just because Jack is a person of faith, but also because he is an artist who pours his time, talent, and incredible skill into creating custom works of art for his customers,” ADF explains.

“But that hasn’t stopped LGBT activists and the State of Colorado from coming after Jack. They’ve accused him of intolerance and discrimination, forced him to reeducate his staff and file quarterly compliance reports with the government, and demanded that he design cakes for same-sex weddings.”

ADF argues the U.S. Supreme Court’s same-sex marriage decision “may have redefined marriage, but it didn’t redefine freedom.”

“The government does not have the power to force creative professionals like Jack – or anyone for that matter – to celebrate events that violate their faith. That’s the kind of freedom the First Amendment guarantees, and that’s why we seek justice for Jack,” ADF says.

Phillips, who has generated a tidal wave of support, shares the Christian belief that the standard for marriage was established by God, and no earthly court, including the U.S. Supreme Court, can change it.

That position was stated emphatically by Rabbi Jonathan Cahn, author of the New York Times best-seller “The Harbinger” and the inspiration behind the “Isaiah 9:10 Judgment” movie. His most recent book, “The Paradigm,” is just out.

He was addressing the Washington: A Man of Prayer event in the U.S. Capitol in 2015, just before the Supreme Court released its marriage opinion, which four justices criticized as unconnected to the Constitution.

“The justices of the Supreme Court took up their seats [in a hearing] on whether they should strike down the biblical and historic definition of marriage. That the event should even take place is a sign this is the America of George Washington’s warning … a nation at war against its own foundation,” Cahn said.

“If this court should overrule the word of God and strike down the eternal rules of order and right that heaven itself ordained, how then will God save it? Justices, can you judge the ways of God? There is another court and there another judge, where all men and all judges will give account.

“If a nation’s high court should pass judgment on the Almighty, should you then be surprised God will pass judgment on the court and that nation? We are doing that which Israel did on the altars of Baal,” said Cahn.

"Hamas has infiltrated over 190 American campuses –
The Freedom Center is exposing the Hamas front group known as Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) whose one goal is to indoctrinate vulnerable students against Israel.
And they now have over 190 chapters across the country.
These groups pose as legitimate "social justice" clubs, and they attract impressionable young people.
But they teach them to hate Israel and defend Hamas terrorism.
That's why the Freedom Center is exposing Hamas's presence – but I need your urgent help to expand our "Stop University Support for Terrorists" campaign.
The Freedom Center has placed posters on the ten worst campuses across America... including most recently Brandeis University and Brooklyn College.
...and now we're under attack.
In fact, one Leftist Professor who is "happy to consider David Horowitz as an enemy" is threatening legal action against the Freedom Center! this professor doesn't have a leg to stand on, but his attack shows just how far Jew-hatred has infiltrated our schools. “

Teacher takes students to militant Antifa protests – GOPUSA

"A California public middle school teacher with an extensive violent record of involvement with militant left-wing groups – including criminal assault charges – recruited her students and took them to radical Antifa protests.
As the outspoken leader of By Any Means Necessary (BAMN) – an arm of the violent, self-proclaimed “anti-fascist” Antifa group – Yvette Falarca was arrested on September 26, when a Free Speech Week protest turned violent at the University of California, Berkeley. Her offenses were found to extend onto the public middle school campus, where she has toiled to indoctrinate students to adhere to her radical leftist views.
“Court documents show that the California public school teacher arrested last week at the University of California, Berkeley, on suspicion of battery and resisting arrest, has since 2009 racked up a list of fire-worthy offenses, including recruiting students to participate in protests facilitated by the militant left-wing group, By Any Means Necessary, and transporting students to protests without permission in her personal vehicle,”
Many have been concerned that the anti-Trump and anti-American protester was allowed to teach in public school – despite the fact that her violent conduct and tendencies have been public knowledge for some time.
“Felarca is already under indictment for ‘assault by means of force likely to inflict great bodily injury, participating in a riot, and inciting a riot’ when she was caught on video punching a man in the stomach and screaming, ‘Get the [expletive] off our streets!’ during a June 2016 white supremacist protest in Sacramento,” TheBlaze’s Teresa Mull pointed out. “Felarca later stated her actions were ‘not a crime.’”
The militant Democrat – who is sometimes referred to as “Yvonne” in court documents – was taken out of the classroom for a time, but it was indicated that her removal last September was not a consequence of her recruiting actions at school or her violence outside the classroom.
“Felarca was placed on paid administrative leave in September 2016 while BUSD investigated ‘concerns [Felarca] may have engaged in inappropriate conduct,’ a case document shows,” Mull informed. “The letter informing Felarca of her administrative leave says the leave ‘[was] not intended to be disciplinary.’”
Playing the politics card
Seeing nothing wrong with recruiting impressionable students to partake in violent leftist protests and personally engage in violent demonstrations, Felarca sued her school district for wrongfully placing her on leave.
“In October 2016, Felarca filed a lawsuit against BUSD Yvette Felarca v. Berkeley Unified School District et al. alleging the district violated her First Amendment rights by placing her on involuntary leave for her participation in a political protests,” Mull recounted. “The case claimed in its introduction that Felarca ‘has received only positive evaluations over her 10 years of teaching with BUSD’ and said the defendants were conducting ‘a political witch-hunt against Felarca.’”
In November, Felarca – who is a member of the Berkeley Federation of Teachers – resumed teaching in the classroom, when she was issued a “Notice of Unprofessional Conduct,” which she challenged in the lawsuit.
“Felarca submitted as evidence the November letter and a “Notice of Unprofessional Conduct/Unsatisfactory Performance” from June 2016 as exhibits I and A, respectively, revealed during the case proceedings,” Heartland.org stated. “’Exhibit A’ states Felarca ‘repeatedly solicited students to participate in protests against the proposed charter school in the District’ and was issued a formal reprimand for her ‘improper involvement of children in this matter.’”
Out-of-control
Felarca’s leftist propaganda was witnessed in the classroom five years earlier, as well.
“In 2011, the notice says, Felarca promised parents and students a trip to a rally at UC-Berkeley before obtaining permission from the principal to take them,” the organization’s statement added. “The principal ultimately denied Felarca permission, because ‘it was an opportunity for [Felarca] to indoctrinate students and use them to support [her] own political agenda. Felarca acted ‘unprofessionally toward [the principal] when she denied [her] permission.’”
Her abuse of power continued the following year, as well.
“Felarca was issued another formal letter of reprimand in June 2012 for an unauthorized after-school trip where she left a student behind and later claimed he ‘wandered off,’ according to the notice, which goes on to document numerous instances of ‘abuse of leave’ over the years, during which time Felarca lied about sick and personal leave to attend political rallies,” the report continued.
Her misconduct did not stop there, with more offenses stacking up the following year.
“The November notice states that in 2013, Felarca was issued a formal NUC/NUP documenting ‘multiple situations where [Felarca] failed to follow District and school procedures for reporting absences, and claimed sick and personal leave to attend political protests,’” Mull pointed out. “Felarca was also cited for ‘insubordinate and antagonistic behavior’ at a meeting scheduled to discuss her ‘attendance issues, dishonesty, insubordination, and abuse of District technology and social media to undermine the administration.’ Felarca, the notice says, was issued ‘nine directives to comply with’ and was warned that ‘failure to comply with those directives … could be grounds for dismissal.’”
Using the classroom to conduct radical left recruitment sessions was commonplace for Felarca’s students.
“The November notice says the district interviewed eight of Felarca’s students who reported Felarca used class time to talk about protests she was planning to attend, asked students to raise their hands if they wanted to go with her, took down their names, and told them she’d be contacting their parents for permission,” Mull noted.
Falarca’s repeated misconduct of subjecting her students to liberal propaganda was also mentioned in the notice.
“Several students reported that they had gone to protests with Felarca and that she had driven them in her car on the weekends,” the notice reads, according to TheBlaze. “The results of the initial student interview indicated that you were continuing to invite students, and take students, on unauthorized field trips to protests, in blatant violation of the directives given to you in the first NUC/NUP and the Second NUC/NUP. As a result of safety and liability concerns, and because there was an upcoming protest apparently scheduled for that weekend, the District decided to place you on paid administrative leave.”
The radical left teacher also intentionally misinformed others to try to build a case against being disciplined by the district.
“According to the November notice, Felarca violated the terms of her leave by contacting parents and students and trying to convince the public she was ‘suspended’ for her role in the Sacramento riot, though the District maintains the reason for Felarca’s leave was unrelated to the riot and was due to ‘insubordination, safety and liability for unauthorized field trips.’”
No stopping …
Evidence of coercion was also presented in court.
“The document states Felarca had her lawyer, Shanta Driver, who is also BAMN’s national chair, contact parents and students, which was ‘not only clearly in violation of the directives set forth in the administrative leave letter, but was also in violation of state and federal laws, as well as District policy regarding student privacy,’” Mull divulged. “The notice alleges Felarca at one point went to a student’s home to speak to his father and try to ‘manipulate him into signing a document that related to whether the school district had the right to interview his son without his permission.’”
And the list of violations goes on and on, including willful defiance against the principal.
“The notice says that in 2015, the district found out Felarca took students to a hearing at which her own attorney, Driver, was defending a Guatemalan asylum seeker, even though the principal denied Felarca’s request to take the students,” Mull explained. “The notice reports several other incidents in which Felarca transported students to and from protests in her personal vehicle and obtained permission from parents who don’t understand English well and ‘did not fully understand that this was not a school-approved trip,’ where Felarca was taking their children, that it was a political event, or that there would be police and hazards present.”
Felarca also presented copies of letters to the court that she claimed to have received from supporters, including one that was allegedly from “a Mexican 13-year-old boy, who once lived and studied at Berkeley,” which reads:
“Felarca wants justice – she wants to make better citizens,” the letter begins, according to TheBlaze. “Isn’t that what teachers are meant to be? I want to say that Donald J. Trump has a chance to win the presidency of the U.S. Trump is a racist man, a fascist, and in my point of view ‘the stupidest man alive.’ Lots of people in America support him, and will vote for him. Is that a good thing about U.S. education? No! That actually talks bad about U.S.’s education. That means that some teachers, the people who are in charge of kids, the future, also support ‘the stupidest man alive.’ We need more fighters like Ms. Felarca. Like once Yvette Felarca said, and I quote: ‘We need to take them head on, confront them, but with as many people as possible.’”
Felarca’s militant group attempted to mobilize supporters to intimidate the opposition in the courtroom.
“BAMN’s website called for people to ‘fill the courtroom’ during Felarca’s court appearance Wednesday on her assault and riot charges, providing carpool information for protesters,” Mull announced. “The website also called on people to contact the Sacramento district attorney and ‘demand’ she drop the charges against Felarca. No one entered a plea during the hearing Wednesday for a settlement conference, which will be continued on Nov. 8.”
Protecting who from what?
A restraining order against UC Berkeley College Republicans President Troy Wordon – who is challenging the order – was also filed by Felarca.
“Yvette Felarca, the leader of By Any Means Necessary, has served me with a restraining order to stop my conservative free speech activities at Berkeley,” Worden wrote on his fundraising website, according to Campus Reform. “Well-funded groups on the left are supporting Felarca’s cause – the accused students need your help to fight back and even the score in court, including filing claims against Felarca and her crew for their illegal conduct interfering with the rights of the Berkeley Republican students.”
He mentioned Felarca’s latest illegal activity at Antifa’s “Victory March” in Berkeley, when she was taken into custody for “battery and resisting arrest.”
“What does Yvette do now that she is out on bail? She harasses conservative students on campus and files frivolous restraining orders,” Worden contended on the legal defense fund website, as quoted by Campus Reform. “She falsely claims that the Berkeley College Republicans harass her, stalk her, and intimidate her, among other phony accusations. She has an out-of-state Detroit lawyer, Shanta Driver, who flies in to California to help her abuse the courts this way.”
The conservative student leader’s attorney indicated that Felarca’s bid for a restraining order will not hold water.
“We got video evidence showing that the things that she said happened did not happen,” Worden’
.

Vice President Pence seeks financial support for Ed Gillespie:

"Ed Gillespie is running for the Virginia governorship and faces a tough road ahead.

Democrats across the country are focusing on this race because they will treat a win in this election as a barometer for 2018. They are working around the clock to defeat Ed, and in turn be able to report they have defeated our conservative ideals and values. They are hoping to win in November and then use it to garner more support for their liberal candidates across the nation next year.

Ed Gillespie is a patriot and has been a champion of our timeless principles for years. He will be an exemplary Governor of Virginia and will fight for lower taxes, more American jobs and less government regulations."

President Trump just took steps to fulfill one of his biggest campaign promises by decertifying the Iran Nuclear Deal.

http://mailcdn.teapartypatriots.org/att ... ZKZnyVbTLS

Now that President Trump has decertified the Iran Nuclear Deal, now is the time to urge Congress to impose sanctions on Iran and any other nation who continues to do business with Iran.

In 2015 a rally was held on Capitol Hill to urge then President Obama not to enter into this deal because it was a bad deal for America and would almost guarantee that Iran would obtain nuclear weapons within 10 years.
President Trump said that day, “Never, ever, ever in my life have I seen any transaction so incompetently negotiated as our deal with Iran. And I mean NEVER.”
He was right.
The Obama administration flew a cash payment of billions of dollars to Iran at the start of the deal.
Since the deal was entered into, Iran remains on the State Department list of nations who sponsor terrorism.

Iran failed to comply with the deal by not allowing International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) personnel access to inspect certain military sites as they are required to do by the terms of the agreement. They continue to pursue development of ballistic missiles – in pure defiance of United Nations Security Council Resolutions. They continue to seek access to ballistic missile technology, in direct defiance of United Nations Security Council resolutions. And they continue to threaten the destruction of Israel.

Sign the petition to urge President Trump and Congress to impose sanctions on Iran and any nation that continues to do business with Iran.

Literally the worst deal in world history. Glad to see him trying to get rid of this deal.

http://www.mlive.com/news/grand-rapids/ ... ite_p.html

"GRAND RAPIDS, MI - A black nurse has sued Spectrum Health System after, she said, officials granted a white patient's request for no black caregivers.
Michelle Acklen, who was working for Spectrum Health through Cross Country Staffing, said she was re-assigned patients numerous times until her assignment ended in July.
Spectrum Health said it does not allow patients to choose caregivers based solely on race or other characteristics.
"(Acklen) felt harassed, humiliated and discriminated against as a result of the segregation of her job duties and being unable to perform her job responsibilities because of her race," attorney Julie Gafkay wrote in the lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court.
She said Acklen, who lives in Tennessee, worked at Spectrum Health Rehab and Nursing Center on Fuller Avenue NE through the staffing agency beginning in October 2016.
She said she was assigned to Spectrum Health, required to follow its practices and report to Spectrum Health supervisors, and was treated as a Spectrum Health worker.
She said the trouble started in March, when a supervisor told her that a patient no longer wanted black caregivers or nurses.
She said the patient's request was granted. When she was assigned to the patient's floor, she had to change patients with a white nurse, the lawsuit said.
"Defendant intentionally discriminated against African American employees, including plaintiff, when it required that no black employees care for a certain Caucasian patient," Gafkay wrote.
Spectrum Health would not comment on details of active litigation, but said in a statement:
"Spectrum Health deeply values the diversity of our employees, medical staff, patients, volunteers and visitors. This includes cultivating a diverse workforce and creating an environment of mutual respect for all.
"Our policy is very specific and clear that we do not accommodate requests by patients to receive care from a team member based solely on characteristics such as race, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, pregnancy status, marital status, height, weight or color. We do not tolerate discrimination or engage in discriminatory behaviors."
Gafkay has filed similar lawsuits. Hurley Medical Center in Flint paid nearly $200,000 to settle a 2013 case when a nurse said she was not allowed to treat an infant because she is black.
Hurley paid nearly $200,000 to settle no-black-nurses lawsuit, records show
In a 2015 opinion, U.S. District Judge Janet Neff in Grand Rapids said that a black worker, Tamika Foster, could not show she suffered an adverse employment action - such as a change in shift, hours or pay - while working at Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital.
She said that black workers cared for a white patient, so that the nurse could not prove assignments were based on race.
Black nurse's lawsuit over white patient's care dismissed against Mary Free Bed
"While (Mary Free Bed's) acquiescence to a race-based care request appears inherently wrong and generally contrary to anti-discrimination law, the question in this case is whether this plaintiff can recover for intentional discrimination under the legal theories presented. On the record before the Court, the answer is 'no' because any effect on Plaintiff was de minimis (minor) and temporary," Neff wrote.
In another lawsuit against Mary Free Bed, nursing supervisor Jill Crane contended her employer made assignments and a promotion based on race. The hospital said there was no adverse effect to her employment and that black workers did care for a white patient whose family did not want a black caregiver.
Nursing supervisor loses discrimination case in white patient's care at Mary Free Bed
Jill Crane said in lawsuit that she was told blacks could not care for white patients at his family's request.
U.S. District Judge Paul Maloney in Kalamazoo ruled: "The Sixth Circuit (Court of Appeals) has held that 'mere inconvenience or alteration of job responsibilities' is not an adverse employment action, and 'reassignments without salary or work hour changes do not ordinarily constitute adverse employment discrimination claims.'"
"However, other courts have held that job assignments based on race are adverse employment actions even when there is no monetary loss, because such assignments affect the terms and conditions of employment."
The federal appellate court affirmed Maloney's decision. The U.S. Supreme Court declined to hear an appeal.
"The district court's determination that an adverse employment action must be more than de minimus is in line with other cases from the Court," the federal appeals court said.
"An adverse employment action is 'a materially adverse change in the terms and conditions of (the plaintiff's) employment ...' and generally involves material changes in employment status such as 'hiring, firing, failing to promote, reassignment with significantly different responsibilities, or a decision causing a change in benefits.'"
In the most-recent case, Acklen has filed a race-discrimination claim.
"The said racial discrimination related to plaintiff's employment and/or contractual relationship with defendant and she was denied the enjoyment of all benefits, privileges, terms and conditions of that relationship because of her race," Gafkay wrote.
She said her client suffered "reassignment, emotional distress and mental anguish, past and future injuries to feelings including extreme embarrassment and humiliation, past and future outrage, damages to reputation ... ."

Miami politician says aliens took her on a spaceship. Now she’s running for Congress.

Post by Joel »

Miami politician says aliens took her on a spaceship. Now she’s running for Congress.

WASHINGTON
Florida has a U.S. senator who once flew aboard the Space Shuttle.

A congressional candidate from Miami can go one better: Bettina Rodriguez Aguilera says she’s been aboard a spaceship too. But this one was crewed by aliens. As in extraterrestrials.

Three blond, big-bodied beings — two females, one male — visited her when she was 7 years old and have communicated telepathically with her several times in her life, she says. (Sen. Bill Nelson served as payload officer aboard the Space Shuttle Columbia in 1986. All seven people aboard were from Earth. As far as is known.)

Rodriguez Aguilera, 59, a Republican who is running to replace retiring Miami Republican Rep. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, recounted her experience with the ETs during a 2009 television interview.

She described “going up” inside the spaceship — though whether it went into space or just hovered around town was left unclear.

“I went in. There were some round seats that were there, and some quartz rocks that controlled the ship — not like airplanes,” Rodriguez Aguilera said.

In two separate videos posted to YouTube years ago, one by local Spanish-language station America TeVe and another by a political critic with the user name DoralGirl26, Rodriguez Aguilera spoke on television in detail about her extraterrestrial experiences. She said the alien beings reminded her of the famous statue in Rio de Janeiro, Christ the Redeemer, with arms outstretched.

Among the things she said she found out from the aliens:

▪ There are 30,000 skulls — “different from humans” — in a cave in the Mediterranean island of Malta.

▪ The world’s “energy center” is in Africa.

▪ The Coral Castle, a limestone tourist attraction South Miami-Dade, is actually an ancient Egyptian pyramid.

▪ “God is a universal energy.”

She also said that the aliens had mentioned Isis, though she didn’t clarify if they meant the terrorist organization or the ancient Egyptian goddess.

The Miami Herald asked Rodriguez Aguilera about her experiences Friday. She responded with a statement that waxed astronomical, but sadly failed to mention close encounters of any kind.

“For years people, including Presidents like Ronald Reagan and Jimmy Carter and astronauts have publicly claimed to have seen unidentified flying objects and scientists like Stephen Hawking and institutions like the Vatican have stated that there are billions of galaxies in the universe and we are probably not alone,” she said. “I personally am a Christian and have a strong belief in God, I join the majority of Americans who believe that there must be intelligent life in the billions of planets and galaxies in the universe.”

Rodriguez Aguilera was a Doral councilwoman from 2012-14 and served as the city's first economic developer. She works as an entrepreneur and has taught leadership seminars at local universities.

She declared her candidacy in late August and raised about $10,000 during the most recent fundraising quarter, she said — a paltry amount she attributed to halting her campaign during Hurricane Irma.

Rodriguez Aguilera’s daughter is former Republican National Committee Hispanic outreach director Bettina Inclán Agen. Her son-in-law, Jarrod Agen, is Vice President Mike Pence’s deputy chief of staff.

Miami attorney Rick Yabor, a frequent political commentator in Spanish-language media, said Friday that Rodriguez Aguilera’s account could hurt her congressional campaign. Miami-Dade Commissioner Bruno Barreiro and former school board member and Miami-Dade County mayoral candidate Raquel Regalado, both far better known than Rodriguez Aguilera, are also running in the Republican primary.

“Being a politician, to come out and say that, it’s odd,” Yabor said. “She got into details that are not very mainstream. Someone who’s running for Congress — you’ve got to raise a lot of money. A donor might have second thoughts.

“Miami politics are unusual,” Yabor said. “This one takes it to a new level.”

"For some time, the mainstream media has been doing its best to cover up the threatening and violent ways of the far-left extremist group of political activists known as Antifa, which more and more conservatives are recognizing as a militant masked anti-Trump gang masquerading as self-proclaimed anti-fascists.
After Fox News recently called out the liberal anti-American militants – who marred Columbus Day with their anarchist vandalism – one progressive news hub accused the conservative media and Fox News of blowing their threat out of proportion.
“Fox News panics about the menace of’ ‘leftist antifa thugs,’ local news networks worry about the prospect of anarchist invaders, and think piece after think piece warns that antifa’s tactics are going too far,” left-leaning Vox author Carlos Maza wrote, according to WND. “But so far, antifa have made up a small part of the protests they showed up at.”
Maza goes on to indicate that Antifa is just a harmless, misunderstood group with a good cause that has been victimized by a concerted right-wing smear campaign.
“They may look scary, but much of the hype around them is a product of sensationalized media coverage,” he continued. “[The conservative media is] incentivized to focus on the most extreme and badly behaved members of any protest.”
But similar accusations can be made about the mainstream media’s slanted depiction of so-called white nationalists – and their trumped-up connection to the president.
“However, the same could be said of the liberal media’s coverage of white racist movements and their attempt to link the groups to President Trump,” WND pointed out. “But unlike the so-called alt-right, antifa activists have powerful supporters within the mainstream media who consciously work to downplay the extremism of the masked radicals. Some establishment media members even proudly claim the label of antifa.”
Project Veritas Founder and President James O’Keefe exposed the hypocrisy of the leftist media when he recently unleashed a video showing New York Times Video Audience Strategy Editor Nick Dudich admitting that part of his job is slanting the news to color Trump in an unfavorable light.
When an undercover Project Veritas journalist asked Dudich if he was objective when delivering the news at the Times, he had a surprisingly candid response.
“No, I’m not,” he replied, according to Project Veritas. “That’s why I’m here … My voice is on… my imprint is on every video we do.”
He made no pretenses to hide his bias against Trump, making his contempt for the president and his family known by sharing what he would like to do to him.
“I’d target his businesses, his dumb [expletive] of a son, Donald Jr., and Eric…” Dudich impressed. “Target that. Get people to boycott going to his hotels. Boycott… So a lot of the Trump brands, if you can ruin the Trump brand and you put pressure on his business and you start investigating his business and you start shutting it down, or they’re hacking or other things. He cares about his business more than he cares about being President. He would resign. Or he’d lash out and do something incredibly illegal – which he would have to.”
The Times staff member was then asked by the undercover journalist if he could make sure that anti-Trump stories make it to the front.
“Oh, we always do,” Dudich replied.
At another time, he shared that during his youth, he was a member of America’s notorious far-left terrorist group.
“Yeah, I used to be an Antifa punk once upon a time,” Dudich boasted when speaking with the Daily Caller.
For some time, the leftist news media has loyally adopted the task of portraying Antifa as if it were a patriotic, selfless and sacrificial group seeking to bring about truth and justice for all Americans, but discerning onlookers can easily identify the group as little more than a politically motivated gang of brawlers.
“There is … one group guilty of regularly assaulting members of the media, and that group just so happens to be the very same leftwing gang of masked thugs that the media frequently compares to the American troops who stormed Normandy on D-Day, to freedom fighters, to righteous opponents of hate and bigotry,” Breitbart reported.
Those who have steadfastly protected the militant group have often been the recipients of its wrath.
“While a quick Internet search came up with too-many-to-count instances of Antifa committing various acts of personal and property violence, I was able to find no fewer than 10 instances of Antifa assaulting members of the very same media so enamored with Antifa, so eager to defend these leftwing terrorists who stalk, disrupt and assault everyday Republicans, who (like the media) see no moral difference between a Trump supporter and a neo-Nazi,” Breitbart’s John Nolte divulged before listing off Antifa’s leftist victims.
Incurring this abuse does little to motivate the mainstream media to expose Antifa for what it really is.
“Now, don’t be fooled by pleas of ignorance,” Nolte stressed. “Our media is very well aware of what is going on here – well aware of the fact that these leftwing hooligans regularly target their colleagues in this manner. Why, then, doesn’t the media – who love to report on themselves as brave victims – go to Defcon 1 against Antifa?”
The conservative reporter then answered his own question.
“Despite the physical assaults, the bullying, the equipment damage, the menacing, the cuts and bruises, our media still sees Antifa as an ally – as their own righteous army of vigilantes roaming the Earth, to beat up anyone who does not hold the ‘correct’ political views,” Nolte argued.
He emphasized that the left-leaning mainstream media never forgets who its real enemy is.
“Just like the Democrat Party, the national media loves that this mob is out there, wants them out there, cheers, excuses and rationalizes their violence, their riots, their suppression of ‘unapproved’ speech,” Nolte concluded. “[T]he media hates us enough that they do not at all mind being bloodied themselves – if that is what it takes to further The Holy Cause of Social Justice.”
