The assassination of John F. Kennedy remains one of the most controversial events in world history. Now, for the first time ever, two of the planet's most experienced remote viewers, Dick Allgire and Daz Smith, combine talents in one of the most important projects ever conducted at The Farsight Institute. The Farsight Institute is the leading venue for large public projects involving remote viewing as it is done using methodologies that are derived from those used by the U.S. military for espionage purposes. Now we focus those methodologies on targets that reveal what has been hidden from so many for so long.

This is Part 1 of a two-part remote-viewing documentary on the JFK assassination. This first part deals with the shooters who did the actual killing. The second part describes those who organized that assassination.

Forget what you learned in school or from official sources about the assassination of John F. Kennedy, at least as far as these remote-viewing data are concerned. Explicit descriptions with riveting details of that tragic day are now available for you to see, all recorded live on video under strict, totally blind conditions. These are remote-viewing eye-witness accounts that are as chilling as they are revealing.

Now is the time when the historical record can be corrected. Now is the time when the most closely held secrets can see the light of day. Now is the time when you can see the data with your own eyes and make up your own mind. Watch this remote-viewing documentary with an open mind. Watch it closely.

This revolutionary documentary was conducted at The Farsight Institute, the leading scientific venue for full public projects involving remote viewing. Do not let others decide for you what is real and what is not. See the data for yourself, and make up your own mind.

The CIA, Mafia, Mexico — and Oswald, Part 1

When John F. Kennedy was assassinated on November 22, 1963, the United States lost more than its president. It lost its innocence. The subsequent investigations into the young president’s killing raised more questions than they answered — and caused Americans to lose faith in their government. Indeed, for many people in the US and across the world, the assassination marked the point at which their fundamental perceptions changed.

Just after the Warren Commission released its report on the assassination, the level of public trust in government was at 77 percent. A decade later it had plummeted to less than half that (36 percent).

Kennedy’s death and the circumstances surrounding it gave birth to a movement. This movement, composed of all kinds of people, is dedicated to investigating the story behind the story, to exposing the power networks hidden beneath surface events. These machinations have been dubbed “Deep Politics.” Those who study it believe there is much more to national and world events than what the public is told by government officials and evening newscasters — and, as you will see, Peter Dale Scott proves it.

On the occasion of the anniversary of Kennedy’s assassination, WhoWhatWhy is pleased to present excerpts from Chapter 2 of Scott’s latest work – Dallas ’63: The First Deep State Revolt Against the White House by Peter Dale Scott (Open Road Media, September, 2015).
Overview: The Mexican CIA-Mob Nexus

Those who have spent years trying to assess the role of the Kennedy assassination in US history are accustomed to the debate between structuralists and conspiratorialists. In the first camp are those who argue, that the history of a major power is determined by large social forces; thus the accident of an assassination, even if conspiratorial, is not an event altering history.

At the other end of the spectrum are those who talk of an Invisible Government or Secret Team, who believe that surface events and institutions are continuously manipulated by unseen forces. For these people the assassination exemplifies the operation of fundamental historical forces, not a disruption of them.

For years I have attempted to formulate a third or middle position. To do so I have relied on distinctions formulated partly in neologisms or invented terms. Over forty years ago I postulated that our overt political processes were at times seriously contaminated by manipulative covert politics or parapolitics, which I then defined as “a system or practice of politics in which accountability is consciously diminished.”[1]

In Deep Politics and the Death of JFK, I moved towards a less conspiratorial middle alternative. I discussed instead the interactions of what I called deep political processes, emanating from plural power sources and all only occasionally visible, all usually repressed rather than recognized. In contrast to parapolitical processes, those of deep politics are open-ended, not securely within anyone’s power or intentions.

“… one of the important sources of covert agencies’ power is their ability to falsify their own records, without fear of outside correction. Does this ability to rewrite their own history empower them to affect, if not control, the history of the rest of society?”

In 1995 I brought out Deep Politics II (since reissued as Oswald, Mexico, and Deep Politics) [2], which I thought of at the time as a case study in deep politics: how secret US government reports on Oswald in Mexico became a reason to cover up the facts about the assassination of JFK. But it was also a specialized study, since in this case most of the repressed records of events, now declassified, occurred within the workings of the CIA, FBI, military intelligence, or their zones of influence. It was hence largely a study in parapolitics.

It verged into true deep politics only near the end, when it described how a collaborating Mexican agency, the DFS (Dirección Federal de Seguridad) was deeply involved in the international drug traffic. Deep Politics, in contrast, looked continuously at the interaction between government and other social forces, such as the drug traffic. Both books represented an alternative kind of history, or what I call deep history.

Deep history differs from history in two respects. First, it is an account of suppressed events, at odds with the publicly accepted history of this country. (One might say that history is the record of politics; deep history, the record of deep politics.) Second, deep history is often restored from records which were themselves once repressed. In short, deep history is a reconstructed account of events denied by the public records from which history is normally composed.[3]

A key example concerns a tape of someone calling himself “Lee Oswald,” discussing in a phone call to the Soviet Embassy about having met a consul there by the name of Kostikov, a KGB agent. As we shall see, this tape should have been preserved and investigated as a prime piece of evidence to frame Oswald as an assassin.

We have documentary evidence, initially suppressed, that one day after the President’s murder this tape was listened to by FBI agents in Dallas, who determined that the speaker was in fact not Lee Harvey Oswald. Yet almost immediately this event was denied by other reports, including cables claiming — falsely — that the tape had already been destroyed before the assassination.

A brief but important digression here about history. Most people assume that “history” simply refers to what has happened but is now gone. In fact the dictionary reminds us that the first meaning of the word (cognate to the word “story”) is to a narrative or record of events, and only after that to “the events forming the subject matter of history.”[4] What of events whose records are destroyed or falsified? These dictionary definitions seem to assume that what is true is also what is recorded.

There is thus a latent bias in the evolution of the word “history” that is related to the structuralist, rationalist assumptions referred to in my first paragraph. History (or at least what I like to call archival history) has always been the way a culture chooses to record and remember itself; and it tends to treat official records with a respect they do not always deserve.

It is reasonable to talk about the CIA records in this book as suppressed, as so many of them were never allowed to reach even the Warren Commission, let alone the public, until up to three decades later with the Assassination Records Review Board (ARRB). Thus neither the Commission nor the American public were allowed to hear about allegations that Oswald had had sexual relations with two employees of the Cuban Embassy in Mexico City, that at least one of these liaisons (with Silvia Durán) had been part of an international Communist plot against Kennedy, and that Durán had admitted this (albeit under torture) in response to questions from the Mexican DFS or secret police.

More importantly, the CIA and FBI suppressed a major clue to the existence of a pre-assassination conspiracy. This was that an unknown person had falsely presented himself as Lee Oswald in a phone call to the Soviet Embassy in Mexico City. The FBI initially reported that the person making the recorded call “was not Lee Harvey Oswald.”[5] Later the FBI and CIA conspired, swiftly and clumsily, to conceal both the falsity of the impersonation and the fact that FBI agents had exposed the falsehood by listening to the tape. The Warren Commission learned nothing about these two facts.

There now exists abundant documentation that, at least since World War II, the US government has exploited the drug traffic to finance and staff covert operations abroad. Perhaps the most conspicuous example is the massive paramilitary army organized and equipped by the CIA in Laos in the 1960s, for which drugs were the chief source of support. This alliance between the CIA and drug-financed forces has since been repeated in Afghanistan (1979), Central America (1982-87), and most recently Kosovo (1998).

It is important to understand that this suppression was entirely consistent with intelligence priorities of the period. This important clue had been planted in the midst of one of the most sensitive CIA operations in the 1960s: its largest intercept operation against the telephones of an important Soviet base. One can assume that this clue was planted by conspirators who knew that the CIA response, possibly approved by higher authority, would be to suppress the truth. The CIA was protecting its sources and methods (in accordance with the responsibilities enumerated in its enabling statute). The result was obstruction of justice in a crime of the highest political significance.

As we shall see in the following pages, one of the important sources of covert agencies’ power is their ability to falsify their own records, without fear of outside correction. Does this ability to rewrite their own history empower them to affect, if not control, the history of the rest of society? I believe the evidence in this book will justify a limited answer to this question: covert agencies, and the CIA in particular, were powerful enough to control and defuse a possible crisis in US political legitimacy. They did so by reinforcing an unsustainable claim: Oswald killed the President, and he acted alone.
The CIA and the International Drug Traffic

But the power of the CIA to influence history became even greater when, as we shall see, they acted in concert with forces allied to the powerful international drug traffic. Most people are unaware of the size of this unrecorded drug economy. In 2008 the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime estimated the profits from the global drug trade to be $352 billion; and reported that the funds from laundering illicit drugs, now often estimated to be third largest commodity in international trade, “became an important factor” in preventing a number of major banks from collapsing during the 2008 economic meltdown.[6]

While estimates of the unrecorded drug traffic remain questionable, it is obvious that this traffic is large enough to be a major factor in both the economic and political considerations of government, even while it does not form part of recorded economic statistics. The unrecorded, illicit, but nonetheless important shadow economy is so large, and so powerful, that often governments have no choice but to plan to manage it, even before attempting to suppress it.[7]

There is a third factor contributing to the invisible alliance of the CIA, the independently wealthy, and the banks that cater to them. Informed observers of American politics have more than once commented to me that most of the hundred wealthiest people in the US know each other, and in addition often have connections to both the CIA and to organized crime.

There is no shortage of anecdotal examples: James Angleton of CIA Counterintelligence delivering the sole eulogy at the small private funeral of Howard Hughes, or Joseph Kennedy Sr. being a point-holder in the same casino (the Cal-Neva) as Chicago mob figure Sam Giancana.[8] Perhaps more relevant to the milieu of the JFK assassination is the example of Clint Murchison, Sr. Murchison paid for the horse-racing holidays of FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover at the same time as he sold stakes in his investments to mob figures like Jerry Catena, and enjoyed political influence in Mexico.[9]

These connections are no accident. More often than not, as we shall see in examining the career of William Pawley, the extremely wealthy acquired their resources by ignoring or bending the rules of society, not by observing them. In corrupting politicians, or in bypassing them to secure unauthorized foreign intercessions, both the mob and the CIA can be useful allies.

In addition drug profits need to be laundered, and banks can derive a significant percentage of their profits by laundering them, or otherwise bending or breaking the rules of their host countries.[10] Citibank came under Congressional investigation after having secretly moved $80 million to $100 million for Raul Salinas de Gortari, brother of former Mexican president Carlos Salinas.[11]

As a rule the power of the biggest drug traffickers is not autonomous, but depends on their government connections; and the top trafficker in any country is usually the one with the best government connections. This means not just that the government is protecting certain drug traffickers, but also that these drug traffickers will have an interest in protecting the government. I believe that an example of this is the collaboration we shall examine in Mexico, between the CIA and the corrupt DFS, to influence history by presenting false stories about O

When John F. Kennedy was assassinated on November 22, 1963, the United

subsequent investigations into the young president’s killing raised

Just after the Warren Commission released its report on the

percent. A decade later it had plummeted to less than half that (36
percent).

Kennedy’s death and the circumstances surrounding it gave birth to a

networks hidden beneath surface events. These machinations have been
dubbed “Deep Politics.” Those who study it believe there is much more

On the occasion of the anniversary of Kennedy’s assassination,
WhoWhatWhy is pleased to present excerpts from Chapter 2 of Scott’s
latest work — Dallas ’63: The First Deep State Revolt Against the
White House by Peter Dale Scott (Open Road Media, September, 2015).

For Part 1, please go here.
Oswald, Russia, and Cuba: How the Managed Oswald Stories Led to the
Warren Commission

As noted earlier, the DFS played a central role, along with the CIA,
in the management of conspiratorial stories about Oswald in Mexico,
including the false Oswald-Soviet intercept. The key to this
procedure, as I argued in Deep Politics, was a twofold process. “Phase
One” put forward the phantom of an international plot, linking Oswald
to the USSR, to Cuba, or to both countries together. This phantom was
used to invoke the danger of a possible nuclear confrontation, which
induced Chief Justice Earl Warren and other political notables to
accept “Phase Two,” the equally false (but less dangerous) hypothesis
that Oswald killed the President all by himself.

This book affords a close-up look of the genesis of the Phase-One
story, and how it was first promoted and then defused by the CIA.
Michael Beschloss has revealed that, at 9:20 AM on the morning of
November 23, CIA Director John McCone briefed the new President. In
Beschloss’ words: “The CIA had information on foreign connections to
the alleged assassin, Lee Harvey Oswald, which suggested to LBJ that
Kennedy may have been murdered by an international conspiracy.”[1] (It
is not certain whether the conspiracy McCone referred to on November
23 involved Cuba or the Soviet Union.)

“McCone told me he gave the attorney general a routine briefing on
CIA business and swore that Castro’s name never came up…. Sources
would later tell me that McCone anguished with Bobby over the terrible
possibility that the assassination plots sanctioned by the president’s
own brother may have backfired.”

It would be wrong, however, to think that the CIA cover-up was limited
to defusing this “Phase-One” impression of an international
conspiracy. The CIA, by covering up the falsity of the alleged Oswald
phone call to the Soviet Embassy, actually helped strengthen a
spurious supposed link between Oswald and an alleged Soviet
assassination expert, Valeriy Kostikov.

Beschloss’s account implies that McCone’s “information” concerned
Oswald’s alleged visit in September 1963 to the Soviet Embassy in
Mexico City:

“A CIA memo written that day reported that Oswald had visited Mexico
City in September and talked to a Soviet vice consul whom the CIA knew
as a KGB expert in assassination and sabotage. The memo warned that if
Oswald had indeed been part of a foreign conspiracy, he might be
killed before he could reveal it to US authorities.”

An internal CIA memo of November 23, asserting the claim Oswald talked
to Kostikov, bases it on an alleged phone intercept that, I shall
argue, was almost certainly falsified.[2]

President Johnson appears to have had this information in mind when, a
few minutes after the McCone interview, he asked FBI Director J. Edgar
Hoover if the FBI “knew any more about the visit to the Soviet
embassy.” [3]

But widely scattered clues suggest that the US Government was thinking
of a Cuban connection to Oswald even before the Soviet one. Already on
November 22 the FBI was reporting a claim never mentioned in CIA
records: that the false Oswald-Soviet phone call was made by Oswald
while telephoning “from the Cuban Embassy.”[4]

FBI Agent James Hosty, who handled the Oswald file in Dallas, has
written that he learned later from two independent sources that at the
time of Oswald’s arrest, “fully armed warplanes were sent screaming
toward Cuba. Just before they entered Cuban airspace, they were
hastily called back. With the launching of airplanes, the entire US
military went on alert.”[5]

These planes would have been launched from the US Strike Command
(USSTRICOM) at McDill Air Force Base in Florida. We have a cable from
US Army Intelligence in Texas, dated November 22, 1963, transmitting a
false report to the Strike Command that Oswald had defected to Cuba in
1959 and was “a card-carrying member of the Communist Party.”[6]

As discussed below, these allegations are incompatible with the
present “Phase-Two” account of Oswald’s life, but were corroborated at
the time. At 4:00 PM on the afternoon of November 22, Hoover told
Bobby Kennedy that Oswald “went to Cuba on several occasions, but
would not tell us what he went to Cuba for.”[7] (There is nothing in
current FBI files on Oswald, as released to the public, to suggest
either that Oswald had visited Cuba, or that he had been interrogated
about such visits by the FBI.)

We know from other sources that Bobby Kennedy, on the afternoon of
November 22, was fearful of a Cuban involvement in the assassination.
Jack Anderson, the recipient of much secret CIA information, suggests
that this concern may have been planted in Bobby’s head by CIA
Director McCone.

“When CIA chief John McCone learned of the assassination, he rushed to
Robert Kennedy’s home in McLean, Virginia, and stayed with him for
three hours. No one else was admitted. Even Bobby’s priest was turned
away. McCone told me he gave the attorney general a routine briefing
on CIA business and swore that Castro’s name never came up…. Sources
would later tell me that McCone anguished with Bobby over the terrible
possibility that the assassination plots sanctioned by the president’s
own brother may have backfired. Then the following day, McCone briefed
President Lyndon Johnson and his National Security Advisor McGeorge
Bundy. Afterward McCone told subordinates — who later filled me in —
what happened at that meeting. The grim McCone shared with Johnson and
Bundy a dispatch from the US embassy in Mexico City, strongly
suggesting that Castro was behind the assassination.”[8]

Such dispatches did emanate from the Mexico City embassy, although we
know of none as early as November 23. Three days later the Ambassador,
Thomas Mann, the CIA Station Chief, Winston Scott, and the FBI Legal
Attache, Clark Anderson, enthusiastically promoted wild allegations
that Oswald’s act had been plotted and paid for inside the Cuban
Embassy.[9] We know that McCone was wedded to this story, and
continued to share it confidentially even after its narrator, the
Nicaraguan double agent Gilberto Alvarado, recanted it on November 30.
The Early Oswald-Cuba Information Gap

The publicly released CIA record shows no trace of any linkage between
Oswald and Cuba from Mexico until late November 23, long after McCone
saw the President. But as we shall see this absence is itself
suspicious, indeed hard to believe. There are too many loose clues
that CIA Headquarters already had heard more about Oswald and Cuba
than the purportedly complete record of CIA cables would account for.
This would suggest that the record has been smoothed over to efface
any “Phase-One” trace of a credible Cuban implication.

For example, one of the CIA officers in Mexico City who worked on the
pre-assassination Oswald file “was certain that a second cable
reporting Oswald’s contacts with the Cuban Embassy had been sent to
Headquarters prior to the assassination.”[10] But there is no
surviving CIA trace of any reason on November 22 to link Oswald, or
the assassination, to Cuba, or possibly covert action against Cuba.

The FBI, in contrast, has now released a November 22 memo that already
linked Oswald to the Cuban Embassy in Mexico:

“By Secret teletype dated 10/10/63 CIA advised … that a sensitive
source on 10-1-63 had reported that Lee Oswald contacted the Soviet
Embassy … inquiring whether the Embassy had received any news
concerning a telegram…. (The Legal Attache in Mexico advised 11-22-63
that this was a telephone call made from the Cuban Embassy to the
Soviet Embassy and a transcript thereof is being forwarded.)”[11]

There is no known corroboration for the Legal Attache’s claim on
November 22 that the call was made from the Cuban Embassy. However
this early mention of the Cuban Embassy suggests that the FBI in
Mexico City may indeed have had its own sources of information,
including both intercepts and informants. (It is now officially
admitted that the CIA had penetration agents inside the Cuban Embassy,
and the FBI may have as well.)[12]

Perhaps the strongest indication of deeper FBI knowledge is a CIA memo
of December 11; this argued against the public release of the first
FBI report on the case, “because the Soviets would see that the FBI
had advance information on the reason for Oswald’s visit to the Soviet
Embassy.”[13]

It is commonplace now to attribute the cover-up to early reports about
Oswald and Cuba. For example, Jack Anderson suggests that a cover-up
was ordered by Johnson himself, on the basis of what McCone told him
on November 23 about Mexico City. According to Anderson, McCone argued
that Nikita Khrushchev was on the ropes inside the Kremlin, humiliated
over backing down … during the Cuban missile crisis. [This was indeed
true, as his ouster in 1964 would show.]

If Castro were to be accused of the Kennedy assassination, Americans
would demand revenge against Cuba, and Khrushchev would face another
Cuban crisis…. This time he might do something reckless and provoke a
nuclear war, which would cost forty million lives. It was a staggering
figure that the new president repeated to others.[14]

Telephone transcripts in the LBJ Library confirm that LBJ used this
argument to coerce Senator Richard Russell into serving on the
Commission.[15] Chief Justice Earl Warren told William Manchester that
Johnson persuaded him to lead the Warren Commission by raising the
same threat of war against Castro and Khrushchev:

“Why, if Khrushchev moved on us, he could kill 39 million in an
hour.”[16]

Can FBI be held liable for targeting Irvine Muslims for surveillance?
Orange County Muslims

Orange County Muslims gather in prayer in the parking lot of Angel Stadium in Anaheim for Eid al-Adha to mark the end of the annual pilgrimage to Mecca known as Hajj on Sept. 23. 2015

http://www.latimes.com/local/orangecoun ... story.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Craig Monteilh told the imam that he wanted to embrace his French and Syrian heritage and convert to Islam.

Monteilh adopted an Islamic name, donned Muslim robes and a skull cap, and attended prayers vigilantly. The Islamic Center of Irvine embraced him — until he began talking of violent jihad.

Congregants reported him to the FBI and Irvine police, and then obtained a restraining order against him. Only later did they discover Monteilh was working for the FBI.

A federal appeals court is now considering whether the FBI can be held liable for allegedly indiscriminately targeting Muslims for surveillance. If the court decides the FBI cannot defend itself without revealing state secrets, the court likely would uphold the dismissal of a class-action lawsuit brought by Southern California Muslims.

The review by the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals comes at a time of heightened fear of terrorism and incidents of backlash against innocent Muslims.

Judge Marsha Berzon, in a hearing this month, acknowledged the sensitivity of the matter as she struggled to understand what constituted a state secret. The state secrets doctrine bars litigation of a case if it would expose or threaten to expose matters of national security.

"I just am having real trouble seeing where the line is drawn in this very difficult situation we are in now," Berzon, a Clinton appointee, told a government lawyer.

The government argued it could not defend itself without disclosing state secrets. U.S. District Judge Cormac J. Carney agreed with the government in 2012, dismissing the bulk of the lawsuit on the grounds it would require disclosure of matters vital to national security. Carney reviewed classified information before his decision.

The Southern California Muslim community, represented by the ACLU of Southern California, believes the FBI targeted people solely because of their religion and should be held accountable.

Muslim leaders complained that the spying mission eroded trust in law enforcement at a time when the government needs help from the Muslim community to fight terror.

"The fundamental question is will we be viewed as partners or suspects?" said Edina Likovic, speaking for the Los Angeles-based Muslim Public Affairs Council. "The fear here is that we are being treated publicly as partners and privately as suspects."

About 500,000 Muslims live in Southern California, with more than 120,000 in Orange County, the second-largest population of Muslims in the United States.

Monteilh, who had a falling out with the FBI, has been working with the ACLU.

"I am the principal witness," said the Irvine resident, 53. "All the information they got came from me."

Monteilh said the FBI paid him $177,000 to infiltrate about 12 mosques in Orange, Los Angeles and San Bernardino counties over the course of 14 months, starting in June 2006. He said his job was to gather as many cellphone numbers and email addresses as possible and to find Muslims who could be compromised because of immigration, sexual or business issues.

Posing as a fitness consultant, Monteilh frequently worked out with Muslims at the gym and secretly recorded them, he said.

"This surveillance was so fruitful that Monteilh's handlers eventually told him they were seeking approval to have him open a Muslim gym," the suit said.

When he agreed to attend prayers at dawn four days a week, he received a pay increase, the suit said. His handlers told him to write down the license plate numbers of the cars in the parking lot, he said.

But at times his devotion raised eyebrows. He attended lessons in Arabic — a language he didn't speak.

He also appeared to be extremely absent-minded. Congregants remembered that he was forever leaving his keys or his cellphone behind. Monteilh later said his phone and a fob on his keys contained recording devices.

During the hearing, a lawyer for the FBI agents said Monteilh had signed a contract saying he would not leave listening devices unattended. Monteilh said he signed no such contract, and the agents knew what he was doing.

Monteilh said he secretly videotaped Muslims through a camera hidden in a button in the front of his shirt.

His identity was revealed during a court hearing. He had a criminal record, and the FBI helped him get off probation early, according to a court transcript.

Monteilh later accused the FBI of breaking promises to him. The FBI has said it does not target people because of their religion and that Monteilh signed a confidentiality agreement.

Monteilh, who unsuccessfully sued the FBI, said he has no regrets about his undercover work. He learned about FBI techniques and methods and policies and now works as a consultant on counterterrorism, he said. His mission unveiled the government's scrutiny of Muslims, he said.

"If I didn't work that case, they would never know they were being spied on 24 hours a day," Monteilh said.

He said his work identified terrorists overseas, although it did not lead to convictions of local Muslims. Monteilh also said he understands why the FBI conducted the surveillance.

"Let's face it, they have to," he said. "That is the only method they can use to be preemptive."

It could take several months before the 9th Circuit rules.

Berzon was the only judge on the panel who asked questions during the hearing. The other two reviewing the case are 9th Circuit Judge Ronald M. Gould and Judge George Caram Steeh III, a district judge from Michigan, both Clinton appointees.

Although she was skeptical of both sides, Berzon told attorneys for the government that their arguments were "circular."

She also observed that another circuit court had found that the government could not invoke the state secret privilege in a lawsuit unless the secrets were an integral part of the government's "meritorious defense," not just a possible defense, an issue a court would have to determine.

"We certainly can't do that if you can't tell us your defense," she said.

Monteilh said he has remained a Muslim, though his conversion initially was a ruse. He said he prays five times a day, studies the Koran and fasts.

But he does not attend a mosque.

"People would freak out if they saw me," he said. "I am a former FBI informant, and that will always be with me."q

courts must bar the use of evidence — or even dismiss the case — if “there is a reasonable danger that compulsion of the evidence will expose … matters which, in the interest of national security, should not be divulged.” In this case, Atty. Gen. Eric Holder filed a declaration asserting that if the government needed to defend itself, it would have to disclose the identities of subjects of Operation Flex, the reason for the investigation and some of the sources and methods used, causing “significant harm” to national security.

That certainly sounds ominous, but is it true? It is impossible to know, because the supporting information provided to the judge to back up the state-secrets claim is itself secret. Not only won't it be part of the public record, but even the American Civil Liberties Union lawyers representing the plaintiffs are not allowed to see it or rebut it.

In the wake of the San Bernardino attack, fear shouldn't guide America's response
It is possible, of course, that the FBI's decision to send Monteilh into the mosques was entirely reasonable, done in pursuit of a legitimate target. But it is also possible that the government hopes to avoid an embarrassing trial in which it might be found to have gone on a fishing expedition against Muslims, violating the privacy rights of people on the basis of their religion rather than their actions. If the state secrets argument prevails, we won't know which is true.

What we do know is that the state secrets privilege has been misused in the past. Although it dates back to common law, the privilege, in its modern form, was established by the Supreme Court in a landmark 1953 case called United States v. Reynolds. In that case, the government sought to withhold evidence on grounds of national security — but 50 years later it was shown that in fact the Air Force had been trying to cover up mistakes and negligence, not legitimate state secrets.

After Reynolds, the privilege was rarely invoked until the George W. Bush administration, which dusted it off after 9/11 and used it dozens of times, far more than any previous administration. In the Bush years, people who said they had been subjected to torture, kidnapping and other mistreatment at the hands of the CIA and other branches of the U.S. government often had their cases summarily dismissed and found themselves without any opportunity to seek redress through the courts.

Although Barack Obama specifically criticized the Bush administration's overuse of the privilege when he was a candidate, he too has invoked it in a number — too high a number — of cases since his election.

It goes without saying that the safety of Americans is extraordinarily important. But vague assertions about national security shouldn't give U.S. officials free rein to violate the constitutional rights of citizens. The overuse of the state secrets privilege makes it too easy for the government to avoid accountability. In this particular case, it may be the government itself that harmed national security by alienating innocent Muslims and increasing their distrust of law enforcement. (It is interesting to note that when Monteilh began discussing violent jihad with people at the mosques, they reported him to the FBI.)

In reality, there are often reasonable ways to allow secret information into trials. Security clearances can be obtained for lawyers who qualify; protective orders can be issued under which lawyers are subject to massive criminal penalties if they disclose secret information. Judges can review evidence in private. There are also procedures for using classified information in trials set out in the Classified Information Procedures Act and the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act that could be adapted to cases like the one involving the Orange C

Why CIA’s Richard Helms Lied About Oswald: Part 3
Not Ancient History -- But Preamble to the Present
Former CIA Director Richard Helms Photo credit: Adapted by WhoWhatWhy from CIA Library

Former CIA Director Richard Helms Photo credit: Adapted by WhoWhatWhy from CIA Library

This is a rumination on lies — layer upon layer of lies — told by US intelligence agencies and other officials about what Lee Harvey Oswald, or someone pretending to be him, was allegedly doing in Mexico City just weeks before the Kennedy assassination. The original goal, it seems, was to associate Oswald, in advance of the events of Dealey Plaza, with the USSR and Cuba.

The essay focuses on tales told by Richard Helms, a top official of the CIA in 1963 who later became its director — and is based on a talk given by Peter Dale Scott.

Scott is the popularizer of the expression, “Deep Politics,” and a virtuoso when it comes to what sometimes seems like grabbing smoke — capturing proof, however elusive, of motives and objectives that could explain the machinations of US intelligence agencies — and then analyzing the residue.

Not all of the chicanery Scott describes is subtle. For example, in an apparent attempt to bring the Russians into the picture, someone delivered to the FBI’s Dallas office a purported audiotape of Oswald calling the Soviet embassy in Mexico City. That failed, though, when FBI agents decided that the voice did not seem to be Oswald’s.

Then, two days later, the FBI joined the subterfuge by falsely reporting that “no tapes were taken to Dallas.” Because of this lie, an investigation more than a decade later by the House Select Committee on Assassinations would erroneously declare that there was no “basis for concluding that there had been an Oswald imposter.” (The existence of an Oswald impersonator in the months before the president’s murder would in and of itself have been prima facie evidence of a conspiracy in Kennedy’s death.)

And then there was the attempt to set up a Soviet agent…

You will probably not be able to keep up with each tall tale, nor does it matter. They have a cumulative effect, one that explains why it is impossible to study these documents without coming away believing in conspiracy.

There is dark humor here — reminiscent of the television sit-com of the 1960’s, “Get Smart” —

about a secret agent who was always telling one lie after another, blissfully unaware that each new lie not only undermined the last one, but any new one that came after:

Smart: I happen to know that at this very minute seven Coast Guard cutters are converging on this boat. Would you believe it? Seven.

Mr.Big: I find that pretty hard to believe.

Smart: Would you believe six?

Mr.Big: I don’t think so.

Smart: Would you believe two cops in a rowboat?

Would you believe that the US intelligence community has been telling us the truth all of these years?

Essay based on talk given by Peter Dale Scott at Third Annual JFK Assassination Conference in Dallas, 2015. (Produced by TrineDay Books, Conscious Community Events, and the JFK Historical Group.)

The CIA’s Obstruction of Justice in 2015

Now let us compare the CIA’s lying performance in 1964 with its lying performance in 2015. In the wake of the Kennedy assassination, members of many U.S. agencies, including also the FBI, the Office of Naval Intelligence, the U.S. Air Force, and the Secret Service, withheld relevant information from those investigating the murder.[1] But to my knowledge there is in 2015 only one U.S. agency that is still actively maintaining the cover-up – and that is the CIA.

I am referring to the CIA’s declassification and release of a previously classified CIA study by CIA historian David Robarge, “DCI John McCone and the Assassination of President John F. Kennedy.”[2] The essay is worth reading, and it contains interesting information on such matters as McCone’s relationship with Robert Kennedy. It is also significantly selective: it does not mention for example that McCone only learned late on the night of November 22 that “the CIA had known beforehand of [the alleged] Oswald’s trip to the Soviet Embassy in Mexico City,” nor that as a result McCone “was enraged, ripping into his aides, furious at the way the agency was run.”[3]

Buried within Robarge’s discussion of John McCone and the Commission – a pertinent but hardly central topic – are a more important thesis statement and conclusion about the CIA itself. In the light of what I have just said about Helms, I would charge that both of these statements are false – so false indeed as arguably to constitute, once again, obstruction of justice.

The thesis statement on page 8 is that “Under McCone’s and Helms’s direction, CIA supported the Warren Commission in a way that may best be described as passive, reactive, and selective.” This claims that the CIA’s deception of the Warren Commission was a sin of omission. But no, the CIA was not just passive. Helms perjured himself, just as he lied again in the 1970s.

Worse, the article focuses on the failure of the CIA to tell the Warren Commission about its plots to assassinate Castro, which may very well have been relevant; but in so doing it deflects attention away from the CIA’s suppression of its own LCIMPROVE operation in October involving “Lee Oswald” (or “Lee Henry Oswald”), which unquestionably was of very great relevance.

Worst of all is the article’s conclusion:

Max Holland, one of the most fair-minded scholars of these events, has concluded that “if the word ‘conspiracy’ must be uttered in the same breath as ‘Kennedy assassination,’ the only one that existed was the conspiracy to kill Castro and then keep that effort secret after November 22nd.”
Fidel Castro Photo credit: Library of Congress / Wikimedia

Fidel Castro Photo credit: Library of Congress / Wikimedia

Of the many things wrong with this sentence, the worst service to truth in my mind is the skillful effort to divert attention away from the Angleton operation involving Oswald, and to focus instead on plots to kill Castro. This is an old ploy dating back to 1965, following in the footsteps of old CIA veterans and friends like Brian Latell and Gus Russo. It allows a writer like Philip Shenon to quote from the Robarge study the old red herring question “Did Castro kill the president because the president had tried to kill Castro?”[4]
Public Attacks in 1963-64 on the CIA’s Operational Capacity

Some people have deduced, from the fact that CIA officials lied, that the CIA killed Kennedy. I myself believe only that some CIA individuals were involved, along with others in other agencies. As I indicated earlier, my working hypothesis is not that the killing was a CIA operation, but that the plot was piggy-backed on an authorized CIA covert operation that was not under secure control and may in part have been outsourced.[5] Some CIA actions before the assassination, notably the protection of Oswald by suppressing the reported allegation that he had been in contact with Kostikov, suggest to me that some members of the CIA CI staff, and in particular CI Chief James Angleton, may have participated to some degree in the piggy-backed plot.

At a minimum, we can say that the CIA, through its Oswald operation, was sufficiently involved in the facts of the assassination to have been embarrassed into a cover-up. We have to recall that in late 1963 the CIA’s covert operations were coming under increasing criticism and attack, initially because of the 1961 Bay of Pigs Operation against Cuba, a total fiasco, but now also because of the developing chaos in Vietnam, particularly after the assassination on November 1, 1963, of Vietnamese president Ngo Dinh Diem and his brother.

We do not know just how aware the CIA was of Kennedy’s expressed vow to friends, first revealed a decade later, “to splinter the C.I.A. in a thousand pieces and scatter it to the winds.”[6] But objections to the CIA’s covert operations were beginning, to an unprecedented degree, to be voiced in the U.S. media.

On November 20, 1963, the New York Times published a letter, dated November 7, that argued, as did some Congressmen of the period, that “One of the very first steps … should be to strip the CIA immediately of all operational and policy-making powers and confine it to its original function – namely the gathering of information.”[7]

One month earlier, on October 2, Washington News correspondent Richard Starnes had published a blistering attack on the CIA from Saigon (possibly inspired by U.S. Ambassador Henry Cabot Lodge, who was already preparing to be a Republican candidate for president in 1964):

SAIGON, Oct.2 – The story of the Central Intelligence Agency’s role in South Viet Nam is a dismal chronicle of bureaucratic arrogance, obstinate disregard of orders, and unrestrained thirst for power….

Other American agencies here are incredibly bitter about the CIA. “If the United States ever experiences a ‘Seven Days in May’ it will come from the CIA, and not from the Pentagon,” one U.S. official commented caustically. [“Seven Days in May” is a fictional account of an attempted military coup to take over the U.S. Government.][8]

These complaints swelled to a crescendo after November 22. Exactly one month later, President Truman himself wrote in the Washington Post,

“I think it has become necessary to take another look at the purpose and operations of our Central Intelligence Agency…. For some time, I have been disturbed by the way CIA has been diverted from its original assignment. It has become an operational and at times a policy-making arm of Government. This has led to trouble and may have compounded our difficulties in several explosive areas. I never had any thought that when I set up the CIA that it would be injected into peacetime cloak and dagger operations.”[9]

As David Talbot notes in The Devil’s Chessboard,

“Truman’s explosive piece in The Washington Post, which instantly caught fire and inspired similar anti-CIA editorials in newspapers from Charlotte, North Carolina, to Sacramento, California. Syndicated columnist Richard Starnes, a bête noire of the spy agency, used the Truman op-ed to launch a broadside against the CIA, calling it ‘a cloudy organism of uncertain purpose and appalling power.’ Meanwhile, Senator Eugene McCarthy, another agency critic, weighed in with an essay for The Saturday Evening Post… bluntly titled, ‘The CIA Is Getting Out of Hand.’”[10]

And by the time of Helms’s testimony even McCone, the outside CIA Director appointed by Kennedy, “kept saying that he wanted to get out of the cloak-and-dagger business.”[11]

In other words, Helms’s motives for perjury in 1964, involved far more than the technicality that he had sworn an oath to protect the agency’s secrets. At risk in these crucial months was the preservation of the agency itself, or at a minimum the preservation of its operational capacity. The choice confronting him was not between two conflicting oaths. It was a choice between the survival of the CIA as he knew it, or the survival of America’s justice system and the rule of law as we then knew them.

Helms’s choice was unambiguous, as it was again in 1973, when he “falsely testified [to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee] that the CIA had not passed money to the opposition movement in Chile”.[12] He lied, at the expense of justice, to ensure that the CIA would survive. In this he would assuredly have had the support of Angleton. Angleton later testified to the Senate Church Committee that “it is inconceivable that a secret intelligence arm of the government has to comply with all the overt orders of the government.”[13]
The 1960s and 1970s Conflict: Public State versus Deep State

In Dallas ’63 I argue that these two decades, the sixties and seventies, were a crucial period in American history, two decades in which the American constitutional state and its structural deep state (including the CIA) were opposing each other and struggling to see which power would prevail over the other.[14]

It is noteworthy that in 1973, when Helms perjured himself again, not only the agency’s but his own personal career were again at risk.[15] In December 1972, after the Watergate break-in, Nixon believed Helms “was out to get him;” and accordingly he banished Helms to be Ambassador in Iran. He then he gave orders to Helms’s replacement, James Schlesinger, “to turn the place inside out.”[16]

In The American Deep State, I argue that, by banishing Helms to Iran, Nixon had heightened a conflict between the two forms of power (the state and the deep state), a conflict in which he, and not Helms, would become the victim. I believe that Tehran became a new center for Helms’s machinations, in conjunction with the intelligence agencies of Iran, France, and Saudi Arabia.

In 1976, after it became evident the new president Carter would resume the efforts to trim the agency, Helms became part of an organized offshore network (the so-called “Safari Club”) of these foreign intelligence agencies, which resumed the covert operations (notably in Angola) that were being curtailed by the combined efforts of the president and Congress.[17] Then, in 1980 (in the so-called Republican October Surprise), CIA veterans combined with leaders of the Safari Club to defeat Carter’s bid for re-election, and elect instead Ronald Reagan,[18]

Given this evolution of events, I conclude that Helms’s perjuries significantly affected the history of this country. They were a vital part of an on-going process whereby, after the Reagan Revolution of 1980, the constitutional deep state was now subordinated to the needs and priorities of the structural deep state (including, but not limited to, the CIA). One of these needs, ever since 1963, has been to preserve the threadbare fiction that Lee Harvey Oswald by himself killed the president, and no one in the CIA was involved in any way.

How can we make the American people more aware that elements of the CIA lied about the assassination in 1964, and are still lying today? How are we to deal with the widespread climate of denial in our media and academies?

To pursue the truth about these matters is to position oneself outside the mainstream-supported structure of ideas. And we have learned from experience that there are severe limits to the amount of assistance we can expect in that pursuit from either Congress or the courts.

The truth, however, can be a powerful political weapon. So can justice. So I hope we will all continue to dedicate ourselves to this very slow, but undying and rewarding effort, to make truth and justice prevail.

LBJ: The Mastermind of JFK’s Assassination

The 2013 softcover edition of LBJ: The Mastermind of the JFK Assassination is now available, marking the 50 year anniversary of JFK's assassination. This is an updated version of the original Skyhorse hardcover edition, first published in 2011.

This book is about a man whose long history of criminal behavior has been documented, even in the absence of a court conviction for any of it. His underlying mental issues -- a deadly combination of personality (narcissistic and sociopathic) and psychiatric (bi-polar and paranoia) disorders, all untreated until he left the presidency, formed the manic condition with which he climbed the political ladder. His success in brazenly stealing the 1948 Senate election, followed by a series of murders gave him ever-increasing confidence to go further in his criminal activities. His involvement with the Billie Sol Estes scandals in the mid-1950s, through selling his powerful influence to facilitate the Estes frauds against the government, was widely reported on in 1962, yet he cunningly escaped indictment through sheer willpower, threats against Estes and at least five murders of men who could have connected him to the crimes, all of them still "unsolved cold cases" fifty years later. The murder of his sister Josefa was also directed by Johnson in this same period of time, according to Estes. As soon as that scandal had been swept under the rug in 1962, the Bobby Baker scandals followed in 1963, threatening to end his political career through certain censure by the Senate and Justice Department indictments to follow. The only way out for the vice president was to succeed the president, and that meant "He had to go" (which was exactly how Johnson phrased his orders to kill people who got in his way, according to U.S. Marshal Clint Peoples, who was eventually killed by persons unknown, twenty years after Johnson died).

The premise of the book, and the term "Mastermind", is that there had to have been one key person who was the single most important catalyst behind the JFK assassination who would have provided the "critical mass" required to bring all other elements together and held them together throughout the planning and execution of the 1963 coup d'etat. That person would have necessarily been someone who had the power to assure the others that they would succeed and be protected from discovery and prosecution afterwards; he would have to be someone who recruited and marshaled all the others and he would had to have influence across the federal government bureaucracy as well as the Texas state and local judicial and law enforcement agencies. Lyndon Johnson was uniquely positioned to fulfill all of these requirements and be able to provide the unifying "driving force" required to pull of "The Crime of the 20th Century."

It is an axiom in human relationships and group dynamics that such an audacious, potentially devastating trauma for the country (and the world), that would have meant death sentences for the culprits, had they been caught, would have required a powerful person behind it, who championed the cause from the start. A fundamentally important requirement was that such a singular, manic and obsessive person fill the role of the "driving force" behind would have been essential to ensure success and that person would have to be in a position to offer protection for everyone else involved (except, of course, the "patsy"). It could have therefore only succeed with such a "Mastermind" behind the wheel.

The notion that such a force could have emanated from a number of men working together to effect the murder of the president hinges on its being born and championed forcefully by multiple plotters at the same level of power. All of the men (or women) involved would have had to have been equally obsessed, similarly depraved and consistently sociopathic. Yet such a plot is not something that could have even been openly discussed among officials, certainly not deliberated at committee meetings in boardrooms on Wall Street in New York, or K Street in Washington, with votes taken according to Robert's Rules of Order, by equally responsible individuals. Such a notion falls is demonstrably improbable, at best.

Read LBJ: The Mastermind of the JFK Assassination, for the complete story of how Lyndon B. Johnson manipulated people throughout his life to perform the most vile and heinous acts, leading up to the murder of John F. Kennedy in Dallas on November 22, 1963.

Book Summary: LBJ: From Mastermind to The Colossus

Another book, a "sequel" of sorts, will be published in 2014, titled LBJ: From Mastermind to The Colossus. The new book will validate and vindicate with new evidence many of the assertions made in the first book. Furthermore, it will reveal even more of his treasonous actions as President.

The new book begins where LBJ: The Mastermind of the JFK assassination left off. It reconnects the previous themes and stories begun in the earlier book and reviews how he created a false image of himself as a great leader. The book examines Johnson's actual historical imprint which he then attempted to mitigate through pushing Congress to enact long-dormant legislation, bills that he had previously impeded, always insisting that “the timing wasn't right.” Moreover, it shows that the passage of his

msfreeh, I kind of get the impression you don't like the FBI much. Now I don't dispute what you post against them; and I'll have to confess, I haven't read much of what you've posted. And I do confess to not feeling very well disposed toward them myself, especially in view of some of things I'm aware they've done or haven't done in the last few decades. And I think there are serious questions about their legitimacy and what they regard as their purview and jurisdiction in terms of Constitutional limits on government.

Maybe you've been asked this before, but was there any one thing that set you off against them, maybe something unjust that was directed against you personally. You've probably answered this before, so maybe you can just put a link in to the specific post where you've explained this, if you don't mind.

Just curious.

I just watched a video, "Waco - A New Revelation", and this is a clear example of the FBI overseeing a murderous tragedy against religious, innocent men, women and children. Sickening revelations.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xr9pQ1pIbiU
And paraphrasing one of the Branch Davidian survivors, she essentially said: "I don't believe what happened to us was the end of such things; I think it was just the beginning".

It was just posted on Rense, but was made in 1999. The 2014 posting had this to say:
This 1999 film opened Pandora's box with an excellent examination of the events.Once again the crime goes all the way to the top, with the true criminals never seeing the light of day.The policies employed by our government are not legal and continue to mock the Constitution, which is the Law of the Land. It is our Law, the peoples law to keep the government in check. Instead we have lost control of our country, which looks more like a criminal empire than a Republic. For a country founded on Dissent and Revolution, we have evolved into slaves to a corporate Empire. History is not teaching us anything if we don't remind ourselves of it once in a while.
Another one, "Waco II, The Big Lie Continues":

Off topic for this thread, but the testimony by Waco Survivor David Thibodeau of is absolutely astounding. Thibodeau is incredibly eloquent and convincing about his experience of the 51 day siege of of his group at Mt. Carmel, and the terrible lies and criminality perpetrated by the FBI, the ATF, etc., etc., to the highest level:
What a horrible, horrible travesty. Just revisiting all this once again, on my part.

I believe FBI agents are the perfect teaching tool.

They are teaching voters and taxpayers what happens
when taxpayers hire mercenaries to protect them.

Nothing will change until voters and taxpayers

1. see themselves as owners of the criminal justice system

2. change their beliefs about how they want their system to operate.

The criminal justice system now operates as a punitive system
that does nothing more than produce
more vicious and competent criminals

3. voters need to evolve themselves into restorative justice.

until then your votes and tax dollars will be used to punish
you.

Subject: Parole Sirhan on February 10

Dear friends,
Twelve days from today, Sirhan Sirhan will again be considered for parole in San Diego. He was originally scheduled for release in 1984 but after intense political pressure, his parole date was rescinded and he has since been denied thirteen times.
In March, Sirhan will turn 72 years old, having spent two-thirds of his life in prison for a crime he cannot remember committing. For three years prior to his last parole hearing in 2011, Dr. Daniel Brown of Harvard Medical School spent over sixty hours with Sirhan trying to recover his memory of the shooting. Dr. Brown concluded Sirhan's amnesia for events before and during the shooting was real but his findings were ignored by the parole board, who saw the gaps in Sirhan's memory as a cynical ruse to minimise his responsibility for his crime.

Sirhan has been an exemplary inmate, with no prison violations since 1972 and an excellent work record. If paroled, he would be deported to Jordan to live out his final years, a danger to nobody. But as The Marshall Project<https://www.themarshallproject.org/2015 ... out-parole> recently discovered in a year-long examination of America's parole boards, parole decisions are often driven not by public safety but by politics. Since 1982, California has treated Sirhan like a political prisoner who will never be released, not a human being who has served his time and has the right to a fair hearing and the rule of law. In the courts, his habeas corpus petition was denied last year, despite new audio evidence indicating thirteen shots were fired in the Ambassador Hotel pantry that evening.
On Wednesday, with the support of the Mary Ferrell Foundation<http://www.maryferrell.org/pages/Featur ... ripts.html>, we published transcripts of Sirhan's parole hearings dating back to 1985, so the public can read for themselves what passes for "due process" in this case in California. Today, I am publishing a new Kindle edition, In Jail with Sirhan Sirhan<http://www.amazon.com/jail-Sirhan-Shane ... B01B6XYS16>, an edited collection of jail logs recording Sirhan's first year in custody (see sample below) which will be free to download for five days from tomorrow to provoke discussion of Sirhan's case.
These new collections are part of a short campaign to raise awareness of Sirhan's case ahead of his parole hearing on February 10. After 48 years in prison, he has served his time and should be released. Please spread the word about the project to fellow researchers and your media contacts:

President Kennedy and His Brother Robert Kennedy Were Murdered By The Military-Security Complex
By Paul Craig Roberts

Presstitute Media, such as the UK Telegraph, spend a lot of energy debunking exposes of government conspiracies. For example, the thousands of highrise architects, structural engineers, physicists, nano-chemists, demolition experts, first responders, military and civilian pilots, and former government officials who have provided vast evidence that the official story of 9/11 is a made-up fairy tale at odds with all evidence and the laws of physics are dismissed by presstitutes as "conspiracy theorists."

Similarly, those, such as James W. Douglass, who have proven beyond all doubt that President John F. Kennedy was not assassinated by Oswald but by his own paranoid anti-communist military-security complex, are dismissed as conspiracy theorists.

The 9/11 Commission Report and the Warren Commission Report were cover-ups. VP Dick Cheney and the neoconservatives he sponsored needed a "new Pearl Harbor" in order to begin their military assaults on the Middle Eastern countries that had independent foreign policies instead of being US/Israeli vassals. 9/11 was their orchestrated "new Pearl Harbor," and this fact had to be covered up when 9/11 families persisted in their demands for an investigation and could not be bought off for large sums of money.

Similarly, the Warren Commission had no choice but to cover up that a popular American president, John F. Kennedy, had been murdered by the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the CIA, and the Secret Service, because he was believed by paranoid anti-communists to be "soft on communism" and thereby a threat to the security of the United States. The cold war was on, and the Warren Commission could not hold those responsible accountable without destroying the public's confidence in the American military and security services.

Nevertheless everyone aware of the forged case against Oswald knew what had happened. One of these people was Attorney General Robert Kennedy, JFK's brother

Bobby Kennedy understood the situation. He knew that as a member of a cover-up administration he could do nothing about it. However, he knew that if he won the presidency, he could hold accountable those security elements responsible. His brother had told him that after his reelection he was going to "break the CIA into a thousand pieces." When the Vietnam war destroyed President Lyndon Johnson, Bobby Kennedy emerged as the next president of the US.

Bobby Kennedy was assassinated the evening that he won the California Democratic primary. Sirhan Sirhan was blamed. He was standing in front of Kennedy. He had an eight-shot low-caliber pistol, which he fired. He did hit Paul Shrade, who was standing next to Kennedy. But he did not hit Kennedy. Kennedy, according to the medical evidence and eye witnesses, was killed from shots to his back and to the back of his head.

This was confirmed to me years ago by a distinguished journalist and documentary filmmaker who was standing just behind Robert Kennedy when he was shot. He told me that he felt the bullet that hit Kennedy go by his ear and saw its impact. He wrote a full report for the FBI and despite his credentials was never contacted by the investigation.
At the time of Robert Kennedy's assassination, the CIA was conducting mind control experiments. Experts think that Sirhan Sirhan was one of those under the CIA's control. This would explain why Sirhan Sirhan has no memory of the event.

Now, last Wednesday, 48 years later, Paul Shrade has presented ironclad evidence at the parole hearing of the now 71-year-old Sirhan Sirhan that Robert Kennedy was shot by someone else from the rear, not from the front where Sirhan Sirhan was standing.

You can read Paul Shrade's statement here.

Man Shot Alongside RFK Say Sirhan Sirhan Should Be Granted Parole

By Steve Fiorina

February 11, 2016 "Information Clearing House" - "C10" - Paul Schrade, now 91 years old, was shot in the head on June 5, 1968, at the Ambassador Hotel in Los Angeles while standing alongside Kennedy.

Schrade contends that Sirhan was not the only shooter that night. In an exclusive interview that aired on 10News Tuesday night, Schrade stated that Kennedy was actually killed by a second gunman.

Here is the full text of the statement he gave Wednesday to the parole board at the Richard J. Donovan Correctional Facility, where the now 71-year-old Sirhan is being held.

I am Paul Schrade of Los Angeles. I am 91-years-old. And back when I was 43, I was among six persons shot at the old Ambassador Hotel in Los Angeles at just after Midnight on June 5th, 1968.

I was shot along with Senator Robert F. Kennedy, who had just won California's Democratic Primary Election for the Presidency of the United States. Five of us survived our wounds. And as history knows, Senator Kennedy was fatally wounded.

I am here to speak for myself, a shooting victim, and to bear witness for my friend, Bob Kennedy.

Kennedy was a man of justice. But, so far, justice has not been served in this case. And I feel obliged as both a shooting victim and as an American to speak out about this -- and to honor the memory of the greatest American I've ever known, Robert Francis Kennedy.

Sirhan Bishara Sirhan was originally scheduled for release in 1984 but, after intense political pressure, his parole date was rescinded and he has since been denied 14 times.

In order for you to make an accurate determination of Sirhan Sirhan's parole, you need to know my feelings on this case and the full picture of what actually happened.

Sirhan, I forgive you.

The evidence clearly shows you were not the gunman who shot Robert Kennedy. There is clear evidence of a second gunman in that kitchen pantry who shot Robert Kennedy. One of the bullets -- the fatal bullet -- struck Bob in the back of the head. Two bullets struck Bob literally in his back. A fourth bullet struck the back of his coat's upper right seam and passed harmlessly through his coat. I believe all four of those bullets were fired from a second gunman standing behind Bob. You were never behind Bob, nor was Bob's back ever exposed to you.

Indeed, Sirhan, the evidence not only shows that you did not shoot Robert Kennedy but it shows that you could not have shot Robert Kennedy.

Gentlemen, the evidence clearly shows that Sirhan Sirhan could not and did not shoot Senator Bob Kennedy.

Several days ago, I made sure that several documents were submitted to this board for you to review. If you have not done so as yet, I would ask you to please review them very carefully during your deliberation. I will be glad to re-submit these documents to you, here today.

I believe, after you review these documents, that it should become clear to you that Sirhan Sirhan did not shoot -- and could not have shot -- Robert Kennedy. What I am saying to you is that Sirhan himself was a victim.

Obviously there was someone else there in that pantry also firing a gun. While Sirhan was standing in front of Bob Kennedy and his shots were creating a distraction, the other shooter secretly fired at the senator from behind and fatally wounded him. Bob died 25 hours later.

Gentlemen, I believe you should grant Sirhan Sirhan parole. And I ask you to do that today.

Along with what Sirhan's lawyers have submitted to you, the following are the documents that I made sure were submitted to you and which should also be factored into your decision today.

First, I want to show you this. It's a letter written in 2012 by my good friend, Robert F. Kennedy Junior. Bobby wrote this letter to Eric Holder, who was then the Attorney General of the United States. In his letter to Mr. Holder, Bobby requests that federal authorities examine the Pruszynski Recording, the only known audio recording made of his father's assassination at the Ambassador Hotel. The recording was uncovered in 2004 at the California State Archives by CNN International senior writer Brad Johnson.

This next document is a federal court declaration from audio expert Philip Van Praag, who Johnson recruited to analyze the Pruszynski Recording.

In this document, Van Praag declares that his analysis of the recording concludes that two guns were fired in the Robert Kennedy shooting.

Van Praag found a total of 13 gunshots in the Pruszynski Recording. Sirhan's one and only gun at the crime scene held no more than eight bullets and Sirhan had no opportunity to reload it.

Van Praag also found what he calls "double-shots" -- meaning two gunshots fired so close together that they could not both have come from Sirhan's Iver Johnson Cadet revolver. Van Praag actually found two sets of these "double-shots".

Additionally, he found that five of the 13 gunshots featured a unique audio resonance characteristic that could not have been produced by Sirhan's gun model, meaning those five shots were fired from a second gun of a different make.

Van Praag further found that those five gunshots were fired in a direction heading away from Pruszynski's microphone. Since the microphone was about 40 feet west of the Kennedy shooting, those five shots were fired in an eastward direction, which was opposite the westward direction that Sirhan is known to have fired his eight-shot Iver Johnson Cadet.

These documents are statements from two witnesses to the Robert Kennedy shooting, both of them assistant maître d's for the Ambassador Hotel. These two men, Karl Uecker and Edward Minasian, escorted Robert Kennedy into the kitchen pantry immediately after the Senator delivered his victory speech in a hotel ballroom for having won the California Primary. Both Uecker and Minasian say Sirhan was in front of Bob Kennedy as the Senator walked toward Sirhan, meaning that Bob and Sirhan were facing each other. Both witnesses say Sirhan was still in front of Bob as Sirhan fired his gun. And both say that after Sirhan fired his first two shots, Uecker quickly pushed Sirhan against a steam table, placing Sirhan in a headlock while grabbing hold of Sirhan’s firing arm, forcing the tip of Sirhan’s gun to point away from where Bob Kennedy was and causing Sirhan to fire blindly his remaining six bullets.

In other words, Sirhan only had full control of his gun at the beginning, when he fired his first two shots, one of which hit me. Sirhan had no opportunity to fire four precisely-placed, point-blank bullets into the back of Bob Kennedy's head or body while he was pinned against that steam table and while he and Bob were facing each other.

This document is the official Robert Kennedy autopsy report summary. It shows that all bullets directed at Senator Kennedy were fired from behind him at point-blank range. As the autopsy states, and as these drawings show, the bullets traveled from back-to-front at steep upward trajectories. One bullet struck Senator Kennedy at the back of the head, two bullets at the right rear armpit and a fourth bullet at the right rear shoulder of his jacket, which passed harmlessly through his jacket.

Again, Sirhan's bullets could not have struck the back of Bob Kennedy's head or the back of his body or the back of his jacket's right shoulder, as the autopsy clear shows took place, because Sirhan was never in a position to administer any of those four Kennedy shots. The prosecution never placed Sirhan in that location and position.

These are documents from the Los Angeles Police Department that reveal LAPD misconduct in the police investigation of the Robert Kennedy murder. They detail evidence that was destroyed while Sirhan’s appeal was still pending as well as a photograph that was acknowledged by the LAPD to be "effective rebuttal" but was withheld from the defense team.

Indeed, the LAPD and L.A. County District Attorney knew two hours after the shooting of Senator Kennedy that he was shot by a second gunman and they had conclusive evidence that Sirhan could not -- and did not -- do it. The official record shows that the prosecution at Sirhan's trial never had one witness -- and had no physical nor ballistic evidence -- to prove Sirhan shot Bob Kennedy. Evidence locked up for 20 years shows that the LAPD destroyed physical evidence and hid ballistic evidence exonerating Sirhan -- and covered up conclusive evidence that a second gunman fatally wounded Robert Kennedy.

This document is a memo written by Criminalist Larry Baggett, who investigated the Robert Kennedy shooting for the LAPD. The Baggett memo states that the bullets that hit Senator Kennedy and William Weisel, another shooting victim in the pantry, were not fired from the same gun. The memo also states that the bullet that traveled upward through Bob Kennedy's body and into his neck was not fired from Sirhan's revolver. Such a finding would be proof that Sirhan did not shoot Robert Kennedy.

Mr. Deputy District Attorney, based on all of this information and more, I ask that you inform Los Angeles County District Attorney Jackie Lacey that I am formally requesting her to order a new investigation of the Robert F. Kennedy assassination. I will also be making the same request of Los Angeles Police Chief Charlie Beck.

Please note, Mr. Deputy District Attorney, that I am using the word "new" here. I am not requesting that the old investigation simply be re-opened. For that would only lead to the same old wrong conclusions. I am requesting a new investigation so that after nearly 50 years, justice finally can be served for me as a shooting victim; for the four other shooting victims who also survived their wounds; for Bob Kennedy who did not survive his wounds because his were the most grievously suffered in that kitchen pantry; for the people of the United States who Bob loved so much and had hoped to lead, just as his brother, President John F. Kennedy, had led only a few years before; and of course for justice, to which Bob Kennedy devoted his life.

Furthermore, Mr. Deputy District Attorney, I ask that you please also tell the District Attorney, Ms. Lacey, that I would appreciate the opportunity to personally meet with her in Los Angeles at her earliest convenience. Would you please convey my message to her?

I hope you will consider all of the accurate details of this crime that I have presented in order for you to accurately determine Sirhan Sirhan's eligibility for parole. If you do this the right way and the just way, I believe you will come to the same conclusion I have: that Sirhan should be released. If justice is not your aim, then of course you will not.

Again, Sirhan was originally scheduled for release in 1984 but after intense political pressure, his parole date was rescinded and he has since been denied 14 times.

The best example of this can be found in this statement of Los Angeles District Attorney John Van de Kamp.

Again, gentlemen, I believe you should grant Sirhan Sirhan parole. And I ask you to do that today in the name of Robert F. Kennedy and in the name of justice.

Thank you. That concludes my remarks.

Of course, the presstitute media will say that Paul Shrade, who was himself shot when Kennedy was assassinated, is a "conspiracy theorist." Remember: a conspiracy theorist is anyone who on the basis of hard evidence challenges a government that blames its crime on an innocent third party.

President John F. Kennedy had experienced in the Joint Chiefs of Staff under Chairman Lyman Lemnitzer a high level of insubordination. Lemnitzer showed in White House meetings contempt for the president. When Lemnitzer brought Kennedy the Northwoods Project to shoot down American citizens in the streets of America and to blow American airliners out of the sky in order to place the blame on Castro so that the US could invade and achieve "regime change," a popular term of the George W. Bush regime, in Cuba, President Kennedy removed Lemnitzer as chairman and sent him to Europe as head of NATO.

Kennedy did not know about Operation Gladio, an assassination program in Europe run by NATO and the CIA. Communists were blamed for Operation Gladio's bombings of civilians in train stations in order to erode communist political influence, especially in Italy. Thus, Kennedy's way of getting rid of Lemnitzer put Lemnitzer in charge of this program and gave Lemnitzer a way to get rid of John Kennedy.

Anyone who thinks that democratic governments would not kill their own citizens is uninformed beyond belief. If, dear reader, you are one of these gullible people, please go to the Internet and become familiar, for example, with Operation Northwoods and Operation Gladio.

The people of the TSBD were likewise ultraconservative. Roy Truly, the building manager, strongly disapproved of Kennedy’s foreign policies and believed him to be a “race mixer.” [9] Gladys Cason, wife of the president of the TSBD, said on one occasion that someone ought to shoot President Kennedy. [10] Her husband Jack was active in the American Legion since 1945. As post commander, he was involved, or simpatico, with J. Edgar Hoover’s recruitment of Legionnaires as informants. By 1943, some 60,000 Legion members belonging to 11,000 posts around the country served as confidential informants. Among their tasks was safeguarding the security of defense plants, transportation facilities, and public utilities. [11]

In line with the FBI’s mission to spy on leftist groups was Joe Molina, who worked as
credit manager at the TSBD since 1947. Molina and FBI undercover agent Bill Lowery worked together to infiltrate the American GI Forum, a leftist organization. Working for the CIA was William Shelley, who was in the TSBD miscellaneous department. Billy Lovelady, truck driver for the TSBD, was involved in an illegal weapons deal when he was in the Air Force in Washington DC. [12] Joe Bergin, manager of the Scott Foresman office on the fourth floor of the TSBD, was secretly a Texas Ranger.

The link of the schoolbook business to the intelligence agencies is well-established. Working as law editor for Bobbs Merrill in Indianapolis since the late 1960s was CIA agent William Harvey, [13] who played an active part in the Kennedy assassination. On the third floor of the TSBD was McGraw-Hill. It was not only a publisher of schoolbooks, it was also was a contractor for the Foreign Technology Division, devoted to collecting data on Soviet aerospace technology. Professors and scholars engaged in this activity used as their cover the seemingly innocuous name of the schoolbook firm. [14] At 4640 Harry Hines Boulevard was the office of Van Nostrand. In September 1965 a Van Nostrand schoolbook salesman, Newcomb Mott, entered the Soviet Union without a visa by crossing the Norwegian border. Suspecting him of being a CIA agent, the Soviets arrested Mott and put him on trial for entering the country illegally. He was convicted and sentenced to a forced labor camp. Before he got there, he committed suicide, or was murdered, using a razor blade received in a gift package from the American Embassy. Mott’s entry into the Soviet Union by a little known and remote route parallels the way Lee Harvey Oswald entered the Soviet Union via Finland. [15]

When Oswald returned to the United States, his friend George de Mohrenschildt helped him get a job at a typesetting company called Jaggars Chiles Stovall at 522 Browder Street, where it had been since 1941. He worked as a cameraman from October 1962 to April 1963. Although most of his work was commercial, some of it consisted of top secret projects for the Navy Bureau Materiel and the Army Mapping Service.

SPEAKERS AND PANEL PARTICIPANTS

JOHN BARBOUR
John Barbour, a Canadian native, is recognized as “the father of reality TV” with five Emmy Awards to his credit. Known for his numerous TV programs, including “NBC’s trendsetting hit ‘Real People,” NBC’s award-winning “Critic-at-Large” and “AM LA,” the witty and talented Barbour is the only person to have won Emmy’s in both Entertainment and News. As a stand-up comic, and as a writer for politicians and personalities such as Frank Sinatra, John has enjoyed an inside view of media politics.

His interest in the Kennedy assassination has been long and professional. He produced The Garrison Tapes (John filmed Garrison personally). The tapes are also available on Amazon (The Last Word on the Assassination).  John says: “In spite of great reviews, winning the San Sebastian Film Festival and enormous success around the world, The Garrison Tapes has been almost totally blacked out by America’s mainstream media.” His newest project is The American Media and the Second Assassination of President John F. Kennedy (see https://www.gofundme.com/johnbarboursworld" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;) — a presentation you don’t want to miss.

JUDYTH VARY BAKER
Judyth Vary Baker is an artist, writer, poet and futurist with degrees in Medical/Cultural Anthropology, Communications, English and Linguistics. She is the author of Me & Lee: How I came to know, love and lose Lee Harvey Oswald, an underground best seller. Her book David Ferrie, Mafia Pilot (Trine Day, 2014) was the first definitive full-length biography of the enigmatic man called “the key to the Kennedy assassination.” Her third book, Letters to the Cyborgs (Trine Day, 2016) is a collection of science fiction short stories using both terror and humor to expose a world plagued by unethical and frightening inventions that exist today.

“Both Lee and I were fascinated by the world of science fiction,” Baker explains. “We both wanted to write science fiction.” The only such story ever written by Lee Harvey Oswald (“Her Way”) is included in Letters, as well as a section about the FBI’s investigation of Lee’s readings and writings. Judyth’s fourth book, Kennedy & Oswald: The Big Picture, co-written with Edward Schwartz, will be released late in 2016. “It’s everything you’ll ever need to know about how –and why– the Kennedy assassination and Oswald’s murder is the key to today’s newspaper headlines,” Judyth says.

Judyth invented a modified method to obtain magnesium from seawater when 16, induced lung cancer in germ-free mice in only seven days when 17  (— a feat that had not been accomplished, at the time, in the nation’s top laboratories) and created a cancer-detection blood test in college when 18. After nearly two years of specialized training, Judyth, promised early entry into Tulane Medical School after a summer internship in New Orleans with the renowned Dr. Mary Sherman, found herself in a project to kill Fidel Castro with lung cancer involving a persons such as Lee Harvey Oswald and “Dr.” David Ferrie.

Author Edward T. Haslam discovered Baker was the last living witness who could verify particulars of his own decades-long, extensive research into the connections between Sherman’s brutal, unsolved murder on July 21, 1964 (the day the Warren Commission came to New Orleans to obtain testimonies), Dr. Alton Ochsner, Lee Oswald, contaminated polio vaccines, David Ferrie, cancer epidemics and the Kennedy assassination.

Judyth, who had an affair with Oswald, is determined to clear his name. She founded the JFK Assassination Conference, now in its fourth year. In 2016, the second annual Oswald Conference will be held in New Orleans, assisted by Judyth’s “politically incorrect annual birthday parties in Lee’s honor” there.  She also sponsors the JFK Memorial Ceremony at the Grassy Knoll on Nov. 22. To be part of these efforts or to donate (it’s all non-profit) contact “Judyth Baker” on Facebook, or contact Trine Day Publishers or http://www.judythbaker.blogspot.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;.

RICHARD BARTHOLOMEW

Richard Bartholomew establishes the certification and reliability of fingerprint expert Nathan Darby, who identified the main unknown print of a known murderer which was found in the Sniper’s nest. Richard will show that more than one print of LBJ hit man Malcolm Wallace’s was found there–and much more. Richard’s education, training, and professional experience have been primarily in the visual arts.
His research of the JFK assassination includes the notable discovery of a 1959 Rambler station wagon possibly used in the conspiracy; a study co-authored with Walter F. Graf involving a rifle clip that contaminates the ballistic evidence; a chronological reconstruction and placement of missing movements edited out of the Zapruder film; an in-depth interview of Erwin Schwartz, with author Noel Twyman, regarding Mr. Schwartz’s and Mr. Zapruder’s early chain of possession of Zapruder’s film; and work for author Barr McClellan, resulting in Mr. Bartholomew’s monograph establishing the methods by which the FBI and the Warren Commission concealed and obfuscated latent fingerprints from the alleged sniper’s nest.

ABRAHAM BOLDEN
Abraham Bolden is one of the heroes of the Kennedy assassination saga who has personally suffered as a consequence. He was the first black Secret Service Agent, appointed by President Kennedy himself. Bolden was present in Chicago when the FBI announced to his office that an informant named “Lee” had foiled at an attempt to assassinate the president in that city. This matter is also reported in James Douglass’ fine book, JFK and the Unspeakable. Abraham’s book, The Echo From Dealey Plaza, is available on Amazon. Learn more here about this remarkable witness from this blog: http://abrahambolden.blogspot.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

At this conference, we plan to bring together all the petitions seeking Abraham a pardon, into one, with the intention of presenting them as a unified group to the President. Abraham has suffered as a witness — he tried to expose the Secret Service’s poor performance regarding protecting Kennedy — landed him in prison on trumped-up charges. Just as Lee Oswald, Abraham Bolden was framed. He has much to tell us as an original witness connected to both John F. Kennedy and the Kennedy assassination.

JIM BOTELHO
Jim Botelho was Lee Harvey Oswald’s Marine Corps friend and roommate. Jim was born in 1937 in Hollister, California. He grew up on his family’s small farm in San Juan Valley. By the time he was 7, he and his sister worked in the fields on the farm. He attended a small, two room, rural elementary school located across the street from the family farm. He attended high school in Hollister and has just finished one year of College at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, when he felt the need to serve his County and joined the United States Marine Corp; it was 1956.  He was assigned to be an “aviation electronics operator”: that’s a Radar Operator.

After joining the Marines he was stationed in Tustin, California; at the time a small isolated helicopter base. In mid 1959, Lee Oswald was transferred to his squadron. There, they became friends and shared a room. Lee was discharged in September 1959, and Jim was discharged in January 1960.

After his service, he returned home and to work on the family farm during the day, and served the community as a deputy sheriff at night. Jim also worked in the construction trade, having various jobs, as well as continued his education, taking various college courses to improve his skills in many topics. Jim married in 1960 and had three boys and a daughter. As you can guess, Jim was interviewed by the Warren Commission in 1964.

In 1968, he was appointed a Justice Court Judge, where he served as a Judge until 1977 when he retired from the bench. Since about 1973, a number of people have asked him for comments and recollection of Lee Oswald. A few notable names are Mark Lane, Edward Epstein, David Lifton, John Donovan, and Ray Hale. In 1993, he started a business specializing in Construction Inspection Services. He is now retired, and living in the wonderfully cool climate of the Monterey Bay area in Marina, California.

DOUGLAS CADDY
Douglas Caddy is an attorney in Houston, Texas and is admitted to the Texas and District of Columbia Bars. Doug is a graduate of Georgetown University School of Foreign Service and New York University Law School. He is the author of six books, three published by Texas A&M University Press and one, Watergate Exposed, published by TrineDay.

While in high school in New Orleans in 1955, he worked with former FBI agent Guy Banister on exposing organized crime. At the time Lee Harvey Oswald, who was also in high school, and his mother lived on Exchange Place in the French Quarter, only a five minute walk from Banister’s office.

He was the Original Attorney for the Watergate Seven in 1972 and represented Billie Sol Estes in 1984 in negotiations with the U.S. Department of Justice to secure immunity so that Mr. Estes could tell what he knew about LBJ’s involvement in the assassination of JFK. In addition to Mr. Estes’ revelations, he will disclose at the conference what his client and close friend, E. Howard Hunt, knew about JFK’s assassination. He will also disclose the truth about Mac Wallace and Joan Mellen’s flawed research about the fingerprint controversy.

OLE DAMMEGARD
Ole Dammegård, awarded the Prague Peace Prize 2016, is an author, International speaker, and former journalist, an investigator who has dedicated the last 30 years of his life to researching many of the global conspiracies. His main focus has been to find out the truth about the assassinations of JFK, the Swedish Prime minister Olof Palme, Robert Kennedy, Martin Luther King, John Lennon and Lady Di, plus the terror attacks of 911, Norway, Oklahoma City and many more. He is now considered a leading expert on false flag operations and is believed to have managed to expose and stop several planned massacres.

Over the past 30 years, Ole has discovered links between all of these assassinations, which has led him to believe that the same people were involved in both the JFK and Olof Palme murders, as well as other major ‘events’. The same Global Elite seem to have used the same skilled mechanics for decades for doing their ‘dirty work’.

He has written the following books: Coup d’etat in Slow Motion: Part I and II, Shadow of Tears (my experience in Iran), The power book Re-Mind Me, the children’s book Yolanda Yogapanda – Truth is One, Paths are Many. Ole is currently working on the following titles; A Global Tour of Terror Part I and II, The Elusive Enigma and the book Guilty Victim. He is also busy with a series of documentaries aiming at exposing false flag operations currently hitting modern society.

Ole has been among the key speakers at many International conferences, including outside the Bilderberg Meeting in 2014, and has had the privilege of being a special guest on hundreds of programs.

GARY FANNIN
Gary Fannin has been studying the John F. Kennedy Assassination for over 36 years. He has lectured at High Schools, Colleges, Universities and numerous JFK Conferences in Dallas. His book The Innocence of Oswald: 50+ Years of Lies, Deception & Deceit in the Murders of President John F. Kennedy & Officer J.D. Tippit was published in 2015. The Innocence of Oswald is based upon U.S. Government documents from the FBI, CIA, Office of Naval Intelligence and Secret Service,  many of which have never been printed before.  It also includes Dallas Police affidavits, autopsy reports, photos and more to prove that Lee Harvey Oswald was completely innocent of the crimes he was charged and was in fact, ‘a patsy.’

Gary is currently working with 5 time Emmy Award Winner, John Barbour, on The Jim Garrison Tapes, Part 2: The American Media and the 2nd Assassination of President Kennedy. This documentary is the follow up to the Sans Sebastian Film Winner, The Jim Garrison Tapes. This documentary will establish U.S. Major Media complicity in the cover up of the JFK assassination with Lee Oswald as designated patsy.

He is also working on his second book, Mandarin, the updated story of Roscoe Anthony White, his relationship with Lee Harvey Oswald in the Marines, how Oswald was set up as the patsy, and  White’s claims that the U.S. Office of Naval Intelligence ordered him to kill President Kennedy.

GORDON FERRIE
Gordon Ferrie has emerged from the silence imposed on him previously to reveal new inside information about JFK and who really killed Kennedy. As a former designated protector of  Jackie Kennedy from the time JFK took office, as well as serving as a bodyguard for JFK at the Pentagon, Gordon spoke this year at the JFK Center for the Performing Arts on JFK’s Birthday because of his relationship with the Kennedy’s.

After the assassination, Gordon remained associated with Jackie and JFK Jr. through their mutual love for horsemanship (Gordon was an official of the US Equestrian team). A close friend of of Barr McClellan, who worked in LBJ’s attorney system, Gordon tells us that “Due to security I could not previously go into the huge amount of information I have from my activities of over 50 years, but with my new book to be released, this has changed. I am the only person to personally nail LBJ about Eliot Janeway and get him to confess… Richard Helms attempted to stop me from looking into his role in the murders of Material Witnesses and CIA contract Officers participating in the Cuban operations. I got people to to talk.”

We will have a CD of additional fascinating information that Gordon has given to us that will be available at the conference.

JAMES H. FETZER, PhD
James H. Fetzer, a former Marine Corps officer, is McKnight Professor Emeritus at the Duluth Campus of the University of Minnesota, from which he retired in 2006, completing a 35-year career, principally offering courses in logic, critical thinking and scientific reasoning.

Jim organized the first Zapruder Film Symposium at JFK Lancer in 1996. He has brought together the best experts on different aspects of the case in a series of books that shattered the cover-up and exposed a massive conspiracy in the death of JFK: Assassination Evidence (1998), Murder In Dealey Plaza (2000) and The Great Zapruder Film Hoax (2003).

Never afraid of looking into controversial subjects, to date, he has published 33 books, his most recent with moonrockbooks.com.

VICTORIA HAWES
Victoria Hawes Sulzer is a witness regarding meeting Lee Harvey Oswald at Dr. Mary Sherman’s apartment building –and much more. Victoria is one of several witnesses never interviewed by the FBI who are now helping to verify Lee Oswald’s true activities and his innocence, as well as helping to support what Judyth Baker has also revealed about Oswald, his association with Dr. Sherman, and his true activities in New Orleans.

Victoria writes: “[Lee and I attended] Beauregard Jr. High School…[also,] I met Dr. Mary Sherman in passing, polite greetings, not a personal close relationship, the Patio Apartments was so small, isolated in contact, but cordial and lent itself to privacy.” Victoria also reveals what she knows about Oswald’s companion, apartment resident Juan Valdez, who lived next door to her and to Dr. Sherman. Edward T. Haslam (Dr. Mary’s Monkey) considers Valdez a prime suspect in Dr. Sherman’s horrific murder.

SAINT JOHN HUNT
St. John Hunt’s father was E. Howard Hunt, the infamous Watergate burglar and CIA spymaster. St. John tells us, “My father helped the CIA kill JFK.” In E. Howard Hunt’s near-death confession to his son St. John, which was taped for posterity, Hunt revealed that key figures in the CIA were responsible for the plot to assassinate JFK in Dallas, and that Hunt himself was approached by the plotters, among whom included the CIA’s David Atlee Phillips, Cord Meyer, Jr., and William Harvey, as well as future Watergate burglar Frank Sturgis.

St. John has an insider’s viewpoint, and it’s heartbreaking. His incredible true story is told in his two books: Bond of Secrecy (2012) by St. John Hunt, with Eric Hamburg and Jesse Ventura, and, concerning the secrets and horrific murder of his mother, Dorothy… the Murder of E. Howard Hunt’s Wife… (2015) by St. John Hunt, with Roger Stone. St. John is a professional musician with “St. John and the Sinners”.

PETER JANNEY
Dr. Peter Janney is a psychologist and psychotherapist who is also the author of the best-selling book Mary’s Mosaic, the CIA Conspiracy to Murder John F. Kennedy, Mary Pinchot Meyer, and Their Vision for World Peace. The son of an important CIA agent who was close friends with James Jesus Angleton and others associated with Kennedy’s assassination, Peter as a teen loved and admired the beautiful Mary Pinchot Myers, who was JFK’s last mistress. Shocked by news of her murder within a year of JFK’s, hear from Peter’s own mouth the secrets he uncovered about Mary’s brutal murder and the involvement of the CIA.

“Kennedy scholars, JFK assassination researchers and all concerned Americans owe Peter Janney their deep gratitude for his relentless exploration into the professional-style murder of Mary Meyer – a woman who, as Kennedy’s mistress and a former CIA wife, simply knew too much for her own good. Janney, who knew and adored Meyer as a boy, brings his own personal sense of mission to this investigative project. The story of Meyer’s murder, and its coverup, is one more fascinating footnote to the Kennedy assassination, and it shines an important light on the forces behind the tragic events in Dallas, a tragedy from which the country is still suffering.” – David Talbot, founder of Salon, and New York Times bestselling author of The Devil’s Chessboard

ANDREW KREIG
Andrew Kreig, based in Washington, DC, is a public affairs commentator, author, attorney and legal reformer with decades of experience in cutting-edge public policy issues. Drawing on extraordinary contacts in the nation’s capital and globally, he is currently examining pivotal developments – many of them secret – that are transforming the American way of life. He provides his findings by his articles, lectures, broadcast interviews, books and through two organizations:  a non-partisan legal reform group, The Justice Integrity Project, and a public affairs consultancy he leads, Eagle View Capital Strategies.

Andrew is the author of Presidential Puppetry: Obama, Romney and their Masters, which draws on a century of history to provide the first comprehensive analysis of the Obama administration’s second-term. More information can be found at: http://www.presidentialpuppetry.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;. The book grew out of the author’s work leading The Justice Integrity Project, a non-partisan legal reform group that investigates suspected official misconduct. The Washington, DC based author is an investigative reporter, non-profit executive, attorney and broadcast commentator.

ROY EDWARD LEWIS
Roy Lewis worked in the Texas School Book Depository with Lee Harvey Oswald. He can been seen in the famous Altgens6 photo taken the moment Kennedy was struck by the first bullet, standing facing to his left, and after the shots, running down the street toward the grassy knoll. Critics who did not like what Larry Rivera posted about his interview with Roy Lewis stated the fact that Lewis said he did not see Lee Oswald in the doorway. One comment was: “When I ask him if he recalls Oswald standing RIGHT NEXT TO HIM AS THE SHOTS WERE FIRED, what do you think he’s most likely to say…?”

The answer is simple: all photos show Lewis standing in front of the doorway figure, not next to him. Because of foreshortening in the Altgens6 photo, it looks like Lewis is ‘right under’ the doorway figure, but in other views, it is obvious that the figure is well behind him, not next to him. In 1964, Lewis said he thought all shots came from the TSBD. However, when Lewis was asked if it could have been Billy Lovelady standing, instead of Oswald, Lewis said he knew Billy Lovelady very well and had even purchased a car from him, but Lovelady was heaver, shorter, and almost bald. Hear what he has to say at the conference.

WAYNE MADSEN
Wayne Madsen is a print and online investigative journalist, author and columnist. He is the author of the blog Wayne Madsen Report. He has appeared on major television news networks as a commentator and contributor. He has previously served as a U.S. naval office and worked at the National Security Agency, the Department of State, and National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). He is the author of fourteen books on subjects ranging from the the Bush family, David Petraeus, and Barack Obama to data privacy and genocide in Africa.

Wikipedia says: “He has been described as a conspiracy theorist.” Wikipedia also tells us that Madsen is considered “one of the world’s leading SIGINT and computer security experts.[17] 15]During his long employment with EPIC — the Electronic Privacy Information Center –he appeared as a guest on 60 Minutes,[18] ABC Nightline,[19] Voice of America,[20] National Public Radio.,[21] and Marketplace,[22].

Madsen was responsible for a big story in The Guardian about Edward Snowden and “Echelon”–secret data exchanges between the US and Europe– which was pulled solely because Madsen was the source. According to The Guardian,”…the [story]… was sound, but it was wrong to connect Wayne Madsen with the story. For this reason, the original story was removed from the website, and the Observer splash was replaced.”[35]. Wikipedia also says: “In 2003 he claimed that he had uncovered information in a classified congressional report that he said contained information linking the September 11 attacks to the government of Saudi Arabia and the Bush administration through financial transactions with the hijackers. The Saudi Foreign Minister demanded the report be declassified so it could respond, however, the Bush administration refused, claiming that to do so would compromise intelligence sources and methods.”[36]

Considering the recent lawsuits that 9-11 families are bringing against Saudi Arabia, maybe Madsen “had something.” We think he can’t be wrong all of the time. Hear what he knows about Ted Cruz’ father, Rafael, and Lee Harvey Oswald.

JIM MARRS
Jim Marrs, a Texas native born in 1943, began working as a journalist while in junior high school. After graduating from University of North Texas in 1966 he attended Graduate School at Texas Tech in Lubbock, joined the United States Army, and then became a police reporter for the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. After serving with the Fourth Army intelligence unit during the Vietnam War, he became a military and aerospace writer and an investigative reporter.  After interviewing members of the Dallas Police Department, witnesses and city officials, Jim realized that the Warren Commission participated in a cover-up of the Kennedy assassination Jim continued to investigate the case, and in 1976 began teaching a course about the assassination for the University of Texas at Arlington.

In 1989 Jim published Crossfire: The Plot That Killed Kennedy (updated, 2013) – a major source of inspiration for Oliver Stone’s movie “JFK,” where he was a chief consultant.  Listed both in Who’s Who in the World and Who’s Who in America, Jim has won writing and photography awards such as the Aviation Aerospace Writer’s Association’s National Writing Award and Freedom Magazine’s Human Rights Leadership Award. Marrs has appeared on all major TV channels, is often quoted in documentaries, and continues to write best-selling books investigating government crimes, hidden agendas, and controversial subjects others fear to touch.

Jim will be receiving a special award at our Speaker’s Dinner on Saturday evening.

BARR McCLELLAN
Barr McClellan is an attorney, business consultant and author (best-seller Blood, Money & Power). Barr was an attorney for LBJ for ten years and assisted with the bonus for LBJ’s super-attorney Ed Clark, the man who made arrangements for the assassination. Barr will discuss the Kennedy family views on Warren, John Jr’s call for penitence, the unified action between LBJ-CIA-Mafia, the Billie Sol Estes tapes, the grand jury action recommending LBJ be indicted for murder, and the trial of Clint Peoples Eliot.

Most telling, Eliot Janeway (economist for the Democratic party) provided LBJ’s admissions of his deep involvement. The connection to deep, dark politics emerges: the dangers LBJ presented to world peace are disclosed. Barr: “A trial is necessary. That key step must be provided. Steps to restore trust in America, to reduce the banality of corruption, and to complete closure of the malaise still impacting America will then be accomplished.”

Barr obtained his knowledge from the many disclosures he was told by people on the Kennedy side. He considers these facts of history to be a trust provided him. He is intent on fulfilling that trust. He is available as a consultant for movies and documentaries regarding this Crime of the Century, which was a crime against humanity.

PHILLIP F. NELSON
After years of researching Johnson and the JFK assassination, Phillip F. Nelson conclusively showed that LBJ had an active role in JFK’s assassination. His best-selling books LBJ: The Mastermind of the JFK Assassination and LBJ: from “Mastermind” to Colossus describe the darkly obsessive mind of one of America’s most ambitious and calculating politicians. A quote from page 77 of LBJ Mastermind will give you a glimpse of what Nelson knows: “There were extended relationships between many men at the lower levels of the hierarchy headed by Lyndon Johnson, the ultimate dispenser of political influence, and his closest associate, Bobby Baker. The next level in the “triangle of influence” connected Baker, Clint Murchison, and James Hoffa directly to Carlos Marcello, the Mafia chieftain of New Orleans, as well as his longtime lobbyist Irving Davidson.”

Phillip, who spoke to our conference in 2014, has acquired more information since then that we are anxious to hear. He worked in the property-casualty insurance industry and as an independent business owner until he retired at the age of fifty-eight and began his extensive research into the unsolved murder of our thirty-fifth president.

BEVERLY OLIVER MASSAGEE
Beverly Oliver Massagee, a mother of two, is a well-known witness in the JFK assassination case who has a ministry with her husband, Charles Massagee. Beverly is a professional singer, professional ventriloquist, public speaker and lecturer, a published author, and movie actress (Nightmare on Elm Street).

Beverly, called “the Babushka lady” by Richard Sprague because of the European-style headscarf she wore on Nov. 22, 1963, was an eye-witness of JFK’s assassination. Young Beverly had worked as a singer at the Colony Club, a nightclub next door to Jack Ruby’s Carousel Club. She and Ruby were friends; Beverly is one of several witnesses who saw Ruby and Lee Oswald together before Kennedy was shot. She was portrayed by actress Lolita Davidovich and was a technical advisor for Oliver Stone’s movie, “JFK.”

SHANE O'SULLIVAN
Shane O’Sullivan’s professional background is primarily as a documentary filmmaker. His three feature documentaries to date explore contemporary political history and the counter-narratives of several infamous ‘enemies of the state’. Children of the Revolution tells the stories of the Baader Meinhof Group and the Japanese Red Army and was released in thirty cinemas across Japan in the summer of 2014.

He is the author of the book Who Killed Bobby? (NYC: Union Square Press, 2008) – based on his documentary RFK Must Die – and has distributed six documentaries in UK cinemas through his production company/DVD label E2 Films. ANGELINA NOBILE
Angelina Nobile, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, is the youngest daughter of Judge August Nobile. She writes: “[Two years before ] my father died, after heart surgery he revealed many surprising things to me. My father was an attorney, Secretary of the Police Jury, Assistant District Attorney and finally Judge of the 25th Judicial District Court, Louisiana. His political career in St. Bernard and Plaquemines Parishes commenced under his mentor, the colorful right-wing Judge Leander Perez, Sr. These parishes were considered part of the New Orleans metropolitan statistical area. Leander Perez, Sr., known as “The Delta Boss” since 1919, and his political machine ruled these parishes with an iron hand. Because of his close association with Perez, Judge Nobile knew Jim Garrison, Guy Banister, Salvadore La Charda and Carlos Marcello among many others. Judge Nobile was privy to the intense objections to JFK, Robert Kennedy and MLK. Clandestine and conspiratorial activities of the Perez political organization and the organization run by Carlos Marcello, who owned gambling establishments in the parishes, was well know in the area.

A back swamp, oil rich political machine and an organized crime syndicate came together with a national government entity to make a plan where everyone would get what they needed in order to continue their secret and illegal activities. Their plan came to a culmination on November 22, 1963 with the shocking assassination of JFK. Angeline has come forth to speak for the first time to inform the world that Lee Harvey Oswald was an innocent man who was used to obscure the truth and the culprits who had a hand in the JFK assassination plan. She is not writing a book nor is she receiving any monetary compensation for her story.
