I was reading an article in fox news about the closing off of a section of land to the public. Here's the article:

I was wondering; because we can't secure this area, making it basically under control of mexican drug cartels, does this land closure amount to a secession of sovereignty?
Is land closure secession of sovereignty?

Legally I don't know the answer to your question. But my question is: How can the Federal Gov. turn a blind eye to this. Not only are they turning a blind eye, but are sueing Arizona because they are trying to do something about it.
The things that are going on are unbelievable-----but there they are. It makes my heart ache.

This is absolutely digusting, and it is frustrating to watch us send hudreds of thousands of troops to foriegn countries to protect their borders, oil, and drugs, while we allow our nation to be open border. Our federal government is a filthy fecses infestation. The few decent people in our country have been overun by evil men.
The voice of the people have chosen evil, and deserve what is coming.

Dang wish we had some law scholars in here. In my opinion though whomever controls it owns it. Wonder what the drug cartels are gonna name their new strip of land on the AZ/ Mexico border
