"It appears Kim Jong Un wishes to provoke the US into war as he continues to make threats against the U.S., while also deploying missile tests.
In an attempt to squash the conflict diplomatically the United Nations has made a last stitch effort to punish North Korea by implementing new U.N. sanctions expected to make a significant impact starting in next March.
“In addition to further toughened sanctions, an increase in North Korea’s investment in conventional forces in the aftermath of military pressure stemming from the (Korean) deployment of American strategic assets is forecast to hit the North Korean economy seriously sometime after March next year,” according to The Institute for National Security Strategy, a South Korean research team, as reported by Yonhap News Agency. “March has been pinned for the timing for the [United Nations Security Sanction] Resolution 2375 adopted in September to take effect, given the U.N. sanctions committee’s position that the effects of sanctions begin to be seen six to twelve months after their introduction.”

The U.N. approved sanctions to banned North Korea from importing all natural gas liquids, the organization also agreed to introduce caps on crude oil imports.
Other world powers have threatened to introduce their own strict sanctions separate from the U.N. ones if North Korea continues to build its nuclear program.
Although North Korea has slowed down in terms of the number missile tests, there have been more long-range missile tested. This means that the country is closer to building a nuclear arsenal that could reach the U.S.
China has offered limited assistance to halt North Korea’s aggressive behavior and doesn’t approve of military action.
Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying said Monday that “peacefully resolving the Korean Peninsula nuclear issue through dialogue and consultation represents the consistent position of the Chinese government.”
But, Lieutenant General Wang Hongguang believes China needs to be ready for war in the Korean peninsula.
“China should be psychologically prepared for a potential Korean war, and the Northeast China regions should be mobilized for that,” said Wang over the weekend, according to The Global Times. “Such mobilization is not to launch a war, but for defensive purposes.”

Both China and Russia have been doing drills in preparation.
“The main target of the joint drills between China and Russia is the U.S., which has both ballistic and cruise missiles that could pose a real threat to both Beijing and Moscow,” said Song to the South China Morning Post on Sunday. “Both China and Russia wanted to use these joint anti-missile drills for strategic deterrence. They want to push the U.S. to withdraw its Terminal High Altitude Area Defence (THAAD) from the Korean peninsula.”

Even with Trump’s remarks warning North Korea to reframe from making more threats to the U.S. because they will be met with “fire and fury,” the country continues to send threatening messages through state-owned news outlets.
“The right to preemptive attack is not exclusive to the U.S. The U.S. should cool-headedly face up to the reality that the iron-willed DPRK’s preemptive nuclear attack against provocateurs is just not hot air,” wrote North Korea’s official Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) on Monday."

"Several reports out of the China-North Korean border area indicate that Beijing is massing People’s Liberation Army troops on the frontier and has told them to prepare for war.

“Columns of (People’s Liberation Army) trucks have been pictured on the move near Yanji City which is close to the triple border between China, Russia and North Korea,” the U.K. Star reported Tuesday.
According to a computer translation of the Korean-language Daily NK, military trucks have been moving into position at night so as not to attract the attention of locals."

"In the space of just a few years, political correctness dictated that anyone who dared deviate from the rubric that individuals were whatever gender they called themselves (or had themselves surgically-altered to resemble) was “transphobic.”

This idea was based not off of science, which has been sorely lacking on the matter. Instead, it’s based off of a feeling — the feeling that if a man says they were really born a woman, damn the chromosomal evidence and call them a woman, or else we call you a bigot.

There’s a good reason why the cultural left doesn’t mention science when it comes to the transgender debate. That’s because it isn’t on their side.

In a 2016 piece for the Witherspoon Institute, one of the doctors who ran (and subsequently shut down) one of the pioneering sex-change surgery centers in America says that’s it’s an incontrovertible fact “transgendered men do not become women, nor do transgendered women become men.”

Dr. Paul R. McHugh is a Distinguished Service Professor of Psychiatry at Johns Hopkins University. He was also in charge of psychiatrist-in-chief at Johns Hopkins, which pioneered sex change operations from 1975 to 2001.

In 1979, he made the decision to halt operations after he saw what science had to say about those suffering from what we now call gender identity disorder — and it’s decidedly different than what the left would have you believe.

Jon Meyer, who headed up the university hospital’s Sexual Behaviors Consultation Unit, studied a small sample of patients who had undergone sex change surgery. According to the Baltimore Sun, he found that while the surgical procedure may be “subjectively satisfying” for patients, there was “no objective advantage in terms of social rehabilitation.”

“With these facts in hand,” McHugh wrote, “I concluded that Hopkins was fundamentally cooperating with a mental illness.”

Almost 40 years after he shut Johns Hopkins’ operation down, McHugh still believes that transgenderism is fundamentally an illness — and one that the media is enabling.

“The idea that one’s sex is fluid and a matter open to choice runs unquestioned through our culture and is reflected everywhere in the media, the theater, the classroom, and in many medical clinics,” McHugh wrote in the 2016 piece.

“It has taken on cult-like features: its own special lingo, internet chat rooms providing slick answers to new recruits, and clubs for easy access to dresses and styles supporting the sex change. It is doing much damage to families, adolescents, and children and should be confronted as an opinion without biological foundation wherever it emerges.”

Sadly, the medical field has been taken in by the fashion of the moment, according to McHugh, which he says has left him as a lonely voice of reason speaking truth to power.

“I am ever trying to be the boy among the bystanders who points to what’s real,” McHugh wrote. “I do so not only because truth matters, but also because overlooked amid the hoopla — enhanced now by Bruce Jenner’s celebrity and Annie Leibovitz’s photography — stand many victims.

“Think, for example, of the parents whom no one — not doctors, schools, nor even churches — will help to rescue their children from these strange notions of being transgendered and the problematic lives these notions herald.”

Unlike the champions of transgender causes in the media, McHugh has 40 years experience working with transgender individuals. He’s not only seen the studies, he’s seen patients firsthand. Which means, of course, he’s considered a bigot by the left.

A 2015 piece on McHugh by liberal online rag ThinkProgress was unsubtly titled “Meet The Doctor Social Conservatives Depend On To Justify Anti-Transgender Hate,” presumably by someone who has zero experience working with transgender individuals and has seen roughly zero patients suffering from gender identity disorder. Another piece from the folks at The Daily Beast identified McHugh as an “Anti-LGBT Doc.”

McHugh insists that he’s “not against transgender people,” merely that he’s “anxious they get the help they need.” But that’s the kind of attitude that doesn’t get you plaudits from MTV or courage awards.

That shouldn’t matter in the medical field — but alas, it does, including at the program which Dr. McHugh used to run. Thirty-eight years after McHugh made the decision to shut the sex-change surgery unit down, Johns Hopkins resumed a transgender health service with an accompanying surgical program.

On so many issues, we’ve come to a point where popular feeling can override scientific debate, or even established scientific facts. In this case, the danger isn’t just to a society where modishness is valued over facts. The biggest peril is upon those who are suffering from gender identity disorder, people who are being fed lies by a media and medical community whose sails are so rigged to be blown wherever the winds of public opinion may take them."

"One of the greatest strains on European nations since the start of the migrant crisis has been on national and local governments who have been swamped with those who want benefits and assistance from the state.
In Sweden, one of the hardest-hit countries in the Eurozone, authorities predict that welfare payments are likely to overwhelm tax revenues for the foreseeable future.
“From 2018, we expect the need for welfare to increase significantly faster than tax revenues,” Annika Wallenskog, chief economist at Sweden’s Local Authorities and County Council, said in October of 2017.
So, how to cover this sort of thing? Well, part of the solution is thinking ahead — which is why residents of the Czech Republic ought to be thankful for Act 500/2004of the Code of Administrative Procedure.
What’s that, you may ask? Well, it’s a law that deals with how individuals in the Czech Republic deal with each other or the state itself.
It’s a fairly wide-ranging document that was passed into law in 2004. However, there is language in there that makes it more difficult for migrants solely there for economic reasons to get government aid.
As in any country, aid requires an individual to interact with the government and fill out the requisite forms. Unlike other countries, though, the Czech Republic doesn’t bend over backwards to make things easier for individuals to arrive in the country and collect benefits right off the bat.
Section 16, part 1 of Section 500/2004 states that “Communication within the procedure shall be carried out and documents executed in the Czech language. Parties to the procedure may also communicate and file submissions in the Slovak language.”
In part 2, it notes that, “Documents executed in a foreign language shall be submitted by the party to the procedure in the original version and, concurrently, in an officially attested translation to the Czech language, unless the administrative authority informs the party to the procedure that such translation is not required. Such declaration may be made by the administrative authority also on its official notice board for an indefinite number of future procedures.”
So, how does one get a translator?
“Every person who declares that he/she does not speak the language of the procedure shall have the right to have an interpreter entered on the list of interpreters; he/she shall use the interpreter’s services at his/her own expense,” part 3 reads.
“In procedures regarding an application, the applicant who is not a citizen of the Czech Republic, shall arrange for the services of an interpreter at his/her own expense, unless the law specifies otherwise.”
In other words, if an individual wants to file for benefits, they would have to get an interpreter’s services at their own expense.
In the case of legitimate refugees, there are likely refugee organizations that can handle this, as well as resettlement and the like. When it comes to the uncontrolled migration that swept across Europe, it would place a burden on the individual to get their own translator and pay for it if they wanted benefits.
It’s also worth noting that there are other barriers to getting government cash in the Czech Republic; only permanent residents, for instance, can get unemployment benefits.
While Act 500/2004 is one of the measures against the migrant crisis hitting the Czech Republic hard, there are other measures that the country has been taken to ensure they’re not hit with an influx of people crossing into the country. In fact, the European Union took action against them last summer for only taking in 12 of their quota of over 2,600 refugees.
However, if they do come into the Czech Republic, it’s likely going to be a lot harder for them to be a major drain on the system."

"The American Cardinal of the Catholic church, Raymond Leo Burke, had a few words to say about Pope Francis’ stance concerning the way homosexuals are treated.

Some will be thrilled — many will be furious.

Not only did he disagree with Pope Francis, he publicly made a statement to contradict him — an act of huge importance within the Catholic church when it comes to the pope.

In a December interview with O Clarim, Burke discussed the pope’s comments on apologizing to homosexuals.

“In an in-flight interview, after the umpteenth question about homosexuals, the Holy Father (Pope Francis) said that we obviously must not discriminate and we have to ask forgiveness from these people for the way they are treated…,” the interview question began.

“I haven’t read the Pope’s text,” Burke responded.

“What I can say is that this year I turned 69, and I have spent my whole life in the Catholic Church. I have never encountered discrimination against people who suffer from the homosexual condition.”

“We know that we are dealing with an abnormal condition: God has not created us to have sexual relations with people of the same sex,” Burke said.

“This is not a discrimination against persons. It is to affirm the truth of Christ, the truth of our faith.”

What he is saying is that Catholics are obligated to follow their own doctrine — which, of course they are.

Even aside from the biblical arguments to be made for or against homosexuality, the Catholic stance is made crystal clear in the Catechism of the Catholic Church:

“Basing itself on Sacred Scripture, which presents homosexual acts as acts of grave depravity, tradition has always declared that ‘homosexual acts are intrinsically disordered.'”

“They are contrary to the natural law. They close the sexual act to the gift of life. They do not proceed from a genuine affective and sexual complementarity. Under no circumstances can they be approved.” (2357)

The Catholic stance really isn’t up for debate.

“I must say sincerely, even though I haven’t read the words of the Pope, that I don’t see why the Church ought to ask forgiveness for teaching the truth about sex and sexuality,” Burke said.

“Rather, during my priesthood of more than 42 years, I have always found priests very compassionate in meetings with people who have had this difficulty and have suffered from this condition,” he concluded.

I doubt that this will see much attention from the media — it speaks a little too pointedly at a pontiff who has been doing leftists favors for years with his rhetoric.

It’s amazing to see a cardinal stand for consistency of his own religion over political correctness."

"A new civil rights law went into effect Jan. 1 which states that no legal resident who has received any form of government assistance or welfare within the past three years can successfully obtain Swiss citizenship unless they pay those funds back, regardless of how long they have lived in the country.
Previously, applicants for citizenship merely had to stop receiving benefits prior to submitting their application.
The news was announced in the German-language Swiss media outlet Kronen Zeitung, which noted nearly twice as many people applied for Swiss citizenship in 2017 as the year before, most likely in an effort to obtain it before the new law took effect.
Aside from the new no-welfare requirement for citizenship, the new law also included other requirements aimed to ensure that potential new citizens had lived in Switzerland for at least five to 10 years and were properly integrated into the broader Swiss society instead of remaining isolated within enclaves.
applicants for citizenship must now prove that they have “cultivated contacts” with actual Swiss people.
The law also added language requirements, which vary among the different cantons — similar to American states — in Switzerland, though they mostly required an intermediate level of understanding and proficiency.
Furthermore, Kronen reported that the new law excludes the privilege of naturalization for anyone who has been imprisoned within Switzerland for more than three months.
even though Switzerland was not part of the European Union, they nevertheless had agreed to take part in the effort at resettling migrants and refugees fleeing their war-torn home countries in the Middle East and North Africa.
Though Switzerland is typically used as a route for migrants headed from Italy to Germany, many choose to pause their journey in the Swiss Alps and set down roots there.
Unfortunately, as Breitbart noted, the surge in migrants has become a drain on the Swiss system, so much so that the city of Zurich recently voted to drastically reduce benefits for certain migrants who would not be granted asylum but also couldn’t immediately be deported.
On top of that, it was also recently revealed that the Swiss government doesn’t even really know who the vast majority of the migrants and refugees in their country really are, as more than 90 percent of those who enter have either false identification documents or no documents at all.
Though bleeding-heart liberals will likely be outraged by this new law in Switzerland, it is actually a pretty smart idea.
Removing any path to citizenship for new arrivals to the country who live off of government assistance would go a long way toward lowering both the number of new arrivals as well as the number of those enrolled in welfare programs — a win all the way around."

"Trying to encourage the hard work and improvement of a group of female students, which included one who has declared herself transgender, Sutcliffe told them, “Well done, girls.”
He immediately apologized to the gender-confused student and said his blunder was unintentional. Nevertheless, that slip of the tongue may cost him his job, and cost his students a beloved teacher.
The girl’s mother issued a formal complaint against Sutcliffe for “misgendering” her would-be-male daughter. It wasn’t her first complaint about Sutcliffe’s Christianity.
“This is the second time that this parent made a complaint about me. The first time was for handing out Christian leaflets at the gay pride march,” Sutcliffe noted. “No other parent has made a complaint about me.”
School officials began an investigation and cut off Sutcliffe from his students, forcing him into “isolation” in the staff room.
The school concluded Sutcliffe was guilty of “misgendering” the student, “demonstrating discriminatory behaviors” and violating “the school’s equality policy.”
Sutcliffe was suspended.
Sutcliffe criticized the way his honest mistake was treated.
“The aggressive way in which transgender ideology is being imposed is undermining my freedom of belief and conscience,” he said, “as well as the conscience of many people throughout our nation who believe that gender is assigned at birth.”
This incident shows how far the radical pro-LGBT community is willing to go to force their agenda onto all.
They don’t want equality. They don’t value all people. They only respect those who agree with them.
Even though this teacher was respectful, he may now lose his job.
A teacher shouldn’t have to worry about being fired for referring to a girl as a girl.
If leftist thugs have their way, all teachers who don’t 100 percent comply with their way of life will be eliminated."

"The Oklahoma Council for Public Affairs reports that a collective bargaining group representing public schools in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, is calling for a boycott of student teachers from the local Christian university. The reason for the proposed shunning? Oklahoma Wesleyan University’s president (yours truly) dared to suggest that the bad ideas presently being taught in our nation’s schools might, at least in part, be responsible for the bad behavior we are seeing in our national news.

In other words — and call me crazy here — I am openly wondering if what Richard Weaver wrote of in his seminal 1948 classic, “Ideas Have Consequences,” might actually be true: Education matters and what we teach in our classrooms does actually get practiced in our culture.

More to the point, in these very pages on Nov. 29, 2017, in a column titled “Teaching lechery and getting lechers” I averred that today’s long list of Hollywood and Washington miscreants might have something in common — they are products of our nation’s schools and, as such, they might just be acting out the failed ideas they have been taught at their respective alma maters."

"Treating others differently because of their religious beliefs is wrong. The party line difference when saying this is that the right actually means it.
Liberals rant about accepting everyone and being tolerant of other religions, but they often bash Christianity for holding views that contradict their agenda; this is the definition of bigotry.
The same intolerance is held in many nations around the world. Christians are facing grotesque ends for their faith every day, often without anyone taking notice.
With this knowledge, liberal media powerhouses continue to cover stories of transgender men who had their feelings hurt for someone looking at them differently (when he chose to dress differently), and the like.
Fox News reported on the surprising statistics of Christian persecution:
“Nearly one in 12 Christians across the globe lives in an area where there is high-level persecution against members of the religion, according to an annual report by a top religious advocacy group.”
Open Doors USA is an organization that gives aid to oppressed Christians in more than 60 countries.
Recently, they released the World Watch List which is an informative report that shows incidents of Christian persecution globally, along with the details that surround them.
The list ranks countries, as well, in order of how many Christians they oppress, and the severity in which it is done.
The grim results of the Open Doors monitoring leads us to give pause. Fox News reported:
“The findings in this year’s report showed 215 million Christians are in areas that have experienced high levels of persecution, including 50 countries that were on the list.
Among those facing persecution during the reporting period, 3,066 Christians were killed, 1,252 were abducted, nearly 800 churches were defaced and 1,020 Christians were raped or sexually harassed. Officials with Open Doors say the last figure is a troubling development as Christian women became an increased target of persecution — with six women being targeted daily.”
What stood out the most to analysts of the report was that women are being increasingly targeted in the Christian population, with more extreme violence acted upon them.
David Curry, President, and CEO of Open Doors USA told Fox News. “We need to raise the flag. These are tactics that are being increasingly used by extremists.”
It was, also, noted by Curry there are reported incidents of sex traffickers paying “more money for the abducted daughters of pastors, compared to other girls.”
The Middle East remains one of the most intolerant regions in the world. With Islamic extremists spearheading initiatives among their loyal followers to annihilate all those who don’t succumb to their fanatical ways, or bring them into submission.
In an effort to force the spread of Islam, and halt anything that’s not, “at least six women every day are raped, sexually harassed or forced into marriage to a Muslim man under the threat of death for their Christian faith”, according to study findings on Fox News.
There has been found over 2,000 reports of these incidents by The World Watch List. And, as with all reports of illegal incidents, that only represents a portion of actual events.
35 of the 50 countries in the Middles East on the list has seen “a dramatic increase” in Christian persecution.
Currently, the top 2 countries showing Christians no remorse as their lives are mangled are Afghanistan and North Korea.
This is doubly a great cause of distress for Afghanistan because many nations, including ours, have given them aid in an effort to see them reach heights of religious freedom.
It is not surprising to see North Korea on the list with the country’s harsh rule, and notorious ill reprieve for their enemies.
North Korea has been the biggest persecutor of Christians globally for 16 years running, and a change is not on the horizon.
“The Hermit Kingdom is officially an atheist state where – except for a “show church” in Pyongyang that tourists are shown – public worship is forbidden.
The totalitarian state forces the estimated 300,000 Christians living there to hide their religious beliefs and fellowship among each other. This leads much of the religious population in North Korea to go underground with their worship.”
Genocide of those in the Christian faith has already begun by militants of the Islamic State Group, in Nigeria by Islamic extremists, and in North Korea where Christians are being forced to have abortions, Crux Now revealed.
Christian persecution is at a peak, some experts are saying it is one of the worst times in history for those of the faith.
As we see, most countries show no compassion for Christians. Fearing a foundational, and deep, belief that gives honor to one all-powerful God of the universe, ruthless rulers aim to exterminate the threat to their supremacy, and other religious extremists want their way or death.
It is heartbreaking to see individuals who simply want the freedom to walk a Biblical life, being beaten, condemned, and killed; or worse.
A broader perspective allows one to see what being a victim of intolerance is truly about."

Ohio State course reprimands white heterosexual masculinity

JANUARY 16, 2018

[IMGA="left"]https://www.thecollegefix.com/wp-conten ... 70x242.jpg[/IMGA]Masculinity simultaneously harms yet privileges men, syllabus states

A class taught this spring at Ohio State University will review a parade of reasons why white heterosexual masculinity is allegedly problematic, tackling the topic from the constructs of racial issues, bullying, pop culture, societal expectations and much more, according to its syllabus.

The course, “Be a Man! Masculinities, Race and Nation,” includes a variety of readings to that end, including its required textbook “Dude, You’re a Fag!” by C.J. Pascoe, which analyzes masculinity as not only a gendered process, but sexual one, its Amazon description states.

Other assigned reading excerpts include: “Masculinity as Homophobia” by Michael Kimmel; “Advertising and the Construction of Violent White Masculinity” by Jackson Katz; “Dude Sex: Dudes Who Have Sex with Dudes” by Jane Ward; “Looking for My Penis” by Richard Fung; “Sodomy in the New World” by Jonathan Goldberg; and “Teaching Men’s Anal Pleasure” by Susan Stiritz.

The class is also expected to screen “Priscilla, Queen of the Desert,” the dashcam footage of Philando Castile’s murder, Key & Peele’s “Hoodie Skit,” and an episode of “The New Normal.”

[No more distinction. Person 1 and Person 2. Disrupt all normalcy. No homogeneity... The Italian Psychiatrist is right. We are going to have to push back, fight to preserve European ideals.]

Univ. of Iowa sued after revoking license of Christian group that refused leadership position to homosexual
DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) — The University of Iowa is caught up in a legal fight with a conservative Christian student group that denied a leadership position to a student who is gay.
The case pits a university policy barring discrimination based on sexual orientation against the religious beliefs of a 10-member group called Business Leaders in Christ. The group sued after the state’s flagship university in Iowa City revoked its campus registration in November.
The group says its membership is open to everyone, but that its leaders must affirm a statement of faith that rejects homosexuality. The university says it respects the right of students, faculty and staff to practice the religion of their choice but does not tolerate discrimination of any kind.
The group, founded in the spring of 2015 by students at the university’s Tippie College of Business, met weekly for Bible study, to conduct service projects and to mentor students on “how to continually keep Christ first in the fast-paced business world.” The group’s loss of registration as an on-campus student organization means it can no longer reserve campus meeting space, participate in student recruitment fairs, access funds from student activity fees or use university-wide communication services.
A student member of Business Leaders in Christ, Marcus Miller, filed a complaint with the university last February after the group denied his request to serve as its vice president. Miller’s request was rejected after he disclosed he was gay.
The group says it denied Miller’s request because he rejected its religious beliefs and would not follow them. Group leaders must affirm a statement of faith that affirms that they “embrace, not reject, their God-given sex” and support the idea that marriage can be only between a man and a woman.
“Every other sexual relationship beyond this is outside of God’s design and is not in keeping with God’s original plan for humanity,” the statement of faith says.
The group’s lawsuit, filed in federal court in Davenport, says it “cannot and will not ask leaders who do not share its beliefs to lead members in prayer or to convey those beliefs.”
“Every organization to exist has to be able to select leaders who embrace its mission,” the group’s attorney, Eric Baxter with the nonprofit law firm Becket Fund for Religious Liberty, said. “You would never ask an environmental group to have a climate denier as their leader. It’s the same thing here.”
Judge Stephanie M. Rose has set a hearing for Thursday on a request from the group to reinstate its on-campus privileges in time to participate in spring recruitment fairs Jan. 24-25 – something the group says is “crucial to its existence.”
The university said it has a right and obligation to ensure an open and nondiscriminatory environment on campus. University spokeswoman Jeneane Beck said that on-campus groups must guarantee “that equal opportunity and equal access to membership, programming, facilities, and benefits shall be open to all persons.”
But the university also acknowledged that the court “must carefully weigh the compelling interest of religious freedom on the one hand and the compelling interest of preventing discrimination on the other hand.”
Miller did not respond to messages seeking comment about the lawsuit. He has since started his own university-recognized, Jesus-centered student organization, Love Works, to advocate for justice on lesbian, gay, bisexual and transsexual issues."

White People Have Been Second Class Citizens in U.S. Since 1965

by James Buchanan

" A New York Times article reports “The Trump administration is preparing to redirect resources of the Justice Department’s civil rights division toward investigating and suing universities over affirmative action admissions policies deemed to discriminate against white applicants, according to a document obtained by The New York Times.”

Image

Two generations of White Americans have spent their lives second in line for college entry, jobs and promotions thanks to legislation, Executive Orders and judicial rulings by the political Left.

Despite warnings from the Right that the proposed 1964 Civil Rights Act would lead to racial quotas, the bill was pushed through Congress by the thoroughly corrupt LBJ regime shortly after the assassination of John F. Kennedy. The far-left liberal Hubert Humphrey declared “that if anyone can find preferences or quotas in the language of the ’64 Civil Rights Act… he would start eating the pages one after another” as noted here.

While there may have been no specific language in that bill calling for quotas, it was inevitable that some sort of enforcement measure would arise, and knowing the liberals, the enforcement was going to be based on racial quotas.

One article notes “…Immediately after the passage of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the federal enforcement agency created by the Act, declared that the failure of an employer to have the same percentage of blacks in his workforce as existed in the general population was prima facie proof of racial discrimination under the Act. As a result of this regulatory fiat, the only way an employer could prove he wasn’t racially discriminating was to engage in racially proportional hiring. The era of racial preferences had begun.”

As if a federal agency mandating racial quotas wasn’t bad enough, the corrupt Lyndon Johnson passed an Executive Order to force this on the nation. An article on Affirmative Action (forced racial quotas) notes “On 24 September 1965, President Lyndon B. Johnson signed Executive Order 11246, thereby replacing Executive Order 10925 and affirming (the) Federal Government’s commitment “to promote the full realization of equal employment opportunity through a positive, continuing program in each executive department and agency”.[3] Affirmative action was extended to women by Executive Order 11375 which amended Executive Order 11246 on 13 October 1967, by adding “sex” to the list of protected categories. In the U.S. affirmative action’s original purpose was to pressure institutions into compliance with the nondiscrimination mandate of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.”

The most famous “reverse discrimination” case involved Allan Bakke. He was discriminated against in 1972 when a much less intelligent Black was admitted to medical school in his place. Bakke had to wait six years before he could get into a University of California medical school despite his excellent qualifications. The Black, Patrick Chavis, who was admitted in his place, went on to kill a woman with a botched liposuction operation.

There are multiple levels of discrimination against White people in America today on both the federal and state levels.

1). Discrimination by colleges against White students

2). Discrimination by state governments against Whites

3). Discrimination by the federal government against Whites

4). Discrimination by businesses against Whites fearful of government punishment if they don’t have the “right” percentages of minorities and

5). Liberal/SJW voluntary discrimination against Whites such as the Bill and Melinda Gates scholarship fund (which excludes Whites).

White people have been discriminated against in America on the basis of race since 1965. This discrimination has almost always been very subtle and hidden from the victims. Employers are not required to say “We’re not hiring you for this job because federal racial quota requirements mandate that we hire a Black or Latino instead of you.” Without a whistle-blower or a lawsuit, the only indication that you’ll ever have is that you keep getting turned down for jobs despite your good grades in school.

The liberal media of course never focuses on this very widespread anti-White discrimination. In fact, if you went back to the 1950s and added up all the cases of better-qualified Blacks being racially discriminated against, it would likely add up to just a few dozen. The truth is that White people are more intelligent on average, have a better work ethic and make better employees so naturally Whites will beat out Blacks for most jobs. If you added up all the cases of White people being denied college entry, jobs and promotions since 1965, this could total millions if not tens of millions of cases of anti-White racial discrimination. The racial quota system in the U.S. is possibly the biggest theft and transfer of wealth from one group to another in history which is all due to the political Left.

It’s long overdue that the whole rotten racial quota system be dismantled and destroyed. The races are NOT equal, and it’s unreasonable and unfair to expect that Blacks, Latinos and Whites will get hired in the same exact proportions to their percentages of the population. The Truth needs to triumph over liberal dogma and propaganda. Why is it so hard for liberals to say “all discrimination based on race is wrong”? Why do liberals keep insisting that discrimination against innocent White people today for alleged past discrimination against minorities makes any more sense than “two wrongs make a right”?"

"As one of the greatest monopolies that ever existed, Google poses a unique threat to anyone concerned about health, food, supplements and their ability to obtain truthful information about these and other issues
While not the sole threat to privacy, Google is one of the greatest. It catches every single thing you do online when using a Google-based feature, and builds powerful personality profiles of all users
Google’s data collection on users is said to be primarily for marketing purposes, but the profiles could just as easily be used for more nefarious and liberty-infringing purposes
Aside from monopolizing the internet, Google also has a strong presence in childhood education, health care and even the food industry, and is engaged in social engineering pursuits, as well as artificial intelligence and military applications
Monopolies like Google pose a serious threat to democracy and basic liberties. Take back control by boycotting Google-based services, including Gmail, Google search engines, Google Docs and Chrome"

Military Vet Gets Nasty Surprise After Revealing the Truth Behind Those Who Are Transgender

"The SJW mafia is on a rampage, and this time, it has its sights set on a Gulf War vet. Will Caligan, a talented comic artist, is a conservative Christian who is outspoken about some of his views regarding transgenderism. He just learned firsthand how difficult it is to be a Christian in a very liberal comic book world.

Several weeks ago, a rapper named Ginuwine was met with a very uncomfortable situation, to say the least. In a reality TV show, a transgendered male-to-female tried to kiss the rapper. Of course, the rapper refused the sexual advance by the transgender person, and received some criticism over it.

As a result, Caligan weighed in on the situation, according to PJ Media.

One person commented on the situation and said, “A transwoman is not a man.”
Caligan replied, “Bullcrap. Can’t change DNA.”

The original commenter said, “Gender is a social construct conflated with sex which gets further muddled when the complexities of biology are explored.”

Caligan fired back and said, “No it isn’t. It is a nature construct. You can think what you like but that doesn’t change the truth.”

Caligan is right, by the way. The term “gender” is now being thrown around by liberals to push a very flawed LGBT agenda. Liberals will say you’re offending someone because you called a man a man if that man instead wants to be called a women.

your genetics and DNA determine your sex, not whatever you happen to be “feeling” that day.

The leftist mafia, however, lost their minds over the comments.

In fact, one SJW named Malikali Shabazz wrote on his Facebook, “If you are friends with this transphobic piece of, you can unfriend me today.”

Of course, it must be noted that Shabazz also believes that if you’re a man who won’t have sex with other men, then you’re transphobic. Apparently, it’s now a crime to be a straight male — or to choose who you have sexual relations with.

After the controversy began to mount, Caligan went to his boss at Short Fuse Media Group and informed him about the situation. PJ Media reported that the boss took it in stride, saying, “If it’s not this, it would be for something else. Don’t stress over it. I’m good and we’re dealing with it head on. I have your back!”

Apparently, though, he changed his tune when the pressure mounted."
