Yeah it is basically July of last year Obama signed and agreement with the westernized European nations and UN to agree to let 'foreign troops' on our soil. Go check it out its legit. July 2016. Some sites say its a hoax but there are too many links that are very specific for something to not be right. If it was a hoax why are there links to a specific month/year, AND the title of a document that exists?
