Want to know why we have so much confusion about the Second Coming within the Church? It’s because of our tenancy to accept anything an Apostle or prophet says or writes as true and accurate, without questioning or comparing it to the standard works.

It goes like this, an Apostle or prophet says something. Next they start quoting and teaching it at BYU. Before you know it, these same guys at BYU have incorporated it in Church curriculum and everyone believes it. Unfortunately, nobody ever took the time to see if the statement was congruent with scripture.

By the way, this appears to apply to everyone form high to low.... we just believe it.

The throne of God in antiquity was known as the combination of the three planets Saturn Venus and Mars. Mars fell and caused a great devastation and flood. Jack fell down and broke his crown and Jill came... uh... close behind... or something.
