1. Ask: What is the most important thing God wants me to do right now?
2. Ask: Am I doing it?
Yes: go to step 3.
No: go to step 4.
3. Ask: what is the next most important thing God wants me to do? (Go back to step 2.)
4. Dedicate your life to developing that one thing within yourself. Pray about it. Spend a little time every day thinking about it. Ask yourself why God wants you to do it. Study about it in scripture and other sources of truth. Define what it looks like to accomplish that one thing. Set goals that will help you move toward it.
5. When you feel you have accomplished that, go back to step 3.

I like it!
Praying always - in a way - is always seeking to do God’s will, trust in God’s view & wisdom over one’s own.
I also like what you mentioned about kind of developing motivation by thinking and praying about a particular GOoD goal... also; questioning, studying, visualizing and breaking it down to smaller steps.
