I'm wanting to do this but don't see anywhere in the User Control Panel to do it. Help please.

Thanks, but now I have another problem. I've sized my avatar to 150 by 200 pixels but it's too big of a file. Is there a format other than jpeg that will help with this problem?

I downloaded a free app called image shrink lite. with it, you can shrink a normal picture down to Custom size that you delineate. if you use this app, you have to define the "custom" size first. do that, then open the picture in image shrink and save it as a custom picture. it will shrink it down to whatever size you specified. then you can go to the user panel, change your avatar yada yada yada. I'm sure there are other apps to do this, but I've only used the one mentioned above. good luck.
