Scriptures on Itunes

Ok, so I found, or at least I think I found all the standard works available for free. But I only see part of the Old Testament on there. I have no idea how to transfer all the standard works to my ipod Touch. Are there any savvy people here that can give this big dummy a step by step tutorial? I really, really want to put as much as I can on my I pod. Hopefully it will all fit. It's 8GB. I can't figure this stuff out. (
