I don't know if I can see any significance to this as I had heard a number of the videos saying that what happened with the shooting is that many people started running, as is a normal human response. Some of them were injured, or were injured one way or another while running. One place a number of them ran to was Hooters (for whatever reason). Why that would be, wait, hooters, a euphemism for female breasts. Female breasts represent or are symbols of primal nourishment, maybe that's why.
Anyway, they ran to Hooters. Then realizing they were injured, or being injured running to Hooters, then required medical transport. So it really is all plausible to me.

However I was much more impressed with the direct energy weapon post above. And the coincidence with the Agenda 21 or 20 30 business. I see a lot more of a serious possible connection there.
