I happen to know the production manager at Herald House the RLDS publishers. He told me that they have printed some 40 million copies since 1860. They had a very large run of mass market trade paperback edition in the early 1970s when it found its way onto the best seller lists.
So you will need to add their total to what ever number you find from the LDS editions.
