Barbarism wins when referees are ruled-out.
Unregulated free enterprise means profits above all else.
UK will soon set the stage for the good guys to trounce the bad guys via excise tax on SSBs. :ymapplause:

Factory farming stinks. Cornish X hens ARE bred to be big, though. I raise a good portion of my own food and also use Cornish X chickens because even though I pasture them and don't use any additives or antibiotics, I can get 5-8 pound birds in 8 weeks.

I've actually started eating less meat because the price has increased almost 10% here in Canada. It's noticeable when you go to buy it at the store. So the price might inadvertently get us to eat meat a bit more sparingly.

Pig farms are really bad too.

Saw stuff like this on a documentary in Netflix. Poor chickens I think it’s animal cruelty. Animals are ok for use to kill and use for food and other things of necessity. But if people are doing these things to chickens just for profits is sickening.
