I don't know if this true or not but I wouldn't be surpised. It also says the cars have a guillotine.

Effective at what? Killing or inspiring fear? I don't know if the story is true or not but I do know one day soon, our government will try to kill us. God has certainly giving us enough warning about that.

They had guns during the French revolution but that's not what they used to execute people. The guillotine was much more dramatic.
