I love Styx, and "Mr. Roboto" is one of their great songs. Early 1980's some time. 1983?

It takes INDEPENDENCE of mind, HONESTY of heart, FAITH in God, FIRMNESS of character to live the life of a LDS in the face of a frowning world and in the midst of trials, troubles and persecution.

Love the Barry Manilow post! " Hoover really sucks... :))

Here are some of my favorites:

Moody Blues- "Go Now" The Moody Blues are an English rock band. Among their innovations was a fusion with classical music, most notably in their 1967 album Days of Future Passed.

The Moody Blues have sold in excess of 70 million albums worldwide and have been awarded 14 platinum and gold discs. As of 2012 they remain active with one member from the original band from 1964 and two more from the 1967 lineup.

Knickerbockers- " Lies"

The Troggs- " Wild Thing" I had this song dedicated to me at a dance. I have no idea why they thought I was wild? ;)

Critters- " Mr. Dieingly Sad

Tremeloes- " Silence is Golden" ( This should be the theme song for certain people on this forum) :D

Juice Newton- " Angel Of The Morning" ( Hey, I'm an angel in the morning, and all day long!) :ymdevil:
