"And whosoever among you are sick, and have not faith to be healed, but believe, shall be nourished with all tenderness, with herbs and mild food, and that not by the hand of an enemy.
And the elders of the church, two or more, shall be called, and shall pray for and lay their hands upon them in my name; and if they die they shall die unto me, and if they live they shall live unto me."
Here is what I now believe…and I have the words and the works of many credible scientists, doctors, statisticians, epidemiologists, researchers…and others…that bear witness to the truth of these things:

We have a few contributors on this forum who like to speak for the General Authorities.
Since they are so out in the dark??? I don't understand what you are getting at.buffalo_girl wrote:It would indeed be interesting to hear what the General Authorities have to say when presented with the reality of what is found in vaccines.
We recently were applauded in the public press for giving three million dollars to vaccinate children against measles in Africa. This money did not come from tithing. It came from contributions of the faithful to the humanitarian work of the Church. We have joined the American Red Cross, the United Nations Foundation, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the United Nations Children’s Fund, the World Health Organization, and the Pan American Health Organization in an effort to immunize 200 million children and prevent 1.2 million deaths from measles over the next five years. Our contribution alone will provide vaccine for three million children.
What a marvelous and wonderful thing that is. And so it is with each of our humanitarian programs.
I do not believe that it was disclosed, to those responsible for setting policy;
AuDCox wrote:I am sorry, but I see many posts about the evil of using fetal cells. I just don't see how that is so bad. I can understand the outrage if these were being stripped from an actual child without parental consent, but think about it. These bodies are mere vessels for us on our journey. It is my belief that babies that are aborted especially early on will have the opportunity to come again to earth and assume a new vessel. The bodies or vessels of these unborn babies are then in most instances burned. I do not see how the burning of the body is more appropriate nor acceptable than using it to help benefit mankind. (I believe vaccines to be a benefit). The part of the matter that bothers me is that the parents of the unborn child chose to abort the child. I do not think that trying to get something positive (vaccines) out of a very negative action (abortion) legitimize the action.
I would gladly and freely give my body when I am done with it to research and use to benefit all mankind. If someone could figure out a way to use the cells in my body to help even one person then I am in favor of it, just the same way I am in favor of donating blood to a blood drive of organ transplants.
I am curious if any of you that dislike the use of fetal cells in vaccines would also be opposed to the following. Imagine that you or your wife is pregnant and the baby is coming now. Soon after the baby is born it is discovered that he will soon die due to a lack of _________ (whatever). Then imagine that a doctor tells you that there is a special procedure where he could take ____________ from an unborn aborted fetus and give it to your child and he would live a full and uncompromised life. I don't know about you, but I would jump up and down and be extremely grateful that the good Lord provided a way to save my child's life even by means of using fetal cells.
I realize that my post will in all likelihood be disregarded and I don't mean to persuade any to change their stance on whether to vaccinate or not, but I wanted to share my view on why using fetal cells for me is not a reason not to vaccinate.
