I've sauteed dandelion in butter and had them in salads. They are good. I have been told they are an agricultural product in Europe.

I had a boss who gathered them as a kid for his parents or grandparents for wine making.

I've never heard of sauteeing dandelions. The leaves? The flowers? (I have found the leaves to be rather mild, but the leaves bitter.)
