Of course both are responsible.
Do not ask, tell ... whom are you referring to?

“Speaking in Berlin on Thursday, Barack Obama pushed for continued globalism and heaped praise on German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
“’There’s a competing narrative of fear and xenophobia and nationalism and intolerance and anti-democratic trends,’ said Obama, discussing democracy and global responsibility with the chancellor, at the biennial congress of the German Protestant Church.
“’We have to push back against those trends that would violate human rights or suppress democracy or that would restrict individual freedoms of conscience and religion.’
“’In this new world we live in, we can’t isolate ourselves. We can’t hide behind a wall,’ Obama declared from the Brandenburg Gate, as police helicopters patrolled the skies and snipers watched the scene from nearby rooftops.
“The former U.S. president told Merkel — who is often credited with having caused the migrant crisis, which unleashed a flood of millions of migrants to Europe — that she is ‘on the right side of history’.”
Obama’s remarks are particularly poorly-timed, as Europe’s immigrant terror crisis continues to plague the continent.
Just this week Salman Abedi, the son of Libyan refugees, returned to Great Britain after a prolonged visit to Libya. He re-entered the UK just days before committing an unfathomable act of radical Islamic terror at Manchester Arena, in which his suicide bomb, filled with nails and bolts, killed over 20 innocent young women and injured over 100 more.
His jihadist targeting of western culture was apparent. The concert that Abedi chose to attack was that of American pop star Ariana Grande, whose primary fan demographic is comprised of pre-teen women – a reprehensible choice, even by ISIS standards. Still, in the wake of this most heinous attack, liberals such as Obama and Grande’s fellow pop star Katy Perry have continued to call for open borders and the dissolution of national sovereignty in favor of rampant and dangerous globalism."

"Two busloads full of Coptic Christians, mostly children, were riding in two buses and one truck on their way to visit a monastery when they were pulled over by a group of men dressed as soldiers. The 10 armed men opened fire on the group killing 28, and wounding 25 others. Most of the dead were children, with witnesses saying that only 3 of the children on the trip survived the attack.
ISIS is active in the region and had promised to increase the violence on the local Christian community even as Egypt’s government has tried to increase pressure on the terrorists.
The Islamic State affiliate in Egypt vowed to escalate attacks against Christians, urging Muslims to steer clear of Christian gatherings and western embassies as they are targets of their group’s militants.
Egypt’s Copts, the Middle East’s largest Christian community, have repeatedly complained of suffering discrimination, as well as outright attacks, at hands of the country’s majority Muslim population.
Over the past decades, they have been the immediate targets of Islamic extremists. They rallied behind general-turned-president, Abdel-Fattah el-Sissi, in 2013 when he ousted his Islamist predecessor Mohammed Morsi, who hails from the Muslim Brotherhood group. Attacks on Christian homes, businesses and churches subsequently surged, especially in the country’s south.
The Egyptian military has blocked off the entry and exit points into the region with the hope of containing the terrorists and capturing them.
Meanwhile, the world has joined together in condemning the attacks and even the religious leaders of Egypt have spoken out against the heinous crime. However, with most of the leading religious figures refusing to do more than speak condemnation on the attacks, it seems likely that the violence against Egypt’s ever dwindling Christian community will continue."

“ American Freedom Defense Initiative’s Pamela Geller commented on King Salman’s remarks: “The idea that he does not speak to the Islamic teachings and text that call for jihad, he does not speak to jihadic doctrine. He spends the entire time telling us, preaching to us, that Islam is a religion of peace and that it has a history of coexistence. I don’t know what period he’s talking about because for 1400 years non-believers, Christians, and Jews, were forced to live in dhimmitude under denial of basic human rights.”

“Of course, he cites that famous Koranic quote that CAIR cites, that President Obama cites, about if you save one life you save the world entire – when, in fact, that is a Talmudic verse that was cribbed by the Islamic religion, and it really is an implied threat to the Jewish people,” she added. “We don’t have to get into the nitty-gritty of it, but the whole speech of King Salman’s was a deception.”

In Islam, they call this taqiyya."

"OSAMA bin Laden may long be dead but there’s a new threat in town — his 28-year-old son who has renewed his call for attacks on the west.
In a chilling audio recording, made two weeks before the Manchester Arena terror attack and being circulated on jihadi websites, the voice urges followers to kill.
According to The Washington Post, the voice is “vintage Osama bin Laden” and belongs to Hamza.
“Prepare diligently to inflict crippling losses on those who have disbelieved,” the voice says.
“Follow in the footsteps of martyrdom-seekers before you.”

http://constitution.com/cnn-lies-says-i ... -founding/

"Kidnapped Muslims were sold into slavery by other Muslims.

“But the faith did not survive among these populations; few of their descendants knew their forefathers’ Muslim origins. While Muslims were present at America’s founding, Islam — as a coherent, self-conscious religious and political civilization — was not. Had it been present, one would have expected the Founding Fathers to be more aware of it, and one would have expected to see an American version of the faith emerge, one more comfortable with ideas of tolerance and individual liberty, much as different reformist versions of Judaism flourished in the United States.” (Breitbart).
There was some awareness of Islam but of such a foreign faith that it had nothing to do with the founding principles of the Constitution.1 It was not long before our founders did become aware of Islam as an enemy. The Barbary Muslim pirates habitually preyed on ships from “Christian nations,” enslaving “Christian” seamen in the latter part of the 18th century. “Barbary was Christendom’s Gulag Archipelago.”2

The Boston bombings, the Fort Hood Shootings, the events of 9/11, and numerous international Islamic terrorist attacks are only new to people who have no sense of history. Most Americans are familiar with the first line of the United States Marine Corps hymn, “From the Halls of Montezuma3 to the shores of Tripoli” but most likely don’t know the source of the “Tripoli”reference. The line “to the shores of Tripoli” refers to the First Barbary War, specifically the Battle ofDerna in 1805.

Thomas Jefferson, embroiled in a war with Islamic terrorists in his day, commented, “Too long, for the honor of nations, have those Barbarians been [permitted] to trample on the sacred faith of treaties, on the rights and laws of human nature!”

Little has changed since the eighteenth century. In Joseph Wheelan’s well-researched book on America’s first war on terror with Islam, we learn that “Jefferson’s war pitted a modern republic with a free-trade, entrepreneurial creed against a medieval autocracy whose credo was piracy and terror. It matched an ostensibly Christian nation against an avowed Islamic one that professed to despise Christians.”

"Bahrain, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates all announced they would withdraw their diplomatic staff from Qatar, a gas-rich nation that will host the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
Saudi Arabia said it took the decision to cut diplomatic ties due to Qatar's "embrace of various terrorist and sectarian groups aimed at destabilising the region" including the Muslim Brotherhood, Al Qaeda, the Islamic State (IS) group and groups supported by Iran in the kingdom's restive eastern province of Qatif.
Egypt's Foreign Ministry accused Qatar of taking an "antagonist approach" toward Egypt and said "all attempts to stop it from supporting terrorist groups failed".
The tiny island nation of Bahrain blamed Qatar's "media incitement, support for armed terrorist activities, and funding linked to Iranian groups to carry out sabotage and spreading chaos in Bahrain" for its decision.
Qatar long has faced criticism from its Arab neighbours over its support of Islamists.
The chief worry among them is the Muslim Brotherhood, a Sunni Islamist political group outlawed by both Saudi Arabia and the UAE as it challenges the nations' hereditary rule.
The decision comes after Qatar alleged in late May that hackers took over the site of its state-run news agency and published what it called fake comments from its ruling emir about Iran and Israel.
Its Gulf Arab neighbours responded with anger, blocking Qatari-based media, including the Doha-based satellite news network Al-Jazeera."

https://www.jihadwatch.org/2017/06/uk-c ... ad-suspect

UK cops were warned two years ago about London jihad suspect but there are just so many jihadis for British authorities to keep track of. This one said: “I’m ready to do whatever I need to do in the name of Allah. I am ready in the name of Allah to do what needs to be done, including killing my own mother.”
Charming guy. And there are so many of them in Britain today. The beauty of multiculturalism!

“Police were warned about suspect two years ago,” by Lisa O’Carroll, in “London attack: Islamic State claims responsibility – live updates,” by Chris Johnston, Jamie Grierson, Nadia Khomami, Andrew Sparrow and Claire Phipps, Guardian, June 4, 2017
Police were warned about the main suspect radicalising children in a local park two years ago, a neighbour has revealed.
Erica Gasparri, an Italian mother of three who lives in the same complex, said she confronted the man, known locally as “Abs”, after her son came home and said: “Mummy, I want to be a Muslim.”
Gasparri then went to the park, where she said a “Pakistani man” had stated: “I’m ready to do whatever I need to do in the name of Allah. I am ready in the name of Allah to do what needs to be done, including killing my own mother.”
She said: “I took four photographs of him and gave them to the police. They rang Scotland Yard when I was there and said the information had been passed on to Scotland Yard. They were very concerned. They told me to delete the photos for my own safety which I did but then I heard nothing. That was two years ago. No-one came to me. If they did this could have been prevented and lives could have been saved.
“He would go down to the park and talk to them about Islam and he also came to the houses and gave the kids money and sweets during Ramadan.”
Gasparri said she told other neighbours including a Polish woman, who then tipped off the suspect that he had been reported to police.
Today that woman said she was sorry: “I didn’t know he was a bad guy. Maybe I was blind.”
In a stand-up row near the suspect’s flat on Sunday evening, Erica told the Polish woman: “My first impressions was he was a terrorist radicaliser.”… "

"The ideology behind radical Islamic terror is spreading into even the darkest and most secluded corners of modern society, and in Great Britain, authorities have admitted to being in way over their heads.
A rapid succession of terrifying Jihadi attacks have taken place on English soil over the course of the last two weeks, including a suicide bombing targeting young women and a van and knife attack that focused on innocent civilians near the famed landmark, the London Bridge. In both attacks, radical Islamic terror networks have claimed responsibility for the carnage, praising the attackers online and calling for a further intensification of their holy war against non-Muslims.
As Britons step back and reexamine what their options will be in continuing to deal with this immense threat, grim new facts about the scope of radical Islam’s invasion of Europe have become apparent, and they do not bode well for those looking toward an end to the violence.
“The number of potential UK-based terrorists on the radar of the British security services is as high as 23,000, it has emerged.
“The figure is more than six times the figure previously released by the Home Office at the time of last month’s Manchester bombing.
“Then, it was revealed the security services had 500 live investigations into more than 3,000 suspected radical jihadis, including about 400 people who have remarkably been allowed to return to our shores after fighting with terror group Islamic State (ISIS) in Syria.
“Security minister Ben Wallace said all 23,000 people were ‘in the mix and had to be looked at’, but could not say how this was possible.
“He said: ‘All of that is predominately underpinned by intelligence, which as I’m sure you will understand and the courts certainly understand, unfortunately the hardest part is we’ve got to get convert intelligence into evidence if we actually want to deprive people of their liberty or take certain steps.’
“After the Westminster and Manchester strikes, Express.co.uk exclusively revealed powers available to the authorities to question terror suspects were used less last year than in 2015.”
This alarming reality in the United Kingdom comes as a heated debate regarding Europe’s handling of the Syrian refugee crisis rages. While many EU member nations are following the globalist orders of the Union’s leadership in taking as many refugees in as quickly as possible, nations such as Hungary and Poland have recognized a massive potential for danger in this course of action. With relaxed borders throughout much of the continent, ISIS has already admitted to exploiting the lax security to position their own violent assets within Europe, which certainly correlates with this newly released data from the UK.
If the world continues down this leftist, borderless path, there is no telling just how effective ISIS can come to be in the near future."

The important point highlighted by the articles site Shoebat.com is the "mainstream media's" consistent refusal to cover Christian persecution around the world. Essentially amounting to a denial of Christian persecution in the collective consciousness of what 2/3 of Americans... I would venture to say that among the LDS population a good percentage is still wondering when Christian persecution will rise again. It is not in a Facebook feed or coming up trending on Netflix so how would they see it? But if you have heard various quotes sprinkled throughout the last several conferences, and search the net a bit, you can see that it is knocking at the door. We ought to all likely feel a little more guilt at our lack of outrage over what is taking place. Personally, I wish I shed tears more than the few nights I have, over the horrors my Christian brothers, sisters and their precious little kids are suffering the world over.

Whenever I see different hate and terror groups claimed religious and otherwise. Killing those of other faiths, those in different sects of their own faith. For race, nationality or other reasons. I see this scripture from the Book of Mormon coming to pass in the news each day.

1 Nephi 22:14 And every nation which shall war against thee, O house of Israel, shall be turned one against another, and they shall fall into the pit which they digged to ensnare the people of the Lord...."

"WASHINGTON – Just days after the Islamic terror attack in Manchester, Polish Prime Minister Beata Szydło reinforced her opposition to taking in migrants in a speech to parliament.
Her statement was followed by another terror attack in London last weekend.
The European Union has called on Poland to accept more than 6,000 asylum seekers or face economic sanctions. Citing security concerns, Szydlo said Poland “will not participate in the Brussels elites’ folly.”
Szydlo has also drawn a direct link between terrorism and the EU’s migration policy, claiming that “it is impossible not to connect them.”
Polish Interior Minister Mariusz Blaszczak considers the threat of migrants “much worse” than the threat of EU sanctions and has said that such waves of mass migration only harm the “security of Poland and the Poles.”
One Polish minister, Ryszard Czarnecki, went even further in his statements on migrants and terror. Czarnecki has said that the only way to protect Poland from terrorist attacks is by not allowing Muslim migrants into the country.
Foreign travel advice provided by the U.K. government recognizes that “there’s no recent history of terrorism in Poland.”
And other countries with similar migrant policies can report the same.
Hungarian Prime Minster Viktor Orban has called migrants “a poison” and believes that “every single migrant poses a public security and terror risk.”
Orban recently slammed the EU in a speech in Malta, warning that Europe’s “Christian identity” is threatened by runaway immigration.
“Migration turned out to be the Trojan horse of terrorism,” he said.
Last summer, Hungary decided to introduce a strict limit on the number of refugees allowed into the country. The country also further reinforced patrols and defensive measures on its border. Only 10 migrants can enter Hungary on a given weekday.
Hungarian President János Áder signed a bill recently that will allow asylum seekers to be restricted to detention centers and gives police authority to return them from anywhere in the country to neighboring Serbia.
Poland and Hungary are two of the most restrictive countries in Europe when it comes to accepting overwhelmingly Muslim migrants – and neither have seen a major terror attack in years.
The rhetoric of these European leaders is echoed by Ted Malloch, Donald Trump’s rumored pick for EU ambassador. Malloch is the professor of strategic leadership and governance at Henly Business School, University of Reading, and is the author of several books, including “Hired: An Insider’s Look at the Trump Victory.”
Malloch has praised Poland for defending national sovereignty and resisting globalisation.
“Poland has seen that the 21st century will be dominated by the nation-state and not glorified by some regional integration mechanisms or process of globalization,” he wrote in an editorial.
Malloch believes that “support for a ‘Polexit’ from European Union oppression is on the rise.”
Luxembourg’s foreign minister has stated that “today’s Poland under [chairman of the ruling Law and Justice party] Jaroslaw Kaczynski could be an EU member no longer.”
Kaczynski and his Law and Justice party want to avoid further integration with the EU.
If President Trump does appoint Malloch to the role of EU ambassador, there is little doubt he will align himself with Euro-skeptics such as Orban and Szydło over EU hardliners such as Emmanuel Macron and Angela Merkel."

There is a problem with the claims in the info you posted. Can you guess what the issue is? Let me tell you. What happened prior to the Jihadi attacks?

Check out the line highlighted in blue below. It says the RAF tries to minimize civilian casualties. Isn't that nice of them? They try. How about just leaving the Middle East alone? Why does the West like to kill brown people so much? Lucifer loves the RAF and the USAF.

How many bombs has Britain dropped in 2017?
15 April 2017

The UK has been bombing so-called Islamic State targets in Iraq since 2014 and in Syria since the year after.

The Ministry of Defence (MoD) does not release statistics on the number of bombs dropped, but does release weekly updates of operations in the region.

BBC analysis shows UK forces have dropped bombs on 69 of the 99 days of 2017 to 9 April.

In that time, at least 216 bombs and missiles have been dropped by the Royal Air Force.

The total number is likely to be higher as MoD updates sometimes do not specify the number of bombs or missiles used in a strike.

Where the number was not known, the BBC presumed one bomb was dropped.

The most commonly used weapon is the Paveway IV precision guided bomb. At least 129 have been used against IS targets by the RAF this year.
Through Operation Shader, the RAF is supporting Iraqi ground forces as part of a US-led international coalition.
UK bombs and missiles dropped in Syria and Iraq
From 1 January - 9 April 2017
129
Paveway IV bombs
37
Hellfire missiles
20 Brimstone missiles
30 Unspecified / other

Exact numbers of casualties from the conflict with IS are not available. The RAF says it takes all steps to minimise civilian casualties.
The UK parliament backed British participation in air strikes against IS in Iraq back in September 2014.
Just over a year later in 2015, MPs authorised air strikes against IS in Syria.
The UK has conducted more than 1,200 airstrikes in Iraq and Syria since it became involved - more than any other coalition country bar the United States.
In 2016 alone, the US dropped 12,192 bombs in Syria and 12,095 in Iraq, according to the American think tank Council on Foreign Relations.
The UK is part of the Global Coalition, a body of 68 partners from across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa and the Americas which has committed to defeating IS using military action among other tactics.

"An audio message purporting to come from the spokesman of Islamic State called on followers to launch attacks in the United States, Europe, Russia, Australia, Iraq, Syria, Iran, and the Philippines during the Islamic holy month of Ramadan, which began in late May.
The audio clip was distributed on Monday on Islamic State's channel on Telegram, an encrypted messaging application. It was attributed to the militant group's official spokesman, Abi al-Hassan al-Muhajer.
The authenticity of the recording could not be independently verified, but the voice was the same as a previous audio message purported to be from the spokesman.
"O lions of Mosul, Raqqa, and Tal Afar, God bless those pure arms and bright faces, charge against the rejectionists and the apostates and fight them with the strength of one man," said al-Muhajer. Rejectionist is a derogatory term used to refer to Shi'ite Muslims.
