"A 23-year-old man from the eastern French city of Strasbourg has been identified as the third bomber involved in the attacks at Paris's Bataclan concert hall, police sources say.
Foued Mohamed Aggad went to Syria with his brother and a group of friends at the end of 2013, according to a source close to the investigation.
Most of the others were arrested in spring last year upon their return to France, but Aggad stayed on in Syria. Aggad was identified at the end of last week after his DNA was matched with those of his family members, the police source said.
Ninety people died in the Bataclan attacks on November 13.
The two other bombers have been identified as Omar Ismail Mostefai, 29, and Samy Amimour, 28."

The results show that a startling number of American Muslims, our fellow citizens, agree that violence is a legitimate response to those who insult Islam. A full majority of 51% "agreed that "Muslims in America should have the choice of being governed according to shariah."
A full 25% of those polled agreed that "violence against Americans here in the United States can be justified as part of the global jihad."
For those who don't know, Sharia Law is nothing less than the Nazi-ification of a religion. Sharia authorizes murder against non-believers who won't convert, horrific oppression of women, the execution of gays, the extermination of Jews...
So, 25% of those polled believe that violence against Americans can be justified?! And what are we doing about this? It seems like the media and GOP candidates are bending over backwards NOT to talk about it. Trump is the only candidate that is speaking about American safety.
There are a few fundamental reasons why America is not just some loose collection of states. There are reasons why we drew up a Constitution and created a federal government. The NUMBER ONE reason is for the protection of American citizens. That is the main and most important function. And yet, there is only one person talking about it? Does anyone find that to be odd?
Now, let's look at Trump's recommendation, and let's compare with other times America has been under attack.

Among these, Iranians were banned from entering the United States unless they oppose the Shiite Islamist regime or had a medical emergency." Wow, liberal president Jimmy Carter proposed this?

Fourth, the Secretary of Treasury [State] and the Attorney General will invalidate all visas issued to Iranian citizens for future entry into the United States, effective today. We will not reissue visas, nor will we issue new visas, except for compelling and proven humanitarian reasons or where the national interest of our own country requires. This directive will be interpreted very strictly.
In another Frontpage Mag story, we learn that "after Pearl Harbor, the naturalization of enemy aliens was suspended for a time."
The myth popularized by the left is that after Pearl Harbor the United States began randomly going after Japanese-Americans because of racism. The actual reality is that the United States began relocating "enemy aliens" in the West Coast, which meant Germans, Japanese and Italians who were not United States citizens. Race wasn't the issue. Fear of an invasion was.
So... is Trump so wrong?
In an article on National Review, Andrew McCarthy actually points out that Trump's comments should "touch off a badly needed debate."
The lack of separation between spiritual and civic life is not the only problem with Islam. Sharia is counter-constitutional in its most basic elements -- beginning with the elementary belief that people do not have a right to govern themselves freely. Islam, instead, requires adherence to sharia and rejection of all law that contradicts it. So we start with fundamental incompatibility, before we ever get to other aspects of sharia: its systematic discrimination against non-Muslims and women; its denial of religious liberty, free speech, economic freedom, privacy rights, due process, and protection from cruel and unusual punishments; and its endorsement of violent jihad in furtherance of protecting and expanding the territory it governs.
Let's bear in mind that permitting immigration is a discretionary national act. There is no right to immigrate to the United States, and the United States has no obligation to accept immigrants from any country, including Muslim-majority countries. We could lawfully cut off all immigration, period, if we wanted to. Plus, it has always been a basic tenet of legal immigration to promote fidelity to the Constitution and assimilation into American society -- principles to which classical sharia is antithetical.
So, was Trump out of line with his comments? If an American leader is truly concerned about the safety of the American people, doesn't it make sense to take a hard look at the immigration process?
How about this... How about if we call for a two-year halt to ALL immigration from ANY country? As McCarthy noted there is no "right" for anyone to come here whenever he or she wants. It is up to America to let people in, and we are a country at war with radical Islamic terrorists.
What if a candidate proposed a two-year timeout on immigration so that America can secure its northern and southern borders, review the visa process that so many terrorists have abused in the past, and come up with new policies for who can actually come into this country. To appease the left and the weak GOP establishment, the timeout would apply to all races, nationalities, etc. We wouldn't want to offend those trying to kill us, would we?
In a world where radical Islamic terrorists are trying to kill us, doesn't that proposal make sense? And yet, there is only one candidate who is talking about American safety and security, and that candidate is getting attacked from all sides.
I saw Islamic terrorists kill Americans. I saw Flight 77 fly overhead and crash into the Pentagon. I saw the explosion that killed innocent Americans. I don't want to see it again... ever! So, rather than the media or Paul Ryan or the Young Republicans (who sent out an e-mail denouncing Trump’s comments) or the establishment GOP coming out and continuing to tell us that not all Muslims are bad, when are we going to hear some real plans about dealing with the ones who are trying to kill us?"

"WASHINGTON (AP) -- The two San Bernardino shooters were radicalized at least two years ago and had discussed jihad and martyrdom as early as 2013, one year before they married, FBI Director James Comey said Wednesday.
Comey told the Senate Judiciary Committee that investigators believe that Syed Rizwan Farook and his wife, Tashfeen Malik, were radicalized even before they began their online relationship and that Malik held extremist views before she arrived in the U.S. last year.
He told the panel that the two "as early as the end of 2013 were talking to each other about jihad and martyrdom before they became engaged and married and were living in the U.S."
The disclosure means that Malik's radicalization had already begun when she applied for a visa to come to the U.S. to get married, and that the government's vetting process apparently failed to detect it. Comey said he didn't know enough to say whether weaknesses in the visa process enabled her to enter the U.S.
Malik came to the United States in July 2014 from Pakistan after being approved for a K-1, or fiancé visa. Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson has said the Obama administration is now reviewing the program. He did not say what changes were being considered.
Malik married Farook the following month. Farook was born in Chicago in 1987 and raised in southern California.
FBI officials had previously said that the couple had been radicalized for "quite some time," but the disclosure Wednesday was the most specific yet about the timeline of their relationship and progression toward extremism.
Comey said the couple was clearly inspired by a foreign terror organization, but that investigators did not yet know whether their online courtship was arranged by such a group or developed naturally on its own.
"It would be a very, very important thing to know," he said.
The FBI director described the couple as an example of homegrown violent extremists who appear to have radicalized "in place," drawing a distinction between the San Bernardino attack and the one last month in Paris that officials suspect involved planning and training in Syria.
Comey declined to say what role, if any, encrypted communications played in last week's massacre.
Though he said the Obama administration was not seeking to address concerns over data encryption on smartphones, he said he remained concerns that criminals, terrorists and spies were using such technology to evade detection.
"Increasingly, we are unable to see what they say, which gives them a tremendous advantage," he said.
He said one of the gunmen in last May's shooting outside a Prophet Mohammed cartoon contest in Garland, Texas had exchanged more than 100 messages prior to the attack that investigators still had been unable to access."

The posting urged 'Brothers in America' to 'kill them in their own lands, behead them in their own homes, stab them to death as they walk their streets thinking that they are safe,' according to the indictment.
Additionally, McNeil wrote, "O Brothers in America, know that the jihad against the crusaders is not limited to the lands of the Khilafah, it is a world-wide jihad and their war is not just a war against the Islamic State, it is a war against Islam…."
"Know that it is wajib (translated to 'necessary') for you to kill these kuffar! and now we have made it easy for you by giving you addresses, all you need to do is take the final step, so what are you waiting for?" he continued.

"The jihadist group which controls large swathes of territory in Syria and Iraq is sometimes referred to by different names by English-speaking governments and media.
When talking about the group - which has also spawned affiliates elsewhere in the Middle East, Africa and Asia - UN and US officials generally use the acronym "Isil", the acronym of "Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant".
The group itself has not used that name since June 2014 when it declared the creation a caliphate and shortened its name to "Islamic State" (IS) to reflect its expansionist ambitions.
Since then, BBC News has been using that term, but qualifying it as "Islamic State group" or "self-styled Islamic State" and shortening it to "IS" on subsequent mentions.
Other media have continued to use "Isil" or "Isis", which is based on the other widely used translations of the group's former name - "Islamic State in Iraq and Syria" or "Islamic State in Iraq and al-Sham”.
But the term "Daesh" (or Da'ish) has also gained currency, both in the Middle East and further afield, and has been used as a way of challenging the legitimacy of the group due to the negative connotations of the word.
Daesh is essentially an Arabic acronym formed from the initial letters of the group's previous name in Arabic - "al-Dawla al-Islamiya fil Iraq wa al-Sham". Although it does not mean anything as a word in Arabic, it sounds unpleasant and the group's supporters object to its use.
Daesh also sounds similar to an Arabic verb that means to tread underfoot, trample down, or crush something.
IS, Isil and Isis
The root of the Isil-Isis inconsistency lies in the Arabic word "al-Sham".
At first, news outlets were unsure how to translate it into English, as it was not immediately clear what the group was actually referring to.
Al-Sham can be translated variously as "the Levant", "Greater Syria", "Syria" or even "Damascus".
The term al-Sham was commonly used during the rule of the Muslim Caliphs from the 7th Century to describe the area between the Mediterranean and the Euphrates, Anatolia (in present day Turkey) and Egypt.
It was used until the first half of the 20th Century, when Britain and France drew the new borders of the Middle East and created nation states.
The term "Levant" had for centuries been used by English speakers to describe the eastern part of the Mediterranean, with its islands and the countries adjoining.
After World War One, the colonial powers understood it to be the area comprising what is now Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, Israel, the Palestinian Territories and part of south-eastern Turkey.
However, the term's colonial association means it would be unlikely to be endorsed by the jihadists. They would also probably object to using just "Syria", as it suggests their aspirations are limited to the modern state's borders. Various experts have therefore said that the word al-Sham should not be translated.
Daesh
In the Arabic-speaking world, where the use of acronyms is otherwise uncommon, Daesh is used widely but with pejorative overtones.

When talking about the group - which has also spawned affiliates elsewhere in the Middle East, Africa and Asia - UN and US officials generally use the acronym "Isil", the acronym of "Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant".
The group itself has not used that name since June 2014 when it declared the creation a caliphate and shortened its name to "Islamic State" (IS) to reflect its expansionist ambitions.
Since then, BBC News has been using that term, but qualifying it as "Islamic State group" or "self-styled Islamic State" and shortening it to "IS" on subsequent mentions.
Other media have continued to use "Isil" or "Isis", which is based on the other widely used translations of the group's former name - "Islamic State in Iraq and Syria" or "Islamic State in Iraq and al-Sham”.
But the term "Daesh" (or Da'ish) has also gained currency, both in the Middle East and further afield, and has been used as a way of challenging the legitimacy of the group due to the negative connotations of the word.
Daesh is essentially an Arabic acronym formed from the initial letters of the group's previous name in Arabic - "al-Dawla al-Islamiya fil Iraq wa al-Sham". Although it does not mean anything as a word in Arabic, it sounds unpleasant and the group's supporters object to its use.
Daesh also sounds similar to an Arabic verb that means to tread underfoot, trample down, or crush something.
IS, Isil and Isis
The root of the Isil-Isis inconsistency lies in the Arabic word "al-Sham".
At first, news outlets were unsure how to translate it into English, as it was not immediately clear what the group was actually referring to.
Al-Sham can be translated variously as "the Levant", "Greater Syria", "Syria" or even "Damascus".
The term al-Sham was commonly used during the rule of the Muslim Caliphs from the 7th Century to describe the area between the Mediterranean and the Euphrates, Anatolia (in present day Turkey) and Egypt.
It was used until the first half of the 20th Century, when Britain and France drew the new borders of the Middle East and created nation states.
The term "Levant" had for centuries been used by English speakers to describe the eastern part of the Mediterranean, with its islands and the countries adjoining.
After World War One, the colonial powers understood it to be the area comprising what is now Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, Israel, the Palestinian Territories and part of south-eastern Turkey.
However, the term's colonial association means it would be unlikely to be endorsed by the jihadists. They would also probably object to using just "Syria", as it suggests their aspirations are limited to the modern state's borders. Various experts have therefore said that the word al-Sham should not be translated.

Now the highest court in Massachusetts is being asked to decide whether the judge violated the landlord's constitutional rights.
The Supreme Judicial Court will hear arguments next month in a case that poses interesting legal questions at a time when the country is grappling with anti-Muslim backlash following deadly attacks in Paris and San Bernardino, California, both allegedly carried out by radical Muslims.
In April 2012, Obi rented an apartment in her multi-family home to Gihan Suliman, her husband and five young children.
Suliman complained about the heat and electricity not always working, while Obi complained Suliman appeared to have 12 to 15 people living in the apartment at one point.
Suliman testified that about a month after she moved in, Obi stood on the stairs outside Suliman's apartment screaming anti-Muslim insults.
The following month, while Suliman was taking her baby out of the car, she said Obi yelled anti-Muslim sentiments at her other children.
Then, about a month later, Suliman said Obi accused her of ringing her doorbell, shouted at her and pushed her. Suliman said she fell backward down 15 to 20 stairs, hitting her face on the banister, cutting her lip and tearing a ligament in her shoulder.
Judge Paul Yee Jr. sentenced her to two years in jail on the assault and battery charge for pushing Suliman but required her to serve only six months, with the remaining 18 months suspended if she complied with certain probation conditions.
"I want you to learn about the Muslim faith," he said. "I want you to enroll and attend an introductory course on Islam.
"I do want you to understand people of the Muslim faith, and they need to be respected. They may worship Allah … but they need to be respected.”
Obi vehemently denied making any anti-Muslim statements to Suliman or pushing her. She testified she was inside her apartment praying when she heard a knock at the door from the police, who arrested her.
Obi said in a phone interview that she believes Suliman had a vendetta against her because she refused to allow her to let more people live in her apartment.
"I've never, ever made a rude remark against her," she said.
"Why would I do that? I have three Muslims living in the house now."
Obi also said she believes Suliman hates her because she is a Christian.
Obi's lawyer argues the probation condition that she learn about the Muslim faith "burdens Dr. Obi's free exercise of religion."
"It is beyond dispute that the Constitution guarantees that the government may not coerce anyone to support or participate in religion or its exercise," attorney Kimberly Peterson wrote in a legal brief.
Prosecutors argued in their brief that the order to take a course on Islam is not coercive because it does not require her to adopt a religious practice or to attend a Muslim religious service, but merely to educate herself.
Two legal experts not involved in the case differed on the argument.
New York Law School professor Robert Blecker said the order does not appear to violate Obi's constitutional rights.
"We're not requiring her to embrace any (religious) principles. We're requiring her to learn about them," Blecker said.
Suffolk University law professor Christopher Dearborn disagreed, saying that although Obi's conduct may be considered highly offensive, he believes the judge should have ordered her to attend anger management classes or counseling instead of ordering her to take a course on Islam.
"It's requiring her to participate in something that she would be strongly opposed to on religious grounds," Dearborn said.
The court is scheduled to hear arguments Jan. 8."

“I am amazed that the judge sees it as his role to dictate which parts of the Bible can and can’t be preached,” he said then. “I did not quote the full text of Leviticus 20 or make reference to the death penalty, but the judge is telling me that I should use other parts of the Bible. This is not free speech but censorship. The judge is redacting the Bible.”
Andrew Williams, chief of the Christian Legal Centre, said, “Public debate is becoming more superficial and fragile. People feel that certain things can’t be said. That is dangerous. It prevents us from challenging ideas, beliefs and behavior that need to be challenged. It may make some people feel more comfortable, but it doesn’t make the country safer.”
Williams continued, “Mike’s case highlights problems that will only get worse if the government ploughs on with its flawed ‘Counter-Extremism Strategy.” Islamic terrorism needs to be tackled, but giving the government far-reaching powers to clamp down on all sorts of beliefs that it doesn’t like is dangerous.”
Added Overd, “Reasonable, law-abiding people now feel that they can’t say certain things and that is dangerous. Totalitarian regimes develop when ordinary people feel that there are certain things that can’t be said.”
The BBC noted Ticehurst awarded costs in favour of Overd, who lives in Creech St. Michael.

"Using religious symbols like crosses, lighting candles, putting up Christmas trees, singing religious songs, sending Christmas greetings ... are against Islamic faith," imams said in sermons published in the local press.
Punishment for violating the ban is a five-year jail sentence, and the government warned last year Muslims would be committing an offence if they so much as wore "hats or clothes that resemble Santa Claus".
Although Christians are free to celebrate, they have been told not to do so "excessively and openly" in a directive that has had a chilling effect on the South-East Asian nation which sits on a corner of Borneo island.

While we could point to various articles that demonstrate that the Black Lives Matter movement has domestic terrorists in it and that some of them are aligned with Islamic jihadis, it seems that the motive behind this attack was not one that is related to jihad, but rather a women who was emotionally distraught.
According to NBC KSNV, Holloway told police "I am hurting, and I want others to feel pain!"
So far, that seems to be the only credible thing that has come out. While I don't want to dismiss the one eyewitness totally, it remains only one eyewitness. While it is possible that Holloway has Muslim beliefs, I find it even more disturbing that she would want to take out her own pain on other people in the manner that she did, and perhaps this is why the sheriff was "uncomfortable" in communicating that to the public.
Holloway was arrested and on Tuesday, she was formally charged with murder with a deadly weapon and more charges are likely to come. Yes, I'll insert here where, if consistent, the Obama administration would be on television demanding the ban or cars and "common sense car regulations,"

"Though authorities have claimed to have ruled out terrorism, they were confident that Holloway did what she did deliberately. According to at least one eyewitness, Holloway was uttering an all too familiar phrase as she mowed people down on the strip.
"As this unfolded, the only thing I recall as this happened is the insane sound of her car accelerating and the voice from the car was screaming 'Allah Akbar!' I've heard the sound enough times on the news that I was waiting for a bomb to blow up or guns to start firing," said the eyewitness.
According to Sheriff Lombardo, "She didn't appear to be distressed due to her actions. That's the best way I can describe it."
"This is an ongoing investigation," said Clark County District Attorney Steve Wolfson. "I've personally seen the videos from a variety of angles, and I'm appalled at the callousness of this defendant's conduct and what appears to be an intentional act."
Allegedly, the woman, who legally changed her name in October to Paris Paradise Morton, was on her way from Oregon to Dallas, Texas to find her daughter's estranged father.

"THE Islamic State has beheaded 10 of its own fanatics in public after they abandoned their posts, it has been reported.
A Sharia court is said to have found the militants guilty of “high treason” after they fled a battlefront in the north western Iraq city of Mosul.
The troops deserted as clashes took place between the jihadis and the Kurdish Peshmerga forces, ARA News claimed.
On Sunday they were beheaded in a public square in the town of Baa’j to the west of the city as hundreds of fighters looked on, it has been reported.
Media activist Abdullah al-Mallah told the news agency: “The militants were found guilty for evacuating a post at the battlefront, where clashes took place between them and the Kurdish Peshmerga forces.
“The Sharia Court of Mosul decided to behead them in front of hundreds of ISIS members in order to prevent others from taking such a move without the permission of their military leadership.”
Six of those beheaded were identified as Syrian nationals, while the rest were Western jihadis, according to sources on the ground.
It is not the first time ISIS has used public beheadings as a warning to others to obey orders. Last month the “death cult” executed 73 militant fighters for fleeing from battles with the Kurdish Peshmerga forces in the Sinjar to the north of Baa’j."

"A woman with a “fake pregnancy” belly has been detained in France on suspicion of planning to carry out a suicide bombing.
The woman, who police have described as being 23 years old and a French convert to Islam, was arrested with her husband by police in the city of Montpellier. Le Parisien names the woman as “Camille” and says her husband is of Franco-Chadian origin.
Local paper Midi Libre says investigators searched the couple’s home and found the prosthetic pregnancy belly which had been purchased online. Sources said the woman claimed she purchased the belly so she would be given preferential treatment on public transport.
However, investigators say it was coated in tin foil, a measure that could help hide a bomb from metal detectors. When asked about the foil, and why she had hollowed it out, Camille responded that it was so she could “go shoplifting” at a local shopping centre.
Sources said Camille had recently become very conservative in her religion, only going outside while wearing a full-length veil.
Police also recovered evidence the couple had watched online videos of atrocities committed by Islamic State, and had downloaded every edition of Inspire and Dabiq, the Al Qaeda and Islamic State propaganda magazines. Police described the content of the videos as “extremely disturbing”.
She had also researched female suicide bombers and explosives, and expressed a wish to die a martyr in Syria, with her husband agreeing to follow her."
