Is that zoned recreational?
Yes, it's pretty secluded!

Staying in Missouri?

It is one very nice area. It's the entrance to Huntington Canyon, one of the favorite motorcycle riding areas.
It goes thru' to Fairview on the west, a very nice little town with a restaurant near the north end of town where I always like to stop and eat.

Right now, it's considered agricultural - because we have been slowly harvesting trees (including dead wood) from the property. That keeps the taxes low, now about $15 per year.

However, it has over 40 acres so a guy could indeed put a cabin on it. I understand that it would then be zoned recreational -- unless this was a "caretaker's cabin" so that the agricultural designation could remain.

Yes, looks like we'll be in Mo for the foreseeable future...

Thanks for asking.
Steve
