Condi Returns: Calls for Violent Overthrow of Syria

The former Secretary of State who has an oil tanker named after her told the resident Trilateralist at CBS, Charlie Rose, that Mitt Romney would make a great president. She also called for arming the Syrian “opposition” already armed and trained by the CIA and Britain’s MI6.

“I do believe that you’re probably ultimately going to have to arm the opposition, maybe even today, because people are being armed,” said Rice. “Assad is being armed by the Russians and by the Iranians, so it’s not as if people are not being armed.”

Russia has denied arming the Syrian government and accused the U.S. of arming the Free Syrian Army and other groups sheltered over the border in Turkey.

On Tuesday, the Turkish Prime Minister warned that his country would attack Syria if it moved troops near the border and attempted to stop the CIA-MI6-Mossad backed rebels from entering its territory.

Rice was a featured speaker at the “First National Romney Victory Leadership Retreat” in Park City, Utah, over the weekend. “She spoke passionately about the need for the U.S. to return to its role as a world leader, a constant theme of the Romney campaign,” Todd Beamon wrote for Newsmax on Monday.

Rice is considered a Romney vice presidential choice, although she has stated she is not interested in the job.

Although not considered a neocon, Condi Rice played an instrumental role in the foreign policy decisions of the neocon-infested Bush administration.

As Bush’s National Security adviser, she was involved in formulating a passel of cynical lies about Saddam Hussein and weapons of mass destruction.

Prior to the neocon engineered invasion that ultimately claimed the lives of more than a million Iraqis, Rice said “we don’t want the smoking gun to be a mushroom cloud.” After the WMD hoax was dispelled, Bush turned it into a comedy routine.

Despite her minor disagreement with the neocons, it appears Condi Rice will play a role in the Romney administration if Obama is defeated in November.

Romney’s establishment handlers are putting together a hardcore team of neocons to run his foreign policy and continue the work of his predecessors. Pundits are fond of imagining differences between Obama and Romney when it comes to foreign policy. In fact, all differences are largely illusionary and generated as a false left-right paradigm distraction.

Both Romney and Obama are committed to carrying out the murderous directives of the ruling elite as they consolidate power and undermine all nations that have yet to succumb to the mandates of the banksters and their front organizations – the United Nations, the IMF, the World Bank and a constellation of NGOs and think tanks.

Condi is actually a director on the Council of Foreign Relations, along with Robert Rubin and Tom Brokaw. Since they have more power over the country than the President, It would be a big step down for Condi to be only the vice Pres. It is very interesting to note that the Vice pres.. is always someone loyal to the CFR . Cheney, and GHW Busch, are prime examples. The vice pres is very important because if the pres. gets out of line, like Nixon and Kennedy, they always have THEIR Man as the replacement.

Yes - because the non-insider Pres (JFK, Reagan, GW Bush, Romney) will need a handler as VP who is a full-member insider (LBJ, Rockefeller, GHW Bush, Cheney) - unless the Pres is a full-member insider himself (LBJ, GWH Bush, Clinton, Obama). Of course GHW Bush found it prudent to have Quayle - a total lightweight/straight arrow - be his VP...possibly knowing that would make the PTB think twice about trying to removing him as they tried to his predecessor, Reagan.
