When asked whether the Iowa trip was a signal Bachmann intended to run for president, her chief of staff Andy Parrish told the network, "Nothing is off the table."

"If I felt that's what the Lord was calling me to do, I would do it," she answered. "When I have sensed that the Lord is calling me to do something, I've said yes to it. But I will not seek a higher office if God is not calling me to do it. That's really my standard.

"If I am called to serve in that realm I would serve," she concluded, "but if I am not called, I wouldn't do it."

Radio host Glenn Beck reacted enthusiastically this morning about the possibility of a Bachmann bid for the White House, telling his audience, "I would vote for her in a heartbeat." "I was wondering when somebody was going to start talking about Michele Bachmann as president of the United States. I've been surprised that it's lasted this long before somebody has said something about it. I think she not only gets it, she is somebody who knows who she is, knows what her values are, and I pray to God that she never violates them. I don't think she will. I'm a big fan of Michele Bachmann. Bring it on, Madam President."

This is old news but this is reminder of what Michelle Bachmann is all about:

Exposing Another Traitor Republican!!! Michelle Bachmann

Yes, Michelle Bachmann the latest FAKE Conservative that had recently had TOO swift a rise to national notoriety and gained popularity within the Patriot community with her Academy Award Winning floor speeches pretending to attack the Federal Reserve voted AYE on HR2749 Food Safety Enhancement Act of 2009. I have looked at two different sources of the voting record of this bill. If someone can show me that these records are inaccurate, please notify me ASAP, and I will call off the dogs.

On July 30th at 10:02 PM this bill that was supposed to have been delayed for 90 days actually passed the House with the help of 54 Socialist Republicans. This vote broke the House rules in order to get passed in the House swiftly. I would suggest that anyone that is in realistic driving distance to one of Michelle Bachmann’s townhall meetings show up and expose this vote and make her explain to her constituents how she could possibly have helped pass this egregious bill that will turn over tremendous control to the Federal Government of all crops grown in the US, bankrupt our farmers and even applies the same mandatory control on our backyard gardens. This bill has not passed the Senate yet but we know there is virtually no hope there! Together with the amendment of the water bill which turns over control of ALL water regardless of private property rights is the perfect storm and nailing of the coffin on private property rights in the US.

It is obvious the New World Order has FULL control of the passage of all of these bills no matter how many people shout or how loudly, it has done us no good. Only the bravest and most principled will buck the agenda and sadly there are very few left in the halls of Congress. We need to fire them all and encourage REAL Americans to run for every office in this land.

ALL Minnesota Congressman voted AYE. Calling all MN Patriots and those nearby need to hold their Representatives accountable and explain their vote! Phone calls, emails and townhall meeting participation in mass. The Full list of surprise votes is linked below. How Dennis Cucinich and Marcy Kaptur also went along with this, is beyond words.

Like: It's doubtful that the MSM will point out these type of things but continue to attack her on some rather silly things she's said over the years. Frankly, I don't see IF she really cares about the Tea Parrty movement and its goals, why she will split the vote with Ron Paul and other so called "tea Party people", thus possibly allowing a Romney or other PTB stalking horse to win.

Like: Great old news. Never knew Bachmann voted to give the Feds huge new powers over our food. What a disgrace!

Found out something more on Bachmann. Not sure if this is well known among Tea Partiers or not:

In 2008 she voted for Nancy Pelosi's stimulus bill.

http://www.newsmax.com/DougWead/MicheleBachmann-RonPaul-SarahPalin-populist/2011/06/28/id/401767

Writer of the article should have mentioned that while this was Pelosi's stimulus bill, George W. and his pals at the Fed were pushing hard for this bill to pass as well. Many other Congress critters with and "R" after their name voted to pass this as well.

We ought to put up a list of all the wannabee conservatives who supported Bush's bailout (the first one, prior to Obama's) to make sure they get some more exposure to the Light. This will help show the People that they are nothing more than roaches scrambling for the darkness when the light switch is turned on.

For supporting the Wallstreet Bailout, this makes poor Bro. Romney really look bad too:
I believe that it was necessary to prevent a cascade of bank collapses - CPAC Speech 2009, Politico February 27, 2009

Bachmann will win Iowa. It is a caucus state where the evangelical movement unlike Mormons are activits. They will get their people out to the caucuses. Rememebr that Hukebee was way down in the polls before Iowa but became a top tier candidate after that. I believe the Huck also won SC. McCain was almost out of the running by then and rearanged his top adises and the SCs then brought in their big guns in the MSM and McCain got the nomination. If this should repeat intself in the 2012 primaries, I would put my money on the Bilderburgers stalking horse Governor Rick Perry.

Often I and others forget that the SCs are totally unified on a Global Order but have strong differences on how to do it. Their goal is to have both the GOP and DP candidate in their "pocket. Obama is already there so who can they back in the GOP? Only one of the GOP candidates attended by invitaion a past Bilderburger meeting.... Rick Perry.

GOP Debate: Michele Bachmann Says Foreigners Have No Rights

Does Minnesota Republican Rep. Michele Bachmann really believe foreigners have no rights under American law? Apparently so, according to her remarks during the Ames, Iowa debate August 11.

Fox News' Chris Wallace asked her why Rep. Ron Paul was wrong to insist that trials be held for terror suspects: "You say that we don't win the war on terror by closing Guantanamo and reading Miranda rights to terrorists. Congressman Paul says terrorists have committed a crime and should be given due process in civilian courts. Could you please tell Congressman Paul why he is wrong?"

Bachmann, who calls herself a "constitutional conservative," responded: "Because, simply, terrorists who commit acts against United States citizens, people who come from foreign countries to do that, do not have any right under our Constitution to Miranda rights."

Constitutionalist observers note that Bachmann's statement that foreigners "do not have any right under our Constitution" is at war with both the Fifth and Sixth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution as well as the entire philosophical underpinning of the American system of government. The Fifth Amendment guarantees "no person shall be ... deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law." The Sixth Amendment reads:

In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.

The Constitution limits the government's actions, and makes no exceptions based upon nationality or location. Every "person" is entitled to due process, a trial, and representation by an attorney before the government can take away their liberty and throw them into prison. Indeed, because Bachmann argued that foreigners accused of terrorism have no right to trial by jury, she is essentially arguing that foreigners are non-persons, such as slaves under the early American republic or Jews under Nazi Germany.

Moreover, Bachmann's non-person argument is at war with the fundamental American principle of all people enjoying inalienable rights from their Creator — God — as outlined in the Declaration of Independence. Observers note that Bachmann's response seems to imply that God did not give foreigners inalienable rights.

The principle embedded in the U.S. Constitution was not that government would dole out rights to people, but rather that the Constitution would restrain the government from infringing upon the rights everyone already possessed from God. Bachmann's argument essentially says that transgressing on God's rights given to men is all right if they are foreigners, and that ignoring the Constitution's clear limits is acceptable if it's to punish foreigners.

Rep. Ron Paul (R-Texas) responded to Bachmann during the debate,

I think she turns our rule of law on its head. She says that the terrorists don't deserve protection under our courts. But therefore, a judgment has to be made. They are ruled a terrorist. Who rules them a terrorist? I thought our courts recognized that you have to be tried. And we've done this. And we've brought individuals back from Pakistan and other places, we've given them a trial in this country — over 300, or at least nearly 300 — we've tried and put them in prison. So this idea [is] that we have to turn on its head and reject the rule of law.

Paul noted that when government ignores the strict limits of the Constitution in one place, it is rarely kept to that lone exception. He pointed out that the Obama administration has already expanded upon the concept that trial rights may be taken away from people to include assassination of American citizens without trial:

This administration already has accepted the principle that when you assume somebody is a terrorist, they can be targeted for assassination -- even American citizens. That affects all of us eventually. You don't want to translate our rule of law into a rule of mob rule.

I imagine she'll happily serve her masters with that big smile on her face (be submissive, I might say) while President too.
