Any LDS members tried the Lemon Detox Diet?

Hello,

As per my subject

I read about this Detox a few years ago and was wondering if any members have tried it?
The reason i ask is because i know it involves drinking a laxative tea at night (Herb, caffeine free - of course).

Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.

Infusions/ herb "teas" are generally ok, not against the Word of Wisdom.

I don't like to take herbal laxatives, even in tea form. I do like lemon and lime though. I prefer lime.
