Refresher on the ills of having Chlorine and Flouride in your drinking water

Both Chlorine and Fluoride are cancer causing agents. I feel it important to review these two substances that the government finds to be essential to our drinking water.

The drinking water that comes out of our tap is the same water that comes out of our shower. I don't know about the purpose for us consuming flouride, but, I believe, chlorine serves the useful purpose of killing the brain-eating amoeba bacteria that grows in tepid and warm water. Every year a few innocent individuals lives are cut short because untreated lake or swimming pool water got up their noses.
