I have a whole document I've collected on information related to helping the body purge itself of cancer.

NOTE: After losing my FIL to colon cancer in 2012 and not related a BIL to prostrate cancer in 2013, I started on a journey to research the causes and successful cures of cancer. This note is not public, and its also not shared with but a select FEW close friends. Also, I'm currently reading the Gerson Therapy, Dr Gerson's diet which was and continues to be successful in curing cancer since the 1940's has been suppressed by the FDA, AMA and the Pharmaceutical Lobbyists....they do not want people to use natural methods to cure cancer!

Here's some ideas I found from previous research:

There are a lot of suggestions regarding a substance that can attack only cancer cells - laetrile or B17 which is present naturally in Apricot seeds.
This woman has a website which gives the information in bite-sized pieces - perhaps it can help.
Also, other recommendations to supplement the above, are just plenty of minerals - a good way to get minerals is from bone broth (http://nourishedkitchen.com/bone-broth/) - boil chicken or beef bones and make a simple broth out of it - here's a simple recipe.

A good practice, is also to eat steamed vegetables with good high-quality (grass-fed if available) butter as it helps with mineral absorption from the vegetables. Kerrygold butter from Walmart, or Trader Joe's is from grass-fed cows. You can sometimes order it online.

It is also recommend to take some enzyme supplements (this is a good recommended brand) to assist the pancreas. The pancreas, when working normally, secretes enzymes that can combat cancer cells. And they recommend to cut back sugar and junk - type foods which can tax the pancreas.

I had not heard of the water fast idea before reading it in this thread, but that is one I might also look into doing initially, and then rebuilding with broths, veges with grass-fed dairy etc.

Ignorance is ignoring facts; stupidity is a lack of intelligence. The vitamin D prescribed by physicians is D 2 which is highly inferior to the natural D 3 produced in the body. At least some of the vitamin D “fortified” (a true oxymoron, somewhat as crazy as “enriched”!) food. And of course the so-called Minimum or Recommended Daily Requirement of 400 units of D 3 is? both stupid and ignorant!? Anything less than 1000 units for an adult is truly dangerous to your health. Indeed, 5000 units of D 3 for an adult is far better and up to 10,000 units of D 3 daily is safe in adults and it enhances health. In fact, it is far superior to a flu shot in preventing flu. The main reason I recommend 50,000 units of D 3 once a week for adults and once a month for children is that it is far less expensive.

And, don’t forget that a minimum of 100 micrograms of K 2 daily is tremendously helpful with D 3, in improving immunity and in protecting bones. Indeed, up to 45 mg of K 2 is safe and there is good evidence that it may be particularly helpful is some malignancies, especially leukemia. Incidentally the second article below reports that a huge majority of the milk tested had far less D than on the label and some had far more!!

So, are physicians who prescribe D 2 stupid, ignorant or both?
