Montagnier reported that in the experiment, he used a tube with plain water and an another other tube with 100-based long DNA (along with some controls tubes). To these, he applied electromagnetic radiation and performed PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction – to increase numbers of DNA copies using enzymes and free nucleotides) on both tubes to see if anything happened. The results were “amazing” since copies of DNA strands appeared in the plain water tube, which had no physical contact with the DNA filled tube. This means that the DNA in the first tube was able to teleport into the empty tube with the help of electromagnetic radiation....
All of this reminded me of the ancient theory of TELEGONY that was accepted among our ancestors....
Later on in the 1980s, the Soviets decided to play with DNA
and this was when the “Phantom DNA theory” was explored again. A biophysicist and molecular biologist Pjotr Garjajev et al explored “the vibrational behavior of DNA.” “Living chromosomes function just like a holographic computer using endogenous DNA laser radiation. This means that they managed, for example, to modulate certain frequency patterns (sound) onto a laser-like ray which influenced DNA frequency and thus the genetic information itself.” So instead of repairing a defective gene, you use any type of radiation to affect a the whole process of metabolism."
