That's public knowledge, not a leak. Superior propulsion likely remains in black budget programs.

Now, if the technology obliquely referenced in the following article is legit, and it barely scratches the surface, then how ESP works is the key:

Some purportedly in the black-budget world have essentially claimed:
"We have things out there that are literally out of this world, better than Star Trek or what you see in the movies."

Perhaps these technologies were initially based on Tesla and Schauberger, for instance.

Perhaps they are simpler technologies, utilizing electricity, which is 39 orders of magnitude stronger than gravity, gravity being the object of conventional, brute-force propulsion.
