I Just Wanted to Say.....

I have been thinking lately about all the things coming down the pike at us faster than any of us could imagine. I remember posting the thread on "Foreboding" and how much response it got...
Now, I am thinking with all that has happened since then, that I would like to express my gratitude for those of you on this forum who have been so instrumental in my personal preparations. I want to do this now, because if the pace of disintegration continues or speeds up, I wanted to share my thoughts with those of you who I know, but don't know, before the opportunity completely slides by.
Oddly enough, we come to know each other through the posts we all make. We come to admire the strengths that each individual has and glean from them as much as we can...Col Flaff for posting unusual, but useful information and opinion, OI for the passion he feels on the market (and for the changes he has made in his posts), Mummy for his knowledge on the market, Jules for her balanced opinion, Toto for his level of preparation and his willingness to help others, Brian for providing the forum and websites to help us be better educated, Dr Jones for sharing his vast store of information that he has gathered in the area of science, Moonwhim and Freedom fighter for offering news and opinion.
All of you have shared at one time or another something of yourselves that have made my preparation better and inspired me to do more, to go farther, and to try things I would not normally have tried on my own: (like the thought of raising chickens! :-\ ) (It is still a thought!!). Gardening, composting, worms, garlic with honey and cayenne :-s , things I would never have considered or known how to do. This is just a short list...
It may be that in the future, we are unable to communicate, as was seen recently in Egypt,. So, I wanted to take the time and opportunity to say thanks to all of you I have mentioned, and all of you I have not. The pebbles of information and inspiration you have “thrown” in my pond have been so useful. I am most grateful and I know that your good work benefits far more than just me. My heart is warmed by the knowledge that there are so many wonderful people out there who form a “family” (if you will), for those of us who have no gospel family. Thank you for leading the way and helping me (and I am guessing) so many of us, along the way.
Blessings, hugs and love to you all!

PS...I forgot to add thanks for all the wonderful spiritual insights so many of you have made about all the great Gospel topics discussed. I am absolutely amazed at how much so many of you know and have studied. I have a long way to go, and you all have given me a great measuring stick. Thanks!
