Bernanke said the job market is still "far from normal" and may require the Fed to launch more stimulus measures, in his semi-annual monetary policy report to Congress.

It's already worthless - they just haven't printed it in the papers yet. I'm trying to understand how it is that the dollar hasn't already been flushed down the toilet given the revelation of the 'Fed's' criminal bail-outs to the tune of tens of trillions? Surely if I know about it and others here in the forum know about it (the biggie being the GAO's audit), then how can other nations be oblivious to it and continue to use the dollar as a peg??? :-\ When does that support disppear if printing tens of trillions to bail-out select nations, banks, corporations, individuals, etc. isn't enough? This is how criminally insane our monetary system is right now.

well they want us to believe in their illusion that our economy is doing better and that we are strong despite what the doomsayers say. That is what causing our nation to dwindle in unbelief because our leaders are saying that they can save us from destruction. This is the illusion that many believe.

It amazes me that when someone from the Fed or the government talks about "stimulus" there isn't a burst of heartfelt laughter from every listener. Stimulus seems to be to either take taxes and funnel them through several levels of corrupt bureaucracy to get the funds where they "need" to go, or just create the money from thin air and give it to big businesses and banks. Either way everyone who needs the "stimulus" gets hosed, while a few more corrupt people take home a tidy fortune.

Stimulus=debt. IF they pump more monopoly money, maybe more dopes will get into more debt and into the captivity of their debtors who also owe the PTB.
