Jews Allowed to Pray on Temple Mount

This is incredible. I felt the spirit very strongly while watching the embedded video linked above. Have a look at the video too if you have time - Hearing this gentleman's earnest desire to pray on temple mount and to hear his witness of the muslims who shout Allahu Akbar at Jews if for no other reason than to prevent them from connecting to their God is truly eye opening. Things are heating up, and the summer is nigh.
Matthew 24:32 Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh:

This is a big change no question. I think the violence is going to escalate from here on in now.

So, everything that I could find says that there were men that entered and prayed illegally and that the temple mount was then closed to non-muslims. What's crazy to think about is how they have no freedom to pray where they would like. Another point, why not pray silently? I know there are customs, but it sure is nice to say a prayer where ever and when ever needed.

I looked at the title of your linked article and it said that the Jews were allowed to pray at the temple mount which hasn't been allowed.

The website was very difficult and kept loading a video ad at the bottom so couldn't read it long enough before it jumped back to the ad. Anyway, I then searched Google for a different website and found an article basically with the same title but from Oct 2016.

So, because I cannot read the article you posted, I'm confused at what the difference is between the two events.

Yeah it doesn't read well on my cell phone, so you may want to try a web browser. The video is well worth a watch.

Nice, but I'm surprised. I thought Jews weren't supposed to go atop Temple Mount even if the Waqf didn't restrict them from doing so. It was explained that since nobody knows exactly where the temple was, nobody knows exactly where the Holy of Holies was. Therefore Jews are not to go atop Temple Mount because they could unknowingly enter the location of the Holy of Holies.

Relationship between Israel and the west bank leaders and Jordan has deteriorated to the point that they have stopped all official diplomatic correspondence and the Jews have taken over the security of temple mount - it is the first step to building the temple.

Update on the Temple mount metal detectors and biased media coverage:

https://youtu.be/ryKeoZaipDs

Metal detectors removed.

https://youtu.be/Uqh2xgzTN1w

UN is praising the removal of metal detectors... Shocker. Because who shouldn't be able to bring a machine gun to worship, duh!?

Contrast the final remarks of this last video with the first video. You can't make this stuff up. How dare Israel declare sovereignty over the temple mount! Unbelievable.

On October 24, 1841, Elder Orson Hyde—under the direction of Joseph Smith—climbed the Mount of Olives and offered the inspired prayer (dedicating the Holy Land for the gospel.)

Interestingly enough; 3 things are quoted in the prayer; 1) That the Jews will return to Israel, 2) That they will also return to Jerusalem, 3) that they will build a temple.

...We are so close to all of those being fulfilled...

Already there are articles on the net of non-LDS Jews asking when they are going to build their temple. To think we'd live in a day when it would be fulfilled is amazing! So of course when you read that you felt the spirit! It's cool! It means things are happening, and you felt that. This will soon come true.

There are other articles about this too.

I hope that LDS people in our home Utah can keep what this means and not forget what they have. Our country needs to wake up. We need to wake up now while we still have a chance.

Here's an organization some Jews in Israel put together to work toward the construction of a modern temple:
https://www.templeinstitute.org/

Modern Jews don't really know what the temple was or what happened there beyond sacrifice and burning incense, they don't have any priesthood authority, and they don't have a prophet to restore what they need. But many of them know they need a temple. One day soon they will have that temple, and I look forward to that day.
