Re: Cultural Marxism in the Mormon Church

The days of Democrats protecting the little guy are long gone. Mormon kids who adopt a leftist political ideology very likely will leave the church or become an annoying leftist Mormon who tries to poz up the church because that’s just the way these things go.

When I was in student government in college I knew a Mormon gal who fell in love with a person who was left wing. She began to adopt his political agenda. Last I heard she left him and ran off with a woman. I have also known left-wing people who, for one reason or another, took the missionary lessons and joined the Church. It was amazing to see the transformation from left to far right in all these cases.

If in doubt that our Church leaders are ignoring a very vital portion of the spiritual wall protecting the young members ask the average young Mormon at age 13-14 (where values on family and goals in life are usually established in a more concrete way) what the LDS position on abortion is. Then ask how they feel personally about gay marriage. Oh sure, they know the LDS position on porn (and they generally ignore it) but they have no clue in regards to family issues. Guess what happens when they later are confronted by people negative to the Church.

Re: Cultural Marxism in the Mormon Church

I was raised with a blend of German Culture from my mother and Anglo/American Culture from my Father, the two were very comparable. My mother was born in the Covenant, child of record, in Nazi Germany and my father was a kid from Pocatello, Idaho of the 40s and 50s. They met in SLC where my upbringing was rich in the cultural heritage of days long ago.

Growing up in Utah in the 60s and 70s afforded me a rich Mormon Culture experience. Married in the mid 80s to a traditional Utah Mormon gal, we began our family with deep White Mormon Cultural Roots. As the decedents of Ephraim, charged with bringing all of what is great about the Utah/Mormon/American Culture to the rest of the lost tribes of Israel.

We invented the Internet, and opened up shop unto the world!

And then we realized that we ourselves had a blemish in our gift to the world, some untold cultural sin that keeps us from having the full experience of getting our culture all the way to Zion Culture. So in some ways we are hypocrites, and have sold ourselves short.

Just like the Challenge that Thomas Jefferson gave to New England Leaders, that they no longer knew how to run their Commonwealths by their Church way to run things, because they had forgotten their unique story from the lost tribes of Israel Scriptures that showed the basis and purpose of their Culture, that came from their Anglo/Saxon ancestors meeting with Jesus Christ. Those New England Leaders had to concede that they could no longer run their Commonwealths by the power of the Holy Ghost, because of the forgotten basis, of that which came to make the Law among them.

So by the early 1820s we lost our Ancestral Cultural way to run things in the USA. And from that day forward it became the "Contest of Religionists."

Joseph Smith, Jr. laid it on the line, with boldness and truth. But we don't do that anymore. And stand up to Cultural Marxism.

Darren Perkins works with Bruce Wydner to give to us the Scriptures of the lost tribes of Israel, over the Internet, to help us recapture our Lost Culture, that brings to remembrance the way to do things right culturally.

But who cares?

And now our youth are going to hell for the lack of True Culture available to counter the onslaught of False Culture.

The Cleansing comes next: How many of us, guilty of living by a flawed, modern Mormon Culture will make it past that?

God Bless,
Darren
