I also watched that video through to the end. The FBI never admitted they were, This former Fire Chief had the license plates run and that is how he connected the dots that these 'out of towners' that appeared to be 'casing' the Armory and using lame excuses as to when when he confronted them, the plates came up US gov't vehicles.
