Although this is supposed to be the case, I hereby list a variety of ways in which the US Constitution has been violated by Local, State and/or Federal government. It is my premise that the reason for this is two-fold: 1) We the people (the governed and indeed the sovereign) have allowed it to happen, 2) it is and has been satan's plan to subvert our heavenly inspired banner of liberty in his mission to reign with blood and horror upon this earth. It's overthrow is necessary in order to accomplish his heinous plans for not only the US, but the world. Indeed the United States and her Constitution stand starkly in the way of that goal.
When I refer to government below it may mean any or all of Local, City, County, State, Federal or other government of the United States. Although nobody can prove these usurpations are under the control of a Gadianton conspiracy, careful prayer and reading of the Book of Mormon and D&C may satisfy that argument.

I realize that coming to a knowledge and testimony of this reality can be an extremely painful and stressful process. At least it was for myself. I can only imagine the world-shattering, jarring effect this could have to an attorney or anyone who believes the narrative presented by the media, government officials or beloved family members or friends. The fact is most of us simply do not realize how insidious and deeply rooted it is, and the further I dug the harder my heart pounded and the angrier I got. I had sat in sweat and tears, angry and physically shaking because I just couldn't believe it, until I heard the message, "have no fear, I am in control and all these things must come to pass".
I do not glory in this testimony, nor do I give it in the spirit of boasting that I know something that others do not. I share my testimony of these things because I love the truth, in spite of how terribly painful it may be. And the truth is that all of the Savior's prophecies will be fulfilled. Our US Constitution has slowly been demolished to the point of it "hanging by a thread", as the prophecy says. We need not wait for it any longer. That day is truly here.

1) Suspension of habeas corpus (Reconstruction Act, 1871) in violation of Article I Section 9
2) Reconstituted the United States as a corporate controlled democracy (Reconstruction Act, 1871) in violation of Article IV Section 4; Posters Note: Ever notice how all TV, movie and radio programs refer to our government as a Democracy?
3) Creation of the Federal Reserve which provides for foreign bankers to unlawfully control the United States monetary system (Federal Reserve Act, 1913) and eventually unlawfully disbanded the United States Treasury in violation of Article I Section 8;
4) Granted the President broad sweeping investigative and prosecutorial powers against anyone, including the American people, found by the President to be an enemy thereby giving the President essentially dictatorial powers. (Trading with the Enemy Act, 1917); in violation of Article IV Section 4;
5) Disbandment of the United States Treasury (1920) in violation of Article I Section 8;
6) Registration requirements of the People in order to use the People as chattel (collateral) for the federal notes (Townshend Act, 1925) in violation of Article III Section 3;
7) War against the People of the United States (Trading With the Enemy Act amended, 1933 and Alien Registration Act of 1940) in violation of Article III Section 3;
8) Numerical Identification System to track and control the Peoples’ financial business and to apply an unlawful direct tax (Social Security Act, 1935) in violation of Article I Section 9;
9) Common law was abrogated (Erie Railroad v Tompkins, 1938) in violation of Article III Section 2, Article VI, Amendment VII and Amendment V;
10) Immunity to Judges for their crimes (International Organizations Immunities Act, 1945) in violation 20 of Article II Section 4;
11) Corrupted our Grand Juries through government controls (1946) in violation of Amendment V;
12) Government spying on the People, empowers the government to deploy unwarranted “dragnets” for massive amounts of information on private citizens; (Patriot Act, 2001) in violation of Amendment IV;
13) Authorization for government to indefinitely detain American citizens/nationals without probable cause, without warrant, without charges and without due process in law, (National Defense Authorization Act, 2014) in violation of Amendment V;
14) Socialism/communist indoctrination taught in our schools (Common Core) in violation of the will of the People and Article IV Section 4.
15) 100% control of Peoples movements, food, water, energy and control over the minds of our children (Agenda 21, United Nations passed in 1992 and supported by President George Bush) in violation of the Constitution for the United States of America, Bill of Rights, Magna Carta and the Holy Bible;
