UAVs are the rage right now. A friend of mine that is involved with a government contractor was tracking Abu Musab al-Zarqawi from 30,000 ft in Iraq...

Amazing capabilities. About 5 or 6 years ago I was at a VC (venture capital) technology conference in SLC where some UAV technology developed at BYU was demonstrated....fantastic stuff. The big bad boys have all the toys!

My favorite part of that video: when the Commissar, uh police chief lists all the "uses" of the drone and at the end she says "tactical" ..............and later on "I'm not ruling anything out"
