This TSA legislation will curtail abusive violations of Airport security and Freedom to Move and Travel without Fear and Terror of Government molestation.
The Simple one paragraph piece of Legislation, looks to do this by removing the current immunity of any agent or officer of the federal government from doing anything that you or I couldn’t do. Namely removing Immunity that the Federal Government Agents enjoy in committing what would normally be Crimes.
A BILL
To ensure that certain Federal employees cannot hide behind immunity.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. NO IMMUNITY FOR CERTAIN AIRPORT SCREENING METHODS.
No law of the United States shall be construed to confer any immunity for a Federal employee or agency or any individual or entity that receives Federal funds, who subjects an individual to any physical contact (including contact with any clothing the individual is wearing), x-rays, or millimeter waves, or aids in the creation of or views a representation of any part of a individual’s body covered by clothing as a condition for such individual to be in an airport or to fly in an aircraft. The preceding sentence shall apply even if the individual or the individual’s parent, guardian, or any other individual gives consent.

It's actually 'impossible' for a government to be able to protect it's citizens by taking away their rights & freedoms. The govenment then becomes what they say they are protecting the citizens from.
Our only safety lies in perserving our rights & freedoms.
No government on earth can be trusted to protect & not control 'citizens without rights'.
For it is the disposition of 'nearly all men' to use unrighteous dominion as soon as they get into office or leadership.
Thus why Heavenly Father even warns us about watching for false prophets & leaders even in the Church, let alone in our government. And only trusting & supporting those who truly protect us & our rights.
