So then it's okay for them to wear high heels, right?

Just checking.

Okay all you guys, let's move on. I like to look at a pretty woman just as much as the next guy. And I do like legs, which is what high heels are all about. But let's start to act like the Priesthood men we are supposed to be. When you talk to a woman, or at anytime actually, look at her face, her eyes, and her smile. Keep your gaze where it belongs and I guarantee you won't be near as bothered by some of the things people have mentioned and then laid at the feet of "women" as if that somehow excuses their own behavior. Keep your eyes where they should be and you probably won't even notice the heels, the tight skirts, or whatever is attracting your attention. It's our problem, no thiers!

Truth is that men and women are both responsible. If there werent sooo many willing women to strip for money and attention and bragging rites then there wouldnt be an explosion of porn. Also, if men didnt fall for a naked willing woman everytime she showed up, then.....

Another truth that some may not fully realize is that its a sing and dance between the sexes but MEN are the leaders of women! If men didnt want naked strange women then guess what? There would be a grand decrease of immodest women. A woman is designed both physically, mentally, emotionally to be pleasing to men. Its a fact! If men were pleased by virtious things then thats what women would be! But we all have our natural side and we Must overcome it to see true beauty and happiness.

If only we all could get over ourselves and grow up. Its just an immature game with lots of heartache

Wow!! That makes the YW's president who reveals 3/4ths of her breasts in EmmaLee's ward seem modest. So is there a nudist branch? Does Fiannan know about it?

Clearly I'm in the wrong ward B-)

Nah, our YW president had the 2-3 inches of cleavage showing during her talk. It was someone else who had the YW with 3/4ths of her breasts exposed in their ward. I won't even tell you what I saw at our RS activity the other night, though - and not a man in the entire building to enjoy it. Kinda makes you wonder who my fellow sisters were showing off for... :-\ (rhetorical question)

All women know that women can be incredibly critical of women. I truely believe that "most" women who dress immodest just change who they direct it to. In a group of women its for competition. When there is men around its competition for attention. Who can get the most stares wins the superior womanhood award.

Women can be terrible for sure! And if you ever mention that they should be more modest its as if you tried to take away their baby and the drama begins with it ending in tears about how insensitive you are!

Maybe the confidance in women is artificially placed on appearance and not character.

I would say yes, ^^^ more often than not. And the narcissistic society we live in, with constant 'selfies' on FB, etc. just exacerbates the problem, IMO.

High heels are of the devil. When a sister wears high heels, the ankle is exposed. When the ankle is exposed, the brethren have dirty thoughts. Therefore, the wearing of high heels will be banned on our campus.

LOL, the ankle is "exposed" in all shoes - except boots.

Sounds like the women in your ward really believe in "every member a missionary."

If I lived in the boundaries of your ward, I'd probably reactivate myself.

Just get gender re-assignment, change your name and you could attend Relief Society, Sister jbalm.

I see heels tight cloths or exspencive cloths and makeup dyeing hair as all being part of the same thing. Not being happy with the person God created. So they feel the need to alter themselfs or adorn themselfs in hope that they will then feel or look a certain way so they can then be happy with them selfs.

But the more they look outside themselfs for a source of happiness the longer it will continue to elude them.
