That's a good song - reminds me of striving to be content in all circumstances, and to truly love God above all.marc wrote: ↑May 23rd, 2017, 4:04 pmYeah, I'm the same way. I don't relate to many songs, but I've had a gut full of the garbage playing on all the other stations. And K-Love has enough beautiful songs that I do relate to. I'm mostly drawn to those that focus no praising our Savior, but there are others that certainly resonate with me like the one at the top of this thread, "Even If."

I agree 100%!!! I attended a Mercy Me concert about a month ago and it was a wonderful experience. Praise and worshipping our loving Father and His Son was a fantastic experience. Worship music of all kinds has brought me out of the depths of despair. It changes things in an instant. Thank you Marc for starting this thread! :ymhug:True wrote: ↑May 27th, 2017, 9:13 am Went to a Chris Tomlin concert (Phil Wickham, Big Daddy Weave and Zach Williams also there). It was one of the spiritual highlights of my life. I took my dad, whom I've converted to Christian music and he also agreed and absolutely loved it. There is something about singing along with 10,000 other people of like mind to the most high God that is electric. Definitely spirit filled. I can't say how amazing it was. Highly reccomend going to a concert if you have the chance.
