Inspired by 'Taking Chance....The Movie' thread by member 'Cowboy', I thought it be nice to have a thread where we share our favorite 'Movies with a Message.


My latest favorite movie that I do not tire of watching repeatedly is called 'The Bucket List' with the theme of finding joy in your life, starring Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman.

One movie that only appeared in a few theaters was "Amazing Grace" which chronicals the legislation of the slave trade in England at the end of the 18th century thru early 19th century.

It is impressive with the underlying idea of "the power of one"! Great movie and quite relevant to todays ills. We each can have an enormous effect, if we just try.

"Faith Like Potatoes" is a great Christian movie with an uplifting message. It is said to be true as well.
