Would it be possible for links posted by members to default to opening in a new tab or window? I believe this happens on most forums iirc...

I think you can do it by right-clicking and choosing that method but it'd be better if it did it by default...

I think people would be much more likely to click
a link if it automatically opened in a new tab or
window. Some sites will not even let you go back
to where you came from--a sneaky, aggravating
trick, IMHO.

Try hitting the Ctrl or the Shift key while clicking on the link. That might help until target="_blank" is added to all the links.

Can I please request AGAIN that links be made to open in a new browser/tab; I have just lost a long post because I clicked on a link. I'm not making it again, you'll just have to all wonder what it was about
