I wanted to share a couple of my favorite YouTube videos from Matt Kahn. Another forum member introduced me to Matt Kahn. He's a wonderful teacher if you struggle with things that make a great impact on your life. He can teach you how to handle them and why they affect you. He's very inspired. He's changed my life in a huge way and helped me to cope with things that were nearly debilitating. They are lengthy, but you can listen to them as you wash dishes. It's not necessary to sit and watch them.
