They say the pendulum swings both ways.
Now that we have entered into the Trump Era, with the casting aside of the old political order, the orthodox/university talking heads approach to participation. Will we now choose in our personal lives to stay with that failed culture of the past or will we realize the opportunities available in a culture dominated by those bold enough to reach out and grab it? And exemplify the indomitable will that we were all born with.
Napoleon Hill, in his monumental study of what makes success professed that only 5% of the people had what it took to commit and have success. I personally believe that it is possible to instruct people and get a much higher percent of the people to find the fire within to become and guide themselves to success.
Stephen R. Covey pushed the percentages of people up beyond that 5% threshold but not much. Covey was a better salesman of success, but his message was really no different than Napoleon Hill's.
Trump possesses the "eye of the tiger" of getting work done, based on his sense of purpose. Trump has a connection to the energy of will, and he knows how to use it.
The question is, do you?
Who wants to be the next Stephen R. Covey?

Dear Spaced Out: You and the source of your text may not be aware that between 1900 and 1930, the two national parties switched platforms. Today's Republicans would have booted Lincoln out of the party; Lincoln would have left today's Republican Party. The Republican party of Lincoln was all for responsible federal government and civil rights, but the Republican party today is against every single thing a federal government does and fights civil rights tooth and toenail.Spaced_Out wrote:Nothing will change - too far gone, only thing that will change is the soon to be civil war.

Re: Trump Era / Your Success
Trump already enacted a federal hiring freeze to cap large government. Most party Republicans were against Trump it is the people that voted him into office @-) @-) @-), the same with Lincoln. Many actually call Trump a democrat did he not also switch??? History repeats.
