And the situation I really like is that when Rick Perry was running for the Presidential nominee position, he promised to get rid of the Dept. of Energy to end regulation of U.S. gas and oil companies. But now that he's been nominated as Secretary of Energy, he's been stunned to find that two-thirds of that department's budget funds maintenance and modernization of the U.S. nuclear warhead arsenal.
