Keep your eyes on this stuff guys... so far, its not looking good.
Hopefully it will die down, but my gut tells me we are in for a long weekend.

But will that stop the Riots? Or will it just add fuel to the fire?

I'll be honest... I don't mind seeing this happen to Bank of America, one of the most corrupt financial institutions on the planet. :ymapplause: Not condoning violence, just happy to see it being justly deserved.

Re: Protests in Washington D.C. turn into Riots...
This is why I think we need to stay vigilant. The riots are nothing right now, but because the participants are not inspired by the Holy Spirit, they are basically inviting darker and darker spirits to guide them. At what point does the demon of murder and thirst for blood enter? We have satanic masses and temples going mainstream. It is too early to discount the witness of bloodthirsty murder that is described in the George Albert Smith prophecy and the George Washington vision because what starts out small doesn't turn around until it hits rock bottom. That is why I believe there will be a callout this year. The Holy Spirit has been grieved and the results will appear gradually but surely. It is too early to say the witnesses like Kirtland R M and Sosa and Menet and Rowe are wrong. However, I do thank all of those who grounded us and reeled in from freaking out too early. We need to stay vigilant.

^^^Nothing is going to happen. The GAS and GW prophecies / visions were falsely made up by other people. Don't waste your time with this stuff. Stick to reading the basic publications from The Church and you will be much better off.

Re: Protests in Washington D.C. turn into Riots...
^ But thats the thing... even without those additional prophecies, we can still see that this is the kind of thing that is to come. The Book of Mormon and the book of Revelations are clear that in these days that Men's Hearts will wax cold... and I think it is a reasonable assumption that these riots are a manifestation of that, as well as other prophecies.
Things will only get worse as time moves on.

More temper tantrums from man and woman children. Even more stupid is their trashing companies that were against Trump in the election. Stupidity at its best.

This nothing more than a mass protest. Nothing new here. The pink "kittycat" hat wearing protesters will dispate and move to the next phase of their grief. Sooner or later they will have to accept that Trump is in office and Obama is gone.
Now, if the economy collapses and people don't have access to their EBT cards? well then, watch out. All bets are off.

Re: Protests in Washington D.C. turn into Riots...
People I assume are upset because clinton didn't get in which would have meant tons of free stuff for people. I agree that anything else that may happen to poke that sore spot, like welfare cuts etc, will produce a bigger problem.
I fully expect though, that things will improve and the economy can improve and we can become stronger as a nation. One thing I really do believe is that Trump does love America. It's America that has afforded him the opportunity to become sucessful, he also loves our troops and our strength as a nation. He believes we can become great.
On the side though, I believe that division will occure like we haven't seen before and people will chose sides in a more defined and widespread manifestation. Perhaps this cycle will produce the prophecy of neighbor against neighbor and city against city etc.
I hope that Trump will be good for us. I believe he can be. I know he will at least be good for the area I live in that is based on coal and oil.

Yeah. Trump is a polarizing individual. I think that is the one thing we all can agree on.Melissa wrote: ... It appears the seeds of division were sown and nurtured under the Obama regime and now with Trump in office it has the possibility of getting... interesting.
If Hilary was in the white house when the ax falls on the economy I don't thing the public outrage would be as explosive as it will be under Trump. I mean the man has brought out the rage of hundreds of thousands of people just by taking the oath of office. Good grief. What happens if something real happens?

If all this rage has come out, I think Trump must be on exactly the right path.
I think that the righteous should have been very upset with the schools, and all the other socialist ills this nation has adopted, along with the lack of regard, or the outright rejection of the Constitution.

No, it's not. In another thread when that question was asked, my reply was:Juliet wrote:It is too early to discount the witness of bloodthirsty murder that is described in the George Albert Smith prophecy...
And I still stand by my answer.skmo wrote:It likely wouldn't have been too soon the day after it was ever first recorded, because had the person who wrote it down showed it to President Smith to be sure the words were written correctly, I believe President Smith's words would have been "How drunk were you that night?"
When will people awaken to the fear-mongering being done in LDS communities? The foolishness about "callouts" is an embarrassment to the intelligence of people who should be living by faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and continuing revelation through those ordained to give us God's words, not hyped-up hucksters. That is why I believe there will be a callout this year.
Oh, no it's not. It would not have been too early to say they were wrong from the very first moment they decided to spread fear in the name of their god.It is too early to say the witnesses like Kirtland R M and Sosa and Menet and Rowe are wrong.
Yes, we do. That includes being vigilant against the face of every false prophet carrying the swirling winds of foolish doctrine like tent cities and call outs. If God tells you Himself to be prepared for a call out, by all means listen to His voice, I'd never tell anyone else how to listen to His message to them, UNTIL they start giving His words to me to follow. At that point I immediately believe they're a crackpot AT BEST, and more likely an unscrupulous false prophet of a false god leading people on a false trail to a real hell.We need to stay vigilant.

I don't know, but I fear for any such attempt at a fascist coup from American people in the United States happening in the later days.Todd wrote:Yeah. Trump is a polarizing individual. I am retired from Alaska. I live in the Uintah Basin which is close enough to my wife's parents that she can go see them and far enough away that I don't have to. It's not Colorado, but it's close.DesertWonderer wrote:skmo: There are a number of people I'd like to hang out with on this forum. You are one of them. That was some crazy violence yesterday among protesters, but today's Women's March looks to be much more organized and peaceful:

Re: Protests in Washington D.C. turn into Riots...
OK, that is a funny President Smith comment. We do have to be very careful of false prophets. But what about 2nd witnesses, is that so bad? If God tells me something, is it bad to want to seek out others who received the same witness? We are allowed to share our beliefs about Christ, why not share what Christ has told us as we draw nearer to Him? It may spark others to draw nearer to Christ, provided of course that we are not disillusioned.skmo wrote:No, it's not. When you read the horrible end of the people in the book of Ether, I don't think much of what people prophesy of is fear mongering, I think it is a good possibility because it happened in the past.
I am not trying to tell you what to do based on what God told me. I am looking for consensus from believers as either a 2nd witness to my own discernings or a pause to see if I am being disillusioned. That is why to me, the dialog is very important. Maybe that goes against the patriarchal order, I don't know. Maybe I should throw it out or button up my lip because it is not being preached from the pulpit by the 12 Apostles. I am open to enlightenment on the issue.
