Yes, I spent a summer in Israel in 1989. I attended an advanced Hebrew program at Haifa University. I had an absolute blast in Israel. Everyone was very friendly. 90% of Israelis like Americans. It was the experience of a lifetime.

Yes, and it was a marvelous experience, particularly the Temple Mount and the Garden Tomb.

I went in 1999. It was a great experience, but more of a history lesson than anything. If you want to walk where Jesus walked, just invite Him to your house.
