Document: Army Preparing to Use Lethal Force Against “Unarmed Civilians” During “Full Scale Riots” in U.S.
Training manual outlines "sniper response" during crowd control operations

A document released by the U.S. Army details preparations for “full scale riots” within the United States during which troops may be forced to engage in a “lethal response” to deal with unruly crowds of demonstrators.

The appearance of the document amidst growing unrest in Ferguson, Missouri, with the National Guard now being called in to deal with the disorder, is an ominous coincidence.

The 132-page document, titled U.S. Army Techniques Publication 3-39.33: Civil Disturbances (PDF), was written in April 2014 and recently obtained by Public Intelligence.

The document makes it clear that the techniques detailed therein are to be applied both outside and inside the “continental United States (CONUS)” in the event of “unruly and violent crowds” where it is “necessary to quell riots and restore public order.”

The training manual outlines scenarios under which, “Civil unrest may range from simple, nonviolent protests that address specific issues, to events that turn into full-scale riots.”

The most shocking aspect of the document is the fact that it describes the deployment of a “lethal response” directed against “unarmed civilians,” including “sniper response” and “small arms direct fire.”

Under the heading “sniper response,” the document states, “Ensure that target leaders or troublemakers are targeted,” in addition to a passage which states, “Exploit the psychological effect of an attack.”

Under the heading “small arms direct fire,” the manual states, “Escalate gradually, starting with a small caliber, single round and work up to a large caliber, automatic.”

Another graphic which depicts “escalation of trauma” directs soldiers how to use “riot batons” in order to cause the necessary level of injury or death to the subject. “Deadly force final target areas” include the back of the neck, the solar plexus, the neck, the spine and the head.

In light of events in Ferguson, where a predominantly black community has faced off with militarized police, it’s interesting to note that the manual makes reference to civil unrest that can arise out of “ethnic hatred” and, “Community unrest (that) results in urban conflicts that arise from highly emotional social and economic issues.” The document also mentions how rioters target “retail stores,” as happened during the looting in Ferguson.

“Significant ethnic differences in a community can create an atmosphere of distrust, even hatred…… (and) can cause an eruption of civil disorder that can lead to full riots,” states the document.

Although the document makes reference to the Constitutional rights of American citizens it goes on to stress that such protections are null and void under a state of emergency, asserting that Posse Comitatus, which is supposed to limit the power of the federal government to use military personnel domestically, “does not apply” under declared “emergency authority” or “When the need for the protection of federal property or federal functions exists.”

It is important to stress that this training manual applies to U.S. Army operations in foreign countries as well as domestically on U.S. soil. Indeed, section 2-18 of the document goes into detail about domestic protests such as the 1999 anti-WTO demonstration in Seattle.

The emergence of the document as National Guard troops prepare to descend on Ferguson, Missouri to deal with looting and civil unrest follows a report we published just a few weeks before the outbreak of the Ferguson riots which documented how National Guard troops were training to detain unruly African-American citizens in prison camps before handing them over to police.

In a special video report, Alex Jones documented how the story was part of wider preparations by the government for domestic disorder that have been ongoing for years.

We have reported previously on similar documents that outline how the U.S. Army would be forced to resort to lethal measures in order to deal with unruly Americans during times of emergency within the United States.

In 2012 we covered FM 3-39.40 Internment and Resettlement Operations, a U.S. Army manual that describes how political activists in prison camps will be indoctrinated by specially assigned psychological operations officers. The document makes numerous references to how government agencies like the DHS, ICE and FEMA will be involved in the domestic internment of U.S. citizens during “civil support operations.”

A second US Army Military Police manual that was leaked months later also outlined how military assets would be used domestically to quell riots, confiscate firearms and even kill Americans on U.S. soil during mass civil unrest.

U.S. troops and National Guard also worked with local police to incarcerate Americans in detention camps during drills Alex Jones covered in 1999 in Oakland, California.

A report produced in 2008 by the U.S. Army War College’s Strategic Institute warned that the United States may experience massive civil unrest in the wake of a series of crises which it termed “strategic shock.”

“Widespread civil violence inside the United States would force the defense establishment to reorient priorities in extremis to defend basic domestic order and human security,” stated the report, authored by [Ret.] Lt. Col. Nathan Freir, adding that the military may be needed to quell “purposeful domestic resistance”.

Rex 84, short for Readiness Exercise 1984, was established under the pretext of a “mass exodus” of illegal aliens crossing the Mexican/US border.

During the Iran-Contra hearings in 1987, however, it was revealed that the program was a secretive “scenario and drill” developed by the federal government to suspend the Constitution, declare martial law, assign military commanders to take over state and local governments, and detain large numbers of American citizens determined by the government to be “national security threats.”

10 Conspiracy Theories That Came True

Despite the fact that the term “conspiracy theory” has been weaponized by the establishment as a perjorative slur against anyone who questions the official narrative of any government pronouncement, there are innumerable examples throughout history of conspiracies that were proven to be true.

Let’s take a look at ten examples;

1) Operation AJAX and false flag terror

The notion that governments and intelligence agencies carry out acts of false flag terrorism has long been derided by the establishment media as a conspiracy theory, despite there being a plethora of historically documented instances.

After decades of denial, in August 2013 the CIA finally admitted its role in staging the coup in Iran which led to the overthrow of Mohammad Mossadegh in 1953 under the umbrella of Operation AJAX.

Under AJAX, the CIA oversaw covert operations which included acts of false flag terror which claimed the lives of some 300 people.

2) Gulf of Tonkin

On August 4, 1964, President Lyndon Johnson went on national television and told the nation that North Vietnam had attacked U.S. ships.

“Repeated acts of violence against the armed forces of the United States must be met not only with alert defense, but with a positive reply. That reply is being given as I speak tonight,” Johnson declared.

Congress soon passed the Gulf of Tonkin Resolution, which provided Johnson with pre-approved authority to conduct military operations against North Vietnam. By 1969, over 500,000 troops were fighting in Southeast Asia.

Johnson and his Secretary of Defense, Robert McNamara, had bamboozled Congress and the American people. In fact, North Vietnam had not attacked the USS Maddox, as the Pentagon claimed, and the “unequivocal proof” of an “unprovoked” second attack against the U.S. warship was a ruse.

3) Operation Gladio: State Sponsored Terror Blamed on the Left

Following the Second World War, the CIA and Britain’s MI6 collaborated through NATO on Operation Gladio, an effort to create a “stay behind army” to fight communism in the event of a Soviet invasion of Western Europe.

Gladio quickly transcended its original mission and became a covert terror network consisting of right wing militias, organized crime elements, agent provocateurs and secret military units. The so-called stay behind armies were active in France, Belgium, Denmark, The Netherlands, Norway, Germany, and Switzerland.

Gladio’s “Strategy of Tension”  was designed to portray leftist political groups in Europe as terrorists and frighten the populace into voting for authoritarian governments. In order to carry out this goal, Gladio operatives conducted a number of deadly terrorist attacks that were blamed on leftists and Marxists.

In August of 1980, Gladio operatives bombed a train station in Bologna, killing 85 people. Initially blamed on the Red Brigades, it was later discovered that fascist elements within the Italian secret police and Licio Gelli, the head of the P2 Masonic Lodge, were responsible for the terror attack. Other fascist groups, including Avanguardia Nazionale and Ordine Nuovo, were mobilized and engaged in terror.

Operation Gladio ultimately claimed the lives of hundreds of people across Europe.

According to Vincenzo Vinciguerra, a Gladio terrorist serving a life-sentence for murdering policemen, the reason for Gladio was simple. It was designed to force these people, the Italian public, to turn to the state to ask for greater security. This is the political logic that lies behind all the massacres and the bombings which remain unpunished, because the state cannot convict itself or declare itself responsible for what happened.

4) Operation Northwoods

In the covert war against the communist regime in Cuba under the CIA’s Operation Mongoose, the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff unanimously proposed state-sponsored acts of terrorism in side the United States.

The plan included shooting down hijacked American airplanes, the sinking of U.S. ships, and the shooting of Americans on the streets of Washington, D.C. The outrageous plan even included a staged NASA disaster that would claim the life of astronaut John Glenn.

Reeling under the embarrassing failure of the CIA’s botched Bay of Pigs invasion of Cuba, president Kennedy rejected the plan in March of 1962. A few months later, Kennedy denied the plan’s author, General Lyman Lemnitzer, a second term as the nation’s highest ranking military officer.

In November of 1963, Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas, Texas.

5) The Gleiwitz Incident

The Gleiwitz incident refers to a false flag operation carried out by the Nazis on 31 August 1939 during which SS troops staged an attack on a German radio station and then blamed Polish troops.

German operatives dressed in Polish military garb seized the radio station, located near the Polish border, before broadcasting a short propaganda message in Polish. They then killed concentration camp victims who were also dressed in Polish uniforms and left them at the scene, making the incident look like an act of Polish aggression. The very next day Germany invaded Poland, with Hitler citing the incident as one of the pretexts.

Nine days before the incident, Hitler had told his generals, “I will provide a propagandistic casus belli. Its credibility doesn’t matter. The victor will not be asked whether he told the truth.”

6) Tobacco companies deliberately added addictive chemicals to cigarettes

Conspiracies are not always of a governmental nature, they can also be targeted at consumers. As the BBC reported, tobacco companies in the United States were caught deliberately engineering cigarettes for addiction by including chemicals that artificially increased the addictive kick of the product and made it taste better.

Clive Bates, director of ASH, said the discovery exposed a “scandal in which tobacco companies deliberately use additives to make their bad products even worse”.

7) Operation Fast and Furious

Operation Fast and Furious, under which the Obama administration smuggled weapons to Mexican drug lords in an apparent effort to trace the guns and bust the drug gangs, was in fact part of a conspiracy to demonize the second amendment.

Documents obtained by CBS News in December 2011 prove that ATF agents discussed how they could tie guns involved in Mexican violence to gun dealers based in the U.S with a view to passing stricter gun control regulations.

One law enforcement source told CBS News that the emails suggested the ATF created the problem itself as part of a political ploy.

“It’s like ATF created or added to the problem so they could be the solution to it and pat themselves on the back. It’s a circular way of thinking,” the source said.

8) NSA spying & mass surveillance

In the 1990′s, when anti-surveillance activists and media personalities were warning about the NSA’s huge domestic spying operation, they were treated as paranoid conspiracy theorists.

Well over a decade before the Snowden revelations, the NSA was busy intercepting and recording all electronic communications across the entire world under the Echelon program.

In 1999, the Australian government admitted that they were part of an NSA-led global intercept and surveillance program called Echelon in alliance with the US and Britain that could listen to “every international telephone call, fax, e-mail, or radio transmission,” on the planet.

In addition, a 2001 European Parliament report stated that “within Europe all e-mail, telephone and fax communications are routinely intercepted” by the NSA.

9) CIA Drug Trafficking

The Central Intelligence Agency has been implicated in drug trafficking operations all over the world as well as domestically, most notably during the Iran-Contra affair, under which Contra personnel smuggled cocaine into the U.S. with the blessing of the CIA which was then distributed as crack cocaine in Los Angeles, with the profits being funneled back to the Contras.

Former Los Angeles Police Department officer Michael Ruppert also testified that he had witnessed CIA drug trafficking.

Top Mexican drug lords like Jesus Vicente Zambada Niebla have also gone public to assert that they were hired by the U.S. government for drug trafficking operations. There is a voluminous body of evidence that confirms the CIA and U.S. banking giants are the top players in a global drug trade worth hundreds of billions of dollars a year, information made public by the likes of Gary Webb.

10) The CIA’s heart attack gun

During Senate testimony in 1975 into illegal activities by the CIA, it was revealed that the agency had developed a dart gun capable of causing a heart attack. “At the first televised hearing, staged in the Senate Caucus Room, Chairman Church dramatically displayed a CIA poison dart gun to highlight the committee’s discovery that the CIA directly violated a presidential order by maintaining stocks of shellfish toxin sufficient to kill thousands,” a Senate web page explains.

“The lethal poison then rapidly enters the bloodstream causing a heart attack. Once the damage is done, the poison denatures quickly, so that an autopsy is very unlikely to detect that the heart attack resulted from anything other than natural causes. Sounds like the perfect James Bond weapon, doesn’t it? Yet this is all verifiable in Congressional testimony,” writes Fred Burks.

“The dart from this secret CIA weapon can penetrate clothing and leave nothing but a tiny red dot on the skin. On penetration of the deadly dart, the individual targeted for assassination may feel as if bitten by a mosquito, or they may not feel anything at all. The poisonous dart completely disintegrates upon entering the target.”

Burks suggests that Mark Pittman, a reporter who predicted the financial crisis and exposed Federal Reserve misdoings which led to a Bloomberg lawsuit against the bankster cartel, may have been assassinated with the CIA weapon.

Thompson has publicly admitted he and his co-authors committed gross fraud in erasing a vaccine-autism connection.

Consider the explosive angles on this story, angles which would ordinarily rate front-page coverage and top billing on the evening news.

Thompson, in writing, has admitted fraud. He was a co-author of the cooked and slanted 2004 study, published in the prestigious journal, Pediatrics.

That study gave a free pass to the MMR vaccine, and falsely denied the vaccine had any causal connection to autism.

This never happens—an author of a key study comes out in the open and says he and his co-authors are guilty of malfeasance and fraud. Are you kidding? That alone equals a big story.

Two of Thompson’s co-authors, Colleen Boyle and Frank DeStefano, also happen to be major executives at the CDC, in the area of vaccine safety. That’s another bombshell element.

The journal Pediatrics has refused to retract the 2004 study. After consulting the other authors, but not Thompson, the journal stands by the study. That’s more malfeasance and fraud.

In 2004, Thompson wrote to the head of the CDC, Julie Gerberding, warning her that he would soon be presenting troubling data at a major vaccine-autism conference.

His meaning was clear. He had found an MMR vaccine-autism connection and was going to speak about it.

Gerberding never responded to Thompson’s letter. His presentation at the upcoming conference was canceled.

Five years later, Gerberding left the CDC. She went on to become the president of Merck Vaccines, a position she holds today.

Merck manufactures the MMR vaccine.

That vaccine was the subject of the fraudulent 2004 study, and was criminally given a free pass.

If you were constructing a scandal to blow up in the press, a scandal that would contain all the elements, you would be hard-pressed to do a better job.

But what we get is silence. All the way across the board.

Want more? In a video, Thompson states that he would never give a vaccine containing mercury to a pregnant woman. He says there is “biological plausibility” for mercury as a cause of autism.

Thompson and his co-authors on the 2004 study have also done other studies on vaccines. The CDC is reviewing none of them to see if they were fraudulent as well.

Let’s look at the reasons for the media blackout.

On one level, it’s all about the CDC, Thompson’s employer. The CDC is a major and continuing source for mainstream reporters. Irritate and anger that source, and you as a reporter are shut out from access in the future.

On another level, the mainstream press is utterly dependent on pharmaceutical advertising. Implicit and explicit threats of ad cancellations are enough to drive any media outlet to its knees, groveling and begging for forgiveness.

Yes, you will certainly find stories about pharma drug scandals in the press. But Thompson’s story strikes at the very heart of the medical complex: its claim to a scientific basis.

That supposed science is the foundation of “everything medical”—and it is reflected in studies published in peer-reviewed reputable journals.

Thompson isn’t coming in from the outside criticizing a published study. He was and still is working at the CDC, where the 2004 study was done. He’s an insider. He co-wrote the study.

He’s made a written confession of fraud re the study and released it through his attorney, Rick Morgan. He’s admitted to scientific fraud.

On yet another level, vaccines are a holy sacrament in the medical Church of Biological Truth.

Vaccines are lauded as the pre-eminent achievement of modern medicine.

The US government and its allies have, time and time again, asserted there is absolutely no connection between vaccines and autism.

And here is an insider, Thompson, who is essentially saying that is a lie.

He could be the key figure in unraveling fraud all the way through the vaccine establishment.

And finally, there is a constituency that already knows all about the lie: mothers and fathers of autistic children.

They know. They were there, when their happy, bright, alert children were vaccinated and then, their brains damaged, turned away from the world.

To publicly admit what these parents already know would set off a firestorm that would never end.

So the mainstream press remains willfully ignorant. Reporters, editors, and publishers aid and abet the ongoing crime of vaccine damage.

The entirety of mainstream media performs a specific function. It takes cues and orders from elites who are intent on building Reality for the masses, and it transmits that Reality on a continuing basis. There are certain stories which, if exposed, would engender contagion.

That is, such stories would not only reveal one set of secrets, they would suggest that other pillars of the overall false Reality are rotting as well.

The prime directive of major media: this contagion must never be allowed to happen.

Thus, the William Thompson saga is buried.

However, with enough pressure from alternative media, parents of autistic children, and the awakening public, surprises can occur.

Certainly, the exit from major media, by more and more of its audience, can accelerate beyond any possibility of top-down control.

All their boats, swamped.

This, in fact, is what happened during the 2009 Swine Flu hoax. Millions of people ignored the CDC’s fake science and demands to take the vaccine—and the “level-6 global pandemic” was revealed as a dud.

While “anti-vaxxers” are being smeared in public campaigns as backward and unscientific fear-mongers, a growing body of cutting edge research is emerging from the top echelons of medical immunology to confirm what the cranks have been saying for years about the devastating effects of vaccine ingredients. The biggest names in the field of study of the human immune system are attached to current papers in the most prestigious immunology literature that link widely used vaccine ingredients such as aluminum to terrifying modern epidemics of immune-mediated diseases including autism and Alzheimer’s. As well, they’ve identified an entirely new post-vaccine syndrome: Autoimmune Inflammatory Syndrome Induced by Adjuvants (ASIA). And while the study of ASIA is shining light on the underlying mechanisms through which vaccine ingredients trigger disease, it is also exposing cracks in the foundation of a century of vaccine orthodoxy .

Nearly 3,000 doctors and scientists from around the world gathered last week at the 9th International Congress on Autoimmunity (ICA) in the Nice Acropolis Convention Center on the French Riviera. Dozens of seminars and panel discussions of causes and treatments for scores of autoimmune diseases were scheduled. But an entire day of the four day event held every two years was devoted to the 3rd International Vaccine Symposium held under the umbrella of the ICA.

Ignasi Rodriguez-Pinto, an autoimmunologist at the Barcelona Hospital Clinic and former fellow of the pre-eminent Zabludowicz Center for Autoimmune Diseases at Tel Aviv University’s Sheba Medical Center was at the symposium to announce the creation of a world registry for ASIA.

ASIA was first identified in the Journal of Autoimmunology in 2011 by Dr. Yehuda Schoenfeld, founder of the Zabludowicz Center. It includes a broad spectrum of neurological and immune-mediated phenomena seen following vaccine injections which result from exposure to their ingredients, including aluminum. Among ASIA’s diagnostic criteria: weakness, anxiety, rashes, chronic fatigue, sleep disorders and the onset of a range of autoimmune diseases from Systemic Lupus Erythematosis to Rheumatoid Arthritis — sometimes years after an initial reaction.

ASIA is also dubbed “Schoenfeld’s Syndrome” for Schoenfeld who has published more than 1,700 articles in the medical literature and is widely regarded as the world’s leading authority on autoimmunity — disease that results when certain proteins in the body lose their “immune privilege” or protected status, and the machinery of the human defence system mistakes them as foreign invaders and launches an assault on its own body.

“ASIA is a wide concept that includes any environmental factor which is demonstrated to trigger autoimmune conditions,” said Rodriguez-Pinto. Cases of Gulf War Syndrome, which result from exposure to the chemical squalene – a component of vaccines used on military personnel during the Gulf War, and siliconosis – immune-mediated symptoms triggered by silicon exposure in prostheses and breast implants – are now being considered under ASIA’s umbrella, he said.

The registry was established in January of this year as a tool to enable researchers to analyze cases of ASIA globally, to compare clinical manifestations after exposure, and to establish common instigators of autoimmunity and compare efficacy of treatments. In its first month of operation, 283 confirmed cases of the syndrome were registered — 73% followed vaccination while the remainder were exposed to other known toxins.

Most currently registered cases of ASIA have followed vaccination for Hepatitis B (70.7 percent), said Rodriguz- Pinto. Forty percent of the cases developed defined autoimmune conditions including Multiple Sclerosis and a subgroup of 20 percent had more than one diagnosed autoimmune disease.

“Adjuvants have been used for decades to improve the immune response to vaccines, and among this large group, alumimum and silicone are most commonly described,” explains a paper in the July 2013 Immunologic Research, penned by four leading immunologists including Schoenfeld. “Nonetheless, as supported by increasing reports, although rarely vaccines are able to trigger the development of [autoimmune diseases] ADs in genetically susceptible humans, this could be ascribed to the presence of containing adjuvants. The time relationship between the vaccine delivery and overt disease can last from a few weeks to even years.”

The paper adds that a “now abundant literature shows that exposure of human and animals to aluminum from various sources can have deleterious consequences on the nervous system, especially in adults.”

Among the authors of that abundant literature is Canada’s Christopher Shaw, chairman of the Children’s Medical Safety Research Institute and a researcher at the University of British Columbia who , at the IAC last week described aluminum as “insidiously unsafe.”

“That the aluminum ion is very toxic is well known,” said Shaw. “Its toxicity was recognized as long ago as 1911 and evidence of that has only been amplified since,” he said, especially in a growing body of evidence of aluminum’s role in Alzheimer’s disease and autism.

Though found in some food and water sources, since the 1920s, aluminum has been used in many and a growing number of vaccines, Shaw said, and “the compartment in which you put it in and the route of administration makes all the difference.”

“Aluminum is a demonstrated neurotoxin,” he added. “From the molecular level between ions and molecules, to the genome, to the protein and cellular level to the circuit level, there is no level of the nervous system that aluminum does not negatively impact.”

Shaw reported on his research on mice injected with aluminum doses equivalent to those in vaccine injections. They showed progressive loss of muscle strength and endurance, and at the cellular level, “profound loss of motor neurons.”

He and other researchers also demonstrated “social interaction deficits” and elevated anxiety levels among the vaccinated mice, reflected by their obsessive stair climbing and reluctance to move between light and dark regions compared to controls, for example. Shaw’s forthcoming research demonstrates the impact of aluminum on gene proteins and gene expression and how these relate to autism.

Rates of diabetes in U.S. children have jumped sharply in just eight years, according to new research.

The prevalence of type 1 diabetes increased 21 percent between 2001 and 2009. At the same time, rates of type 2 diabetes rose 30.5 percent, the study found.

The first Ebola patient in the United States will lead to calls for the development of a vaccine.

Last week Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel told the Global Health Security Agenda summit the Pentagon has a longstanding research program on infectious disease, including Ebola. Hagel said the Defense Department will now begin clinical trials for a vaccine candidate.

“On Wednesday,” Hagel said, “we received approval to begin safety testing for one [Ebola] vaccine candidate that will be conducted here at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research.”

The Pentagon is funding an Ebola vaccine under a $140 million project with Tekmira Pharmaceuticals, a Canadian company.

In August an “experimental serum” was administered to Christian aid workers infected in Liberia. The “mysterious treatment” was produced by Mapp Biopharmaceutical Inc., a company based in San Diego, California. Its antibody research is funded by the U.S. Army.

“The most fascinating aspect of the Ebola vaccine manufacturing process is how quickly they have brought it to the trials phase,” writes Dave Mihalovic for Prevent Disease. “It is virtually impossible for vaccine manufacturers to produce and deliver these drugs in the timeline they have proposed. It typically takes several years from the point of initial vaccine development to human clinical trials, a process which the manufacturers claim is being done in weeks and months. The only way it would have been possible was through years of planning and procurement.”
Ebola: Collaboration Between the Pentagon and Pharmaceutical Corporations

The Pentagon’s interest in Ebola – a disease that until this week remained confined to third world countries in Africa – is suspicious, Mihalovic writes.

It is clear that the US government has been keeping tabs on Ebola for a while now. It holds the patents on a strain of the Ebola virus known as Bundibugyo (EboBun) that was found in Uganda. It is although not clear whether it is the same strain that has created the current epidemic. The patent, awarded in October 2012 to five scientists led by Jonathan S Towner, is now deposited with the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

The Daily Observer, the largest newspaper in Liberia, speculated in early September that the virus was unleashed on unsuspecting Africans by the Pentagon and pharmaceutical corporations.

“Reports narrate stories of the US Department of Defense (DoD) funding Ebola trials on humans, trials which started just weeks before the Ebola outbreak in Guinea and Sierra Leone. The reports continue and state that the DoD gave a contract worth $140 million dollars to Tekmira, a Canadian pharmaceutical company, to conduct Ebola research. This research work involved injecting and infusing healthy humans with the deadly Ebola virus,” writes Dr. Cyril Broderick, a former professor of Plant Pathology at the University of Liberia’s College of Agriculture and Forestry.

Broderick claims Ebola is a genetically modified organism designed by the “American Military-Medical-Industry that conducts biological weapons tests under the guise of administering vaccinations to control diseases” in Africa and other third world countries. Broderick also claims the World Health Organization and other United Nations agencies “have been implicated in selecting and enticing African countries to participate in the testing events” and are “promoting vaccinations.”

M. Durga Prasad of India’s Defense Research & Development Organization recently raised the hackles of the establishment media when he said the Ebola outbreak could be part of a biological warfare program.
U.S. Government Has Tested Pathogens and Radiation on Civilians

Considering the track record of the U.S, government a deliberate Ebola pandemic designed to enrich transnational pharmaceutical corporations and put forward a police state agenda is not out of the question.

The CIA and the U.S. military have released deadly viruses on the public numerous times in the past. The CIA released the whooping cough virus in Tampa Bay, Florida, in 1955, and the U.S. Navy sprayed San Francisco with bacterial pathogens, resulting in citizens contracting pneumonia. The U.S. government oversaw Agent Orange tests on prisoners, subjected soldiers to atomic bomb radiation, infected Puerto Rican citizens with cancer cells, and performed a series of irradiation experiments on non-consenting, poor, black cancer patients.

Considering this insidious track record it is entirely conceivable the government would infect poor Africans with Ebola in order to field test a vaccine developed by the U.S. Army and subsequently manufactured by multinational pharmaceutical corporations.

It is also conceivable the U.S. government would use a pandemic, or the threat of a pandemic, to declare martial law and institute a police state in America.

“Gun confiscations and martial law are both plausible government responses to an Ebola outbreak in America considering recent policies by the Obama administration and the fact that the military has been preparing for domestic deployment for the past several years,” Kit Daniels wrote for Infowars.com in August.

The New York Times and the establishment media are attempting to dismiss concerns about the agenda of the “American Military-Medical-Industry” as baseless and dangerous conspiracy theories.

Lie #1) Ebola won't ever come to the United States

Lie #2) Ebola is only spread via direct contact with body fluids
This outrageous medical lie may soon cost the lives of millions of innocent people. In truth, Ebola can spread through the air over short distances via aerosols - airborne particles.

Ebola can also spread via contaminated surfaces. When an infected patient makes contact with a surface such as a doorknob or ATM keypad, they may leave behind the Ebola virus which survives for many minutes or hours in the open, depending on environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.) Another person who touches the same surface may then become instantly infected by simply touching their own eyes, nose or mouth.

"Ebola is a genetically modified organism (GMO)," declared Dr. Cyril Broderick, Professor of Plant Pathology, in a front-page story published in the Liberian Observer. [2]

He goes on to explain:

[Horowitz] confirmed the existence of an American Military-Medical-Industry that conducts biological weapons tests under the guise of administering vaccinations to control diseases and improve the health of "black Africans overseas."

Further supporting this genetic engineering research claim, the U.S. government patented Ebola in 2010 and now claims intellectual property ownership over all Ebola variants. That patent number is CA2741523A1, viewable at this link.

Emergency Manager Calls Federal Ebola Response a Stand Down

The numerous violations of disease protocol surrounding the Dallas, Texas Ebola case are intentional, according to an emergency response manager.

The manager, who was involved in the emergency response to both Hurricane Katrina and Rita in addition to planning for small pox outbreaks, said the official response to the first diagnosed case of Ebola in the United States purposely avoided the basic actions the government would take to prevent a virus from spreading.

“The reason I know the Ebola outbreak is being conducted on purpose is because it violates all protocol,” he said.

The violations of protocol are almost too numerous to mention. For one thing, government officials were slow to decontaminate the apartment of Thomas Eric Duncan, the 40-year-old Liberian national who was the first diagnosed case of Ebola in the U.S.

Before the apartment was sanitized, however, five Dallas Co. sheriff’s deputies were ordered to enter the unit without protective gear to remove Duncan’s family members who were placed under quarantine.

Dallas Co. Sheriff’s Association President Christopher Dyer said the deputies were uncomfortable with the order.

“They’re very concerned,” Dyer said to WFAA 8. ‎”Their families are concerned. You’ve got to go home and tell your spouse, ‘Hey, I was just inside this house where a guy had Ebola.’”

The workers who were ordered to clean the sidewalk where Duncan vomited were also not wearing protective clothing, despite the fact that Ebola spreads through bodily fluids.

And, like Duncan’s apartment, officials were slow to decontaminate the ambulance which transported Duncan to the hospital, meaning that the homeless man who was transported in the ambulance after Duncan was potentially exposed to the disease.

The Obama administration also refused to ban travelers from Ebola-stricken African nations from entering the U.S., which allowed Duncan to fly to Dallas.

“The fact that [Ebola] being allowed to travel into the United States is insane and the fact that emergency operations have not been activated is insane and this is on purpose and by design,” the emergency response manager stated. “There are many competent people in the CDC, the military and emergency management officers who need to blow the whistle.”

“They’re being ordered to stand down from the top.”

Technocratic elites realize electronic devices are tools of distraction, dumbing down

A recent New York Times article exemplified how technological and billionaire elites live by different standards than they prescribe to the American populace.

A piece entitled “Steve Jobs Was a Low-Tech Parent,” discusses how the late Apple CEO refused to allow his children to play with one of the company’s most popular devices, the Ipad.

“So, your kids must love the iPad?” I asked Mr. Jobs, trying to change the subject. The company’s first tablet was just hitting the shelves. “They haven’t used it,” he told me. “We limit how much technology our kids use at home.”

I’m sure I responded with a gasp and dumbfounded silence. I had imagined the Jobs’s household was like a nerd’s paradise: that the walls were giant touch screens, the dining table was made from tiles of iPads and that iPods were handed out to guests like chocolates on a pillow.

Nope, Mr. Jobs told me, not even close.

Since then, I’ve met a number of technology chief executives and venture capitalists who say similar things: they strictly limit their children’s screen time, often banning all gadgets on school nights, and allocating ascetic time limits on weekends.

Unfortunately, The Times didn’t press Jobs for a more in-depth explanation on why he restricted his kids’ use of a device that’s now played with by millions of children throughout the world, but the fact that various elites have followed in the tech guru’s steps suggests there is a double standard between how they raise their children, and how they believe lower and middle class American parents should.

The double standard is clear when one considers the actions of billionaires, such as former Microsoft CEO Bill Gates, whose foundation has invested millions of dollars pushing the Common Core curriculum onto public schools, but who opts to send his own children to private academies where the Common Core standard is not taught.

Another New York Times article from 2011 also revealed that some charter schools where elites send their children prohibit computer monitors, a stark contrast to the flood of computers we’ve seen fill public schools over the past few decades.

The chief technology officer of eBay sends his children to a nine-classroom school here. So do employees of Silicon Valley giants like Google, Apple, Yahoo and Hewlett-Packard.

But the school’s chief teaching tools are anything but high-tech: pens and paper, knitting needles and, occasionally, mud. Not a computer to be found. No screens at all. They are not allowed in the classroom, and the school even frowns on their use at home.

Schools nationwide have rushed to supply their classrooms with computers, and many policy makers say it is foolish to do otherwise. But the contrarian point of view can be found at the epicenter of the tech economy, where some parents and educators have a message: computers and schools don’t mix.

While other schools in the region brag about their wired classrooms, the Waldorf school embraces a simple, retro look — blackboards with colorful chalk, bookshelves with encyclopedias, wooden desks filled with workbooks and No. 2 pencils.

On a recent Tuesday, Andie Eagle and her fifth-grade classmates refreshed their knitting skills, crisscrossing wooden needles around balls of yarn, making fabric swatches. It’s an activity the school says helps develop problem-solving, patterning, math skills and coordination. The long-term goal: make socks.

As discussed in author and former US Education Department Senior Policy Advisor Charlotte Thompson Iserbyt’s informative book, The Deliberate Dumbing Down of America, putting computers in the classroom is part of a larger agenda which has been in motion for decades, the ultimate goal of which is to create an educational system that pumps out a nation of mindless worker drones.

“The call for a socialist America, of course, requires that the schools abandon traditional academic ‘teaching’ and substitute ‘workforce training’ or ‘technademics’ to accommodate the needs of a planned economy,” writes Iserbyt in the latest rendition of her work.

As evidence that the upper echelon believes technology is an essential factor for fundamental educational transformation, Thompson points to a statement made by former Florida governor and chairman of the Foundation for Excellence in Education Jeb Bush – via education blogger Kathryn Baron – speaking at an education reform meeting, in which he advocated “a combination of school choice (vouchers), Common Core standards, rigorous assessments, consequences for anything less than excellence and using technology to transform education.” [emphasis added]

Iserbyt also highlights a 1972 article by education researcher Mary Thompson which outlined how technology in the classroom, among other things, is part of a system ultimately intending to bring about “Distance Learning,” an “innovation” which would lead to the eventual “offshoring” of teaching jobs and relegate “teachers” to mere “tutors, monitors or overseers.“

From Thompson’s article:

“The warning bears repeating that teachers had better leave their concentration on the minutia of each maneuver in the process being carried by all of the above and others, to concentrate on the big picture of plans afoot for the function of teachers being planned and programmed for extinction or demotion to becoming tutors, monitors, or overseers to keep students on task in front of their computer screens with ‘direct instruction’ being imparted from anywhere in the world. I repeat, wake up teachers, your jobs are about to be ‘offshored’ just as manufacturing, engineering and other professions have been. Your unions won’t be able to counteract it any more than industry unions were able to do for the unemployed of empty factories and lost professional positions. Students will be phased into ‘programmed’ curricula designed to produce worker bees for global economies. The authority of those selected to represent the voters and taxpayers is already being undermined as charter schools, with their unelected boards, are being used as a transmission belt to the final objective of Distance Learning.”

Additionally, the elites who restrict their own children’s screen time may also be proactively addressing health concerns.

Last year, an AFP report touched on “warnings from some researchers that tablets can cause developmental difficulties and problems including autism or attention deficit disorder” for children warnings which were brushed off by technology experts.

Other reports document how computer monitors, phones and tablets are leading to an increase of eye-related disorders, as well as inducing sleeplessness among “device-dependent children.” Wireless internet frequencies, which many tablet and ipad devices utilize, have also been linked to potential health risks, such as cancer.

The fact that billionaires consciously limit their children’s device screen time and opt out of public education, while at the same time promoting both for the public, should be red flags signaling a deliberate plot to establish a future workforce comprised of dumbed down Americans.

Infowars.com is calling for a general strike across the United States in response to the federal government’s botched response to the Ebola outbreak and the Obama administration’s refusal to block flights coming in from West Africa.

Countries bordering those in West Africa impacted by the Ebola outbreak have been successful in stopping the spread of the virus by blocking flights, including Ivory Coast, Guinea-Bissau and Senegal, and yet the Obama administration has refused to do likewise despite innumerable public figures calling on the White House to take action.

Numerous airlines have also restricted flights to Ebola-affected countries and yet the United States remains wide open to potential Ebola patients not only via airports but also via the country’s porous southern border, where hundreds of illegal aliens from Ebola-hit countries have poured across in recent months.

Marine Corps Gen. John Kelly, commander of the U.S. Southern Command, has also warned that if the Ebola outbreak continues to rage it could cause “mass migration into the United States” of victims seeking treatment.

By refusing to block flights or tighten border security, the Obama administration is aiding and abetting the spread of Ebola and engaging in dereliction of duty by refusing to adopt the default position under such circumstances.

That’s why we’re launching a national campaign for all non-essential workers in the United States to strike from Monday through Wednesday next week.

We are calling on everyone to get behind the strike by tweeting under the hashtag #stopebolastrike and by personally participating in the general strike from Monday to Wednesday. We also invite other media outlets and media personalities to support the strike.

We have also launched a petition at WhiteHouse.gov which we encourage all Americans to sign here.

If the Obama administration fails to respond to the strike by Wednesday, it will be prolonged until the federal government is forced to take proper action to fight Ebola.

The CDC has proven itself to be dangerously inept and woefully unprepared to deal with a wider Ebola outbreak in the United States after two nurses who should have been properly protected contracted the virus from patient zero – Thomas Eric Duncan.

The CDC also gave express permission for Ebola victim Amber Vinson to travel on a commercial airliner after she had frequent contact with Duncan during his treatment at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas, potentially exposing 132 passengers who also flew on the Frontier Airlines plane.

The federal government is committing criminal neglect by failing to implement the very measures that have proven successful in other countries in stopping the spread of the Ebola outbreak.

5) John Boehner (R-Ohio)



AKA Obama’s little buddy in Congress. Serving as controlled opposition to the Obama regime, Boehner has kept the president’s agenda alive and well despite strong resistance from his fellow Republicans. Boehner says amnesty for millions of illegals could happen in 2015 and has ruled out impeachment for Obama’s usurpation of lawmaking power, all while describing himself as a defender of the Constitution.

It’s unlikely he ever reads it.

4) Nancy Pelosi (D-Cali.)



“We have to pass the bill to find out what’s in it,” Pelosi said about Obamacare before it was approved by Congress. She has a net worth of approximately $88 million; not bad for someone who doesn’t even bother to read legislation, much less the Constitution. But that didn’t stop her from claiming our Founding Fathers would support Obamacare. What did stop her, however, was a question from 16-year-old Andrew Demeter, who pointblank asked her why she supported the NSA’s illegal data collection on all Americans. Not surprisingly, she stumbled for an answer.

He said it was “tragic” the U.S. didn’t have a military option in Ukraine, despite the fact that such an option would lead us straight into nuclear war with Russia. “If I could’ve gotten 51 votes in the Senate of the United States for an outright ban, picking up every one of them — Mr. and Mrs. America turn ‘em all in — I would have done it,” Feinstein said about repealing the Second Amendment. “I could not do that. The votes weren’t there.”

While most politicians lie about their true agendas, Feinstein is openly honest about hers and it revolves around stripping Americans of their birth rights. She also declared that journalists are not “real reporters” unless they draw a salary from a government-controlled news company. Additionally, Feinstein suggested that veterans are mentally ill.

Holding an approval rating of only 21%, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid is one of the most hated and corrupt members of Congress. Did you know that a storm 14 times larger than the Earth is happening on the sun right now? Earlier this week, it unleashed a flare which was a million times more powerful than all of the nuclear weapons in existence combined. Fortunately, that flare was not directed at us. But now the area of the sun where this solar storm is located is rotating toward Earth. An eruption on the sun at just the right time and at just the right angle could result in a society-crippling electromagnetic pulse blasting this planet. So if your computers, cell phones and electronic equipment get fried at some point over the next few weeks, you will know what is probably to blame. Such an electromagnetic pulse has hit our planet before, and as you will read about below, some very prominent voices are warning that it will happen again. It is just a matter of time.

Scientists tell us that the absolutely massive sunspot group that has recently formed on the sun is highly unusual. NASA has described it as “crackling” with magnetic energy. The sunspot, a dark patch in the sun’s photosphere, represents intense solar magnetism bursting from the sun’s interior known as an active region. This particular active region, designated AR2192, has been rumbling with intense flare activity, recently exploding with 2 X-class flares, causing some short-lived high-frequency (HF) radio black outs around the globe.

Such blackouts are triggered by the intense extreme ultraviolet and X-ray radiation that solar flares can generate, causing ionization effects in the Earth’s upper atmosphere — a region known as the ionosphere. HF radio can be strongly hindered by this activity, triggering blackouts that can effect air traffic and amateur radio operators.

The other day a flare erupted which did cause radio blackouts all over the world for a time. But we were fortunate that the flare was not directed at us. If it had been, the results could have potentially been catastrophic.

We have not seen anything like this sunspot group for a very long time, and according to a report posted by the Daily Mail, experts are saying that we might not see another one like this for 25 years…

Space Weather Prediction Center forecaster Christopher Balch, meanwhile, said the flare affected radio that uses part of the upper atmosphere. That includes some but not all radar and plane systems as well as amateur radio.

Mr Balch said the storm briefly was rated as strong for affecting Earth radio systems but then dropped to minor levels.

The event followed months of near-silent activity on the sun before the huge flare erupted from a sunspot 14 times bigger than Earth.

A spokesperson for the Met Office Space Weather Operations Centre told MailOnline it may be the biggest sunspot for 25 years.

Unfortunately, there are no signs that this sunspot group is fading.

In fact, an official at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center said that “it continues to grow in size and complexity“.

As advanced as we like to think that we are, the truth is that we are still very much at the mercy of this giant ball of fire that our planet revolves around.

And even with everything else that is going on in the world today, a massive electromagnetic burst from the sun remains one of the greatest potential dangers to our way of life.

Just check out what billionaire Paul Singer recently had to say about the matter. He believes that an EMP event is “the most significant danger” the world is facing right now…

“While these pages are typically chock full of scary or depressing scenarios, there is one risk that is head-and-shoulders above all the rest in terms of the scope of potential damage adjusted for the likelihood of occurrence,” Singer wrote to clients of his $24.8 billion Elliott Management on Monday in a standard investment update letter. “Even horrendous nuclear war, except in its most extreme form, can [be] a relatively localized issue, and the threat from asteroids can (possibly) be mitigated.”

“(A natural EMP event) today would cause a massive disruption to the electric grid, possibly shutting it down entirely for months or longer, with unimaginable consequences,” Singer wrote. “Only two years ago, the sun let loose with a Carrington-magnitude burst, but the position of the earth at the time prevented the burst from hitting it.The chances of additional events of such magnitude may be far greater than most people think.“

For those not familiar with “the Carrington Event”, it was a massive solar storm in 1859 that fried telegraph machines all over Europe and North America. You can read about it on Wikipedia right here.

Others share Singer’s concerns.

“The consequences of such an attack could be catastrophic; all electronics, power systems, and information systems could be shut down,” Rep. Scott Perry said in prepared remarks during an EMP hearing inMay held by the U.S. House Committee on Homeland Security. “This could then cascade into interdependent infrastructures such as water, gas, and telecommunications. While we understand this is an extreme case, we must always be prepared in case a rogue state decides to utilize this technology.”

What we are talking about is a potentially society-crippling event.

Even though this has never happened in modern times, it is a very real possibility. In fact, just a couple of years ago the Earth experienced a very near miss.

According to Peter Vincent Pry, who advises Congress on homeland security issues, a large enough geomagnetic solar storm could produce effects similar to an electromagnetic pulse (EMP) generated by a nuclear weapon that “could collapse power grids everywhere on the planet and destroy EHV (extra high voltage) transformers and other electronic systems that would require years to repair or replace.” While the danger posed by a G5 solar storm gets mentioned occasionally at Congressional hearings, there really hasn’t been any major action.

Earlier this year, a Homeland Security adviser said America is not ready for an EMP attack, never mind a G5 solar storm, and it’s claimed that the U.S. power grid fails more often than any other in the world. If a large enough solar storm does impact the United States, the damaged electronic systems can cause a cascade of failures throughout the broader infrastructure, including banking systems, energy systems, transportation systems, food production and delivery systems, water systems, emergency services, and even the internet, so people may not even realize at first what has happened. Effectively, the U.S. would be thrown back to the pre-industrial age following a solar superstorm, and yet we are not prepared for the worst.

Usually people talk about how this could potentially happen “someday” in the future.

But with an extremely large solar storm currently rotating toward Earth, there is a very real possibility that an absolutely massive electromagnetic pulse could be headed our way at any time.

However, whether it happens next week, next month or next year, scientists assure us that it is inevitable that another Carrington Event will happen one day.

And when it finally happens and all the lights suddenly go out, what will our society look like afterwards?

Ebola: Windfall for Military-Industrial Complex
Contract represents militarization of Ebola vaccine development

On October 31, Profectus BioSciences, Inc. announced it has received millions of dollars to develop an Ebola vaccine.

The Pentagon awarded the contract through its Medical Countermeasure Systems-Joint Vaccine Acquisition Program, a program that develops and stockpiles vaccines to be used on soldiers.

“The $9.5 million award has been made with Battelle Memorial Institute through the Chemical, Biological, Radiological, & Nuclear Defense Information Analysis Center,” a PRNewswire released on Friday states.

CBRNIAC is part of the Pentagon’s Defense Technical Information Center. DTIC provides a “suite of services” to defense contractors and academic institutions. It also provides services of the Homeland Security “community.”

“We are continuing to develop a trivalent vaccine that will protect our service members and DoD civilians against the major filovirus threats: Ebola Zaire, Ebola Sudan, and Marburg viruses,” said the manager of the Pentagon’s Medical Countermeasure Systems-Joint Vaccine Acquisition Program. “The DoD is optimistic that its long-term commitment to identifying and supporting safe and effective trivalent filovirus vaccines is coming to fruition and remains supportive to advancing the Profectus BioSciences trivalent Ebola/Marburg vaccine into human clinical trials as rapidly as possible.”

Earlier in the week, the Medical Countermeasure Systems-Joint Vaccine Acquisition Program awarded Colorado State University’s Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing and Academic Resource Center $2 million to work on an Ebola and Marburg vaccine. “Among MCS-JVAP’s requirements is to develop a vaccine to protect soldiers from exposure to filoviruses, which cause several types of hemorrhagic fever,” Global Biodefense reports.
From Military Guinea Pigs to Civilians

The move by the Pentagon represents the militarization of Ebola vaccine effort. “While the primary purpose of the Ebola vaccine would be to protect U.S. soldiers, it is possible that such a vaccine could be used for endemic outbreaks of filovirus infection,” the website notes.

Soldiers will become guinea pigs for a vaccine destined for public application. On October 27, USA Today reported the center at CSU “develops and stockpiles vaccines and countermeasures that can be used to protect soldiers, but the research ultimately will benefit civilians.”

The link between the Pentagon and defense contractors raises serious questions, writes Julie Lévesque. “This link between the U.S. military and pharmaceutical companies in the production of flu vaccines raises serious questions, especially since the H1N1 pandemic has been exposed as a multibillion dollar fraud instigated by Big Pharma and the World Health Organization (WHO),” Lévesque wrote after Medicago, a corporation owned by Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma Corp. and Philip Morris, began work on an Ebola antibody. In 2012, Medicago partnered with the Pentagon on the development of an influenza vaccine.

On October 1 Infowars.com reported on the Pentagon’s funding of an Ebola vaccine under a $140 million project with Tekmira Pharmaceuticals, a Canadian company.

“It is clear that the US government has been keeping tabs on Ebola for a while now,” writes Dave Mihalovic for Prevent Disease. “It holds the patents on a strain of the Ebola virus known as Bundibugyo (EboBun) that was found in Uganda. It is although not clear whether it is the same strain that has created the current epidemic. The patent, awarded in October 2012 to five scientists led by Jonathan S Towner, is now deposited with the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.”
Many Believe Ebola Released to Benefit Big Pharma and Military Industrial Complex

Many Africans believe Ebola was unleashed on West Africa in order to create a pandemic that would require a vaccine.

“Reports narrate stories of the US Department of Defense (DoD) funding Ebola trials on humans, trials which started just weeks before the Ebola outbreak in Guinea and Sierra Leone. The reports continue and state that the DoD gave a contract worth $140 million dollars to Tekmira, a Canadian pharmaceutical company, to conduct Ebola research. This research work involved injecting and infusing healthy humans with the deadly Ebola virus,” writes Dr. Cyril Broderick, a former professor of Plant Pathology at the University of Liberia’s College of Agriculture and Forestry.

Broderick claims Ebola is a genetically modified organism designed by the “American Military-Medical-Industry that conducts biological weapons tests under the guise of administering vaccinations to control diseases” in Africa and other third world countries. Broderick also claims the World Health Organization and other United Nations agencies “have been implicated in selecting and enticing African countries to participate in the testing events” and are “promoting vaccinations.”

M. Durga Prasad of India’s Defense Research & Development Organization recently raised the hackles of the establishment media when he said the Ebola outbreak could be part of a biological warfare program.
